I had a studio apartment. I enjoyed and loved cooking and baking in my kitchen. Such a beautiful kitchen for a studio apartment. So much space and cabinets I just loved it! I enjoyed living here for the past 4 years. The staff is amazing everyone very nice and helpful. The landscape here is breathtaking beautiful truly paradise. I enjoyed the dog park. Plenty of parking I always had a parking space. My neighbors were very friendly and kind. Very beautiful apartments and Maintenance is the best A+ ! Overall I had amazing experience living here! I would recommend to anyone you will definitely feel at home.

Brandy is such a kind and helpful and beautiful person the staff are amazing and I loving living here it feels like home and they make the apartment luxurious and so much space full and she is very helpful and she has a great energy and the happiest person I have ever saw and the maintenance are amazing they really do the work done for what ever you need I love brandy❤️

Jordan is very helpful and respectful he helps us a lot and he is very nice like one day we were joining with my dad and we lost him so we went to the apartment complex and said if we can call our Dad usually other apartment complex say no but he said yes great service and the apartments are so big nice and luxurious I highly recommend this apartment for you

The office staff at Montage at Cinco Ranch is amazing. Jordon has made the move in process seamless, and has been a tremendous help. The apartments are beautiful, and it’s a great community. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to live on this part of town.

I’ve been a resident here for about a year. Amazing community with wonderful amenities. The maintenance team is quick and prompt when it comes to getting things fix. Issues are resolved within 24 hours. This is a great place to call home.

I have lived in the US for almost 5 years now in 5 different places, Montage at Cinco Ranch is incomparable! Their services are superb! It all started from day 1, my stuffs arrived from a furniture store when I was 1 hour drive away, they almost rescheduled the delivery but Kat saved me. She was willing to let them in with my consent and I got my stuffs delivered before arrived. VERY CLEAN, SERENE environment!. VERY SAFE,KIDS FRIENDLY! If you have kids, then this is the place you should be staying. This is the only complex that my kids have been free to play outside the house safely. Kat, Brian and Gilbert are very professional. Very good and timely response from the office whenever I needed maintenance. Maintenance guys are also very respectful. I will always remember this community. Thank you so much Montage at Cinco Ranch management for providing these wonderful services that we really enjoyed!

The environment is neat and cute, and it is very family oriented ; everyone who lives here are kind to each other.Every staff are very welcoming, helpful and very nice to the residents; and whenever we have issues with our apartment, they always get things fix very quick. I looked at a lot of places in Katy before coming to Montage at Cinco Ranch. Most places - I did not need to spend any time in them to decide they werent the place for me. From the moment I spoke with Kat - the assistant manager at Montage, and then met her in person - I KNEW this was home. Its been 6 months now - and this place is awesome!

I moved in October 2020 and had a smooth transition. I once had a leaky sink, but maintenance fixed it immediately. I was always able to find parking in front of my apartment, and felt relatively safe. There are many children in the complex, but they were always courteous and polite, and I’ve never heard them running around after hours. Management hosts community events pretty frequently but keep them COVID compliant. Daily Community Digests are sent out daily, and management is pretty transparent about what’s going on in the complex as well as in the surrounding area, and you’re informed ahead of time about events in which your apartment will be open due to fire alarm testing and things of that nature. I once asked for a one week extension on my rent due to my returning to work after maternity leave and was granted that request with no nastiness. All in all I had no complaints about living there. It felt cozy, like home.

We have lived in Montage for one year, and we are glad that we have chosen them at first instance, the community is assigned to good schools in Katy. The whole management team is taking the customer service to another level, we have felt welcome every time that we called or visited the office for a request, they always give you the best advice and services. Thanks to you all! We are a family of four, and Montage gave us the best experience in Katy, our children loved living there, Montage it is great for families; the kids play every day at the park. We have left the community because we moved to another State but we are taking with us good memories to remember. We highly recommend this community for living and for that reason we have given them the top Five Stars. Montage at Cinco Ranch is a First Class Community in Katy.

From the moment I moved in Ive truly enjoyed my apartment. The property is quiet and tucked at a distance with a great location. Jesus Espinoza is an exceptional employee of Grey Star properties. He is always going above and beyond to make sure all the residents are satisfied and well taken care of. Need more like him in the office. From the tour , to application process, to me moving in and getting my keys. He had done and continues to do an awesome job. Everything about my apartment I love to all the amenities the property has. Montage @ Cinco Ranch definitely is the place to call home with great staff that make you feel at home.

I have recently become a resident at Montage and I am excited to move in soon! The apartment and the community feel very welcoming. The leasing office staff has been extremely helpful in making my transition process seamless. A special mention must be made for staff member Trang Emilie Young who has gone out of her way to assist me with her caring and welcoming attitude - it is because of her that I am able to move in stress-free! Emily contacts me regularly to assess my progress with the move and gives me super helpful advice and tips that allow me to make the best choices and decisions. She is friendly, professional , efficient, and simply the best!! I look forward to making Montage my home for the near future and would recommend the same to other potential residents.

