Living here has been an amazing experience. From the start, the staff made me feel at home, always responsive and friendly. The amenities are top-notch—beautiful pool, gym, and well-maintained grounds. The apartments are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light.I also feel incredibly safe, thanks to the excellent security system and the overall sense of community. Maintenance is always quick and efficient, which adds to the comfort of living here.This apartment complex is a hidden gem, offering a perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I love these apartments as they are aesthetically beautiful and very spacious. The amenities are great. I love how they are always very lit up. The have great lighting in the hall ways and the parking lot. As a woman I greatly appreciate that. The staff is great as well, they are very friendly and helpful. I’ve worked in particular with Claudia and she has been great.

Living at the Monaco is super comfortable, modern, spacious, and I love the location. Amazing staff and maintenance crew that have incredible qualities: professionalism, awesome communication, positive attitude, and passion. The Monaco is definitely worth checking out to make memories and make it your home.

Very nice apartments. Staff is very friendly and help with anything needed. Great gym, pool area, and theater room! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment complex. Also love the security gates.

The Monaco is a great modern complex that I’ve already recommended other friends to move into as well. Only downside is the hwy a few yards away from my unit but other than that I’d recommend the complex.

I lived in the complex since 2022 till this year. The first 7 months the management of the complex was terrible, dirty everywhere, mosquitoes in the pool area, there was no maintenance of the place.Then there was a change in management and things started to improve.Nowadays the maintenance staff works very well and all the areas in general look very good, the girls in the office are quite attentive, and the new manager is interested in resolving any situation that may arise with the tenants.keep up the good work!

The complex is really very good, my family and I like it a lot, I have only a few months but the treatment has been great especially from Amber who is the one I interact with the most, the manager Ashley is also incredible I have been with her before and He has a lot of new ideas, you know who brings breakfast to your car! In general everything is very good!

Im just glad that the mean manager they had before is gone, I almost canceled my lease because of her and her attitude towards residents. She was not fit for a role with a lot of people interaction.I stuck around because of Alec and Amber and their great service and I wanted to beleive things would get better.... well they did! I got to meet the new manager Ashley and shes a delight! Shes so sweet, welcoming and I feel confident that she will be a great property manager who will not only listen to our concerns but take action where need be. She met with me and some other residents and asked us about our concerns and took down our names and apt #s.I feel like she really cared to hear our concerns which is all someone really wants in a place to live, among the other great amenities provided here.I say this as Im renewing my lease for the 3nd time with confidence that she and her amazing team of Alec, Amber, Mariah and the grounds crew will make this once again a wonderful community and place to call home. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a place to live to come here, talk to any one of the wonderful leasing agents and youll see the magic they make.

Travis and Alec are both top-notch community managers! From the initial rental process they were extremely informative and friendly and helped me pick out the perfect apartment. Once I moved in, their hospitality and care only increased! They keep the amenities in pristine shape and go out of their way to make sure all the tenants are happy everyday. I highly recommend the Monaco apartments and give great praise to Travis and Alec for their continuous excellence in management.

Hands down the best apartment Ive ever stayed at. Both staff and management perform above and beyond to attend to the residents. Whenever theres an issue it gets handled immediately. If there would be any complaints it would be that some other residents dont appreciate or care to take care of the luxuries that are given to us. Other than that its a mini paradise.

I am LOVING living at Monaco apartments!! The units feel very open and have great storage. The bedroom closets are large, coat closet is a nice size, and the laundry room has awesome storage shelves. The amenities are new and very stylish. The gym is extremely nice and the pool is beautiful. I can not wait to lay out once it gets warmer. The staff has been very friendly when I had questions and willing to help me. I like the location - being a little on the outside of town but close enough to easily shop or grab a meal is perfect. My fiancé and I are having a great living experience so far!

Moving into these apartments was super easy and quick. My boyfriend and I chose the studio apartment which is perfect for a couple just barely moving in together. Amber was really helpful when it came to doing paperwork, signing documents, and understanding the guidelines of the community. If Amber wasnt in, the other leasing consultant, Alec, helped me and knew me just as well as Amber, which goes to show the amount of communication and technology they have. My neighbors are super sweet and when they mean that they are pet-friendly, they mean it!! Every person that sees my dog, neighbors or employees, always treat him so nice. Everything is literally on your phone so its easy access to anywhere and anytime. Im so thankful to have gotten into a community like this one and hope to meet many more residents here soon!

I needed to get out of my previous home on super short notice and Travis was able to help us out tremendously. He was very understanding and helpful and the paperwork was super quick and easy. We got a 2 bedroom and it’s perfect for what I needed and at a very decent price. Would absolutely recommend these apartments and if you can catch Travis to help you he was a huge help.

Spacious rooms, really clean interiors and grounds, right off the loop and thomason as well as having plenty of open free parking at this facility. A bit high on price for rentals at this location in Midland, TX but its to be expected since it is Midland, TX. Oilfield town with construction for years to come.
