Did a tour here and loved it! Staff was really friendly and great, Isabella was very helpful and answered all of our questions! The property was beautiful and there was a resort style pool. Its also in a great location, super close to HEB, Creekside, and a lot of restaurants.

For being close to FM 306, it’s pretty quiet. The resident events are always fun, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartments are a great size, and have nice appliances, especially for the prices, which they have a good promotion going on for new people. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to live, and likes living by a main shopping center.

I love these apartments. I’ve been here for a year now and it has honestly been a peaceful, clean, quiet, and enjoyable experience. The staff are very friendly, they interact with you, and get familiar with the people you know and love when brought around them. Haven’t had a better experience renting than this place right here.

Great location! There’s an HEB less than 5 minutes away, car wash and gas stations close by along with a shopping center and great places to eat! The apartments are really nice and cozy, a quiet environment with an amazing staff!

Brand new everything and you can tell by how clean everything is. Gym open 24 hours and just a walk away with a bike machine, stair master, treadmill and rowing machine and punching bag. The double cable machine is perfectly spaced for chest exercise and free weights with adjustable bench. No sqaut rack but still the best gym I’ve ever seen in an apartment complex.Wifi preinstalled which saves much hassle with adjustable plans. Pool is gorgeous with fire pits and TVs and grills everywhere you look. It feels like living in a resort. Pool table in the lobby and very friendly staff.New Braunfels also has some of the best tap water in the whole state. Fridge comes with ice machine. Washing machine and dryer is neatly tucked away in a side closet. MASSIVE walk in closets for clothes. Enough space for 2 people’s in one closet. I even took a nap on some blankets in there where moving in.Energy efficient dishwasher seems to miss spots so we have to run a heavy load but that seems to do the trick. Outlets everywhere. And I mean everywhere. There’s basically 4 plugs on every single wall in every room. The fans are really powerful which I love. The water pressure is typical. My previous rental had extremely high water pressure so i do miss it but maybe I’m spoiled.Two deadbolts on every door, bottom ones a key entry, second on is a one way lock making sure that no one can get in, keys or not if you don’t want someone in.We got a top floor corner room so we can see the sunset every night from our living room. This room specifically has a lot of windows so the insulation could be better but I suppose that’s the trade off.Packages get lost sometimes so make sure to note in delivery instructions how to get in through gate and where the apartment is. There’s an apartment groupchat where people post lost packages and furniture they are selling which is nice because I’ve gotten some packages back and some used furniture for neighborly prices. Definitely order from Amazon because they make resolving the issue much easier.People are really nice here. Everyone waves and most cars drive very safely around the lot. The rooms come unfurnished which is to be expected. They have a furniture renting service but I’d just buy stuff yourself and save money in the long run.Overall, the best apartment I could find. I live with roommates so it is unbelievably cheap per person and we are all very satisfied.

I moved here back in April, and I truly love the property, and management has definitely been A1. They are very welcoming and understanding. They also worked with me during a tough time. Amenities are pretty great. I do wish there was a way for the clubhouse and computer room and conference center could stay open same hours as the pool. I do understand the location may be a restriction.

Well oops we did it again! We staying for another 15 mos . And I don’t have any complaints about Moderno apartments Miranda always on top of it when I have a work order . All my appliance in working Condition never had problems since I’ve been here with them. We also have the best Maintenance Personnel that does an excellent job every timé if I could I would bring my grandson over here but he won’t give up his doberman pincher .. not allowed here . I love this place never have problems with parking. You’ll love it here .!

Its such a beautiful place. The 2 bedroom is small for what they are charging. But its way cheaper than renting a house. The whole complex is beautiful and well kept; very quiet too. Miranda and Kylie provided me with great customer service. They are amazing!

Great place and even better staff. Leasing agent Isabella was extremely kind and helpful; she’s amazing at her job. Overall this property is a beautiful, clean and safe place to live. And the staff is top notch. Amazing experience.

Just moved in, had a great experience from the office and love my new home! Can’t wait for all the fun memories here. The residents, office staff, maintenance staff are all nice and welcoming. They’ve all made this moving process a breeze and not stressful whatsoever. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to find a beautiful stress free home!

This place is hands-down of the nicer luxury apartment complexes. I have seen in New Braunfles in a long time. Their pool is amazing, staff is very friendly and inviting. Kyra toured me a few apartments for friends of mine and was very sweet and knowledgeable

Kylie and Miranda were so helpful, and informative. They made the application process and move in so easy. They are always up to date staying connected with there residents I’m so glad we chose to be here. If there were anything i would like to be considered at the convenience for us stay at home mommas, and people working from home, would be a little playground for the kids. My daughter loves the park and there aren’t many good ones around I feel comfortable taking her too.

I moved here a month ago today. The staff are amazing Miranda helped me so well with the move in process, moving from a home back to an apartment can be stressful, they made it so easy. The space and being the first one to live in my unit is a plus..The area is nice as well and plenty of things to do. I definitely recommend this property.