Brandy and the very friendly staff in the office are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful. If there is anything we ever need help with, they are always happy to get some thing repaired or replaced. I highly recommend living at this complex. It has been a pleasure for us.

Ive lived at several complexes In The Cinco Ranch area and I can say by far away and away Montage is the best. The residents are friendly and look out for one another. Ive had several offer to dog sit when Im away on business without even having to ask. Nola and Darius are the sweetest managers ever and are very flexible if you run into a financial issue. Finally the amenities are top of the line and cant be beat.

As far as apartments go - I’m not sure you can beat Montage. There is bus service to Wilson Elem - HUGE bonus. Prices are competitive for the area —which isn’t to say “cheap” ...But if you want an apt, these seem to be the best value for the money.Lots of families, animal friendly. And, people seem to really pick up after their pets ... which is good. People in higher end parts of Cinco don’t bother — so kudos to the people who rent here!Nice pool, great club house. The staff is AWESOME. The one maintenance issue was handled promptly - and we were given access to a dryer in another apt while ours was broken.

Ive been living in Montage for 1 month, and so far the community has been nice to me, the tenant service team is very friendly and helpful. Emilie was the one who managed my leasing process and was very kind and cooperative.I just want to add two details: the first one related to the handling of garbage cans, not all tenants comply with the time to take out and store the pots, I find it unpleasant to see garbage cans in the corridor of some apartments at all times. And the second is the instability and low signal of the WiFi service in the common areas. I invite you to improve these aspects to have a more pleasant community.

Emilie Taylor was the leasing professional who helped us find the perfect apartment for my wife and me. She showed us all the options of the available appartments that were in our budget and patiently guided us towards our decision.The apartment complex is beautiful and clean, all the amenities is additional perk, and abundant parking.I recommend Montage and if you decide on this complex, ask for Emily. She is sweet, funny and knowledgeable and will always follow up with you.We are MOVING IN SOON :)

This is my first apartment at a young age. My leasing agent Emilie was welcoming to the idea of my interest in the apartment which is good because some places will not take you seriously if you’re young and just want to get a tour. As long as you do your own research of the complex and what to expect with moving in/ general idea of how people might be as neighbors then there’s really nothing to complain about. The Katy area here is very nice and you might be missing out if you go elsewhere further out. It’s been about 3 months and so for the neighbors are all quiet at night, no loud noises outside either or strange people walking around. It’s peacefull and generally you can keep to yourself pretty easily if that’s what you’re looking for. The price is pretty good for what you get, it’s in a beautiful part of Katy, Texas and close to Houston and lots of business around. Ask for a tour and get a feel for the appliances and the way it looks and I think you’d like it.

Been here for three years. Maintenance is great , staff is nice. The only thing I can say is that you can hear everything. The foot steps from the people below, the chatter coming up the stairs, conversations from people standing near the windows. I don’t mind it, but I have noticed it. Then recently I’ve seen neighbors post about their packages being stolen and that very unfortunate. Other than that I we are happy with this location.

My family and I moved here from Louisiana and my wife found this lovely apartment Montage at Cinco Ranch. We were truly spoiled with the amazing swimming pool, movie theater, basketball court, and my favorite the pool table. The staff was Amazing and had great customer service. 5 stars for sure!!!!!!

Ive been living here for about a year and they have the sweetest staff. The young gentleman I believe his name Darrius is just the sweetest and most helpful. Wish we could renew but moving onto a house. Place is very calm and relaxing. Staff is always quick to help if you have any issues. Mantenience is always there to help and they get the job done. Love everything about this place. Thank you Montage for making this place a wonderful living experience.

Being a resident of the Cinco ranch montage apartments and a relatively new resident to Houston I would like to commend the overall professionalism of one particular staff member here. Emilie goes above and beyond her job description to make you feel that whatever concerns your dealing with are going to be met in a timely fashion and she makes it happen. Aside from her professional demeanor she always make time for a quick hello or a how ya doing moment. She never makes you feel rushed when you come into the office and truthfully shes extremely inviting which is a breath of fresh air. For the last 13 months my experiences at Montage at Cinco Ranch has been incredible. I started here broken hearted for personal reasons but quickly felt at home. Everyone from Nola all the way to Mayer is incredible. Please do not forget to speak to Aracely, Debbie and Darius who simply go the extra mile in everything they do. Simply my experience here was so good I do not want to leave but life throws many curveballs. Not here at Montage though what you see is what you get excellence in every aspect from amenities, to staff, to grounds. Simply put move here and be ready to live like you are a king or queen.
