I have had a wonderful experience living at Mission of David Ranch for 3 months now! The customer service is exceptional—everyone on the team is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whenever I have had a maintenance request, it was handled quickly and efficiently, which has made my living experience so stress-free. The property is always well-maintained, creating a clean and welcoming environment. I truly enjoy living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home! Riley Cole and Manny are amazing.

We moved in a month ago and couldn’t be happier. The home is well built and finishing touches exceeded my expectations for a rental home.The leasing office, Riley and Nancy, have been great from the very beginning. I was also impressed how available and friendly Manny, who manages maintenance here was!We are definitely happy to be here!

Great property and amazing staff! Had a problem with our water heater today. Spoke to Riley about the situation and she was nice enough to connect me to Manny (maintenance). Manny was responsive and was able to help us out! Had a a technician show up within the hour to handle the problem.

I just moved in and cannot express how kind and attentive the leasing and maintenance staff have been. When moving in, I had a couple of issues, but Manny quickly handled all the problems with kindness and understanding, even when I had to call the after-hours emergency maintenance number because I locked myself out of the house like an idiot.

Came to look at a potential property to rent and was warmly greeted by the front agent Riley, she was very professional, answered all of my questions, and she made me feel as if I was already part of the neighborhood! I also had my 2yr old and newborn with me and she kindly treated them like one of her own!The homes are beautiful and modern, prices are fair, the backyards are a decent size. Would highly recommend, call ahead and ask for Riley if you want a great experience!

We have lived at Mission at Davis Ranch for almost six months. We love the community and are especially grateful for the maintenance team. Manny is always very responsive and helpful to get any of our requests completed. He goes above and beyond!

My fiancé and I got locked out of the house courtesy of our dog locking the garage door. Manny came to the rescue in the freezing, pouring rain to find a way inside. I cant thank him enough!! Excellent service. I promise it wont happen again... :)

I stopped by for a tour the other day and was pretty impressed. The property looked very nice but honestly, it was Riley, who works there, that made me want to move in! She was super friendly and professional. I work in the auto industry and I wish I had 10 Riley’s on my dealership floor. It was a great property, but Riley made an impression.

Today I was locked out of my house! My front door is controlled by my app but I accidentally locked the deadbolt. THEN! My power was out for my garage door (my fault! I tripped it long story) and of course my key didn’t work on the back door!Meanwhile it’s fuc*** Friday and after hours! Do I thought I was SOL! I didn’t know who to contact because AGAIN it’s after hours and you can only leave a message for the office. I called Melik (he found this house for me) hadn’t talked to him since I moved here 3 months ago. He answered 2nd ring he called Manny our maintenance guy and Manny and Steven had it taken care of in about 15 min! I think I’m still shook about how “on it” they all were! Can’t say enough good things about my lil community here I LOVE IT!

I work with Riley, who is knowledgeable about the neighborhood, the homes, and the area. She is very resident oriented and delivers excellence in customer service. There is not a call that goes unanswered with her. I love the area and the homes are beautiful and well constructed. The interiors are modern, elegant and at the same time cozy. If you are looking for a rental go to Mission at Davis Ranch and ask for Riley.
