    Enjoyed the apt tour, well kept up complex with nice amenities. These apartments are exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to open concept, updated kitchen, and spacious rooms. Also within my budget.

    Where do I begin! I absolutely love everything about these apartments! I had been eyeing these apartments for a while, they are not only nice but conveniently located. I moved in about 2 months ago and Im 100% satisfied with everything thus far! Management is wonderful and the ladies in the office are the best! The leasing agent, Diana, is really nice and was so helpful during the whole application process. She knew I was needing the apartment asap and did her best to get me into my apartment asap! The apartments are beautifully remodeled with modern fixtures and appliances, the kitchen counter tops and backsplash give such an elegant touch! The property is clean and well maintained, quiet and even my neighbors are nice and friendly. They recently power washed and re-striped the parking lot. Theres security cameras around the property and its well lit, which makes me feel safe. Their 24 hour gym and Amazon locker room thats air conditioned and accessible 24 hours, both with secure access, is fantastic! Their communication and community involvement is the absolute best! I received a text the other day with a photo of a little dog that was found and they were holding it at the office! How awesome is that?! They do activities in the office for the kids and recently handed out candies and snacks for Halloween. They really care about the residents and the upkeep of the property. I just cant say enough about these apartments, I love it here and would absolutely recommend!

    I love my community here at Mirabella and all the improvements they are making. Ive been here since 2014. The office staff is very helpful and the maintenance staff is 5-star. Keep up the good work!

    All 3 ladies are always willing to help and resolve any issues I may have(mostly common maintenance). However, my go to is Mel. She is extremely accommodating, patient, and always has a smile. The leasing office is very well kept, always smells so good, and the holiday decor is so inviting. I love that the complex is small, diverse, and not overly crowded. My section is pretty quiet and I plan to stay until I’m ready to purchase my home in the next few years.

    I have lived here for awhile now and so far my living experience has been wonderful! Mel, Diana, Nese and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and always well maintained. Its clean, quiet and has that cozy feel. I really enjoy living here and most of all I feel safe here. The property is gated and well lit all around the property with surveillance cameras as well as a courtesy officer that lives on site too. These key factors are very important to me. I definitely recommend living here!

    This is a great facility. Mel Woldeabe helped make the application process go through smoothly. We have been here since June and love it. If there is a maintenance issue the communication has been handled well and any issue resolved. Mel and other staff members have always been very helpful with any questions or concerns, which have been very few. A great location, very secure and the gates always work!!

    So far, the new property Management company staff are all very professional, courteous and helpful. They seem to really want to make better changes for the property overall, especially safety issues.And, I see that they are concerned and care about the tenants needs and is willing to address them in a positive manner for the best solution. Debbie is awesome!!!Currently, I recommend this property management company Virtu and this property.I also, want to give a shout out to Mr. Jose who is an excellent, professional and courteous Maintenance worker. He works very diligently to get things repaired and comes up with the best resolution to assist the tenant.

    I have lived here for about 6 months and i love it. I have no complaints. The office staff is great especially with children. Theyre always available and ready to help. The added security cameras and on-call courtesy officers give you the sense of safety that every one wants. I have never had any major maintenance issues but the small ones are taken care of immediately. Ms. Debbie and Grace are amazing. I would definitely recommend. Go see them today.

    I have lived in these apartments for a year and just renewed for another year. I love it. The staff is ALSO pleasant and they do care of their tenants needs. They are so helpful. I really love the events they put on as well each month. They provide events to bring the neighbors together and also a chance to sit and talk to each of us. I have attended a few and I truly enjoyed them and speaking with the staff, more on a personal level. The maintenance is on point. People need to realize that when you have a lot of units, depending on the circumstance of the apartment, it takes time for the maintenance men to get to your unit. They do get to them asap. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a clean and attentive place to live. They have now installed the HUB for 24/7 access to pick up our packages when they are delivered to the apartment.

    I have no complaints about living here. My neighbors are awesome. Ive never had any maintenance problems. Easy access to highways. Park n ride is right around the corner. I can walk to the movies and the grocery store. I really like the new office staff, they are all very cool. I would recommend anyone cool looking for a place, to come check out Mirabella Apartments. Talk to Grace, shes always very willing to help.. Just PLEASE be patient. I have seen her working all by herself with lots of people in the office on more than a few occasions, with a smile on her face the whole time; great under pressure.. give that girl a raise!

    Mel is an absolute pleasure to interact with. Whenever I have an issue that needs to be addressed, Mel will follow up with me the same day or the very next morning, depending on what time I spoke with her initially. Mels customer service skills are simply outstanding!

    I am a current resident at this property. We recently had a change in management company. The new management company has made several exterior improvements to the property that include the landscaping. I personally love the new landscaping. It makes the property looks nicer and more inviting. With the new management company there came a new property manager, Debbie Evans. Debbie is extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. She is really on top of things at the property and I look forward to having her as the manager. It is sad to see Marquita go because she has been an exceptional part of the leasing team. I think it is awesome to see her move forward with her personal goals. She will be missed. – Mikki WallenUpdate 12/14/2023I have been a resident of this property for 5 years. I can honestly say that I really enjoy living at this property. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. When I do have a maintenance issue (there have been very few) Mel in the office is quick to handle it. She is very professional and has always been a pleasure to communicate with.

    Amazing office and maintenance personnel, during power loss due hurricane on July they were extremely handy, offering all the residents power outlets for charge phones, refreshments, etc.every time that we need assistance they are very efficient.

    I stopped by to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment today. I was extremely impressed with the office staff! The manager Debbie was very accommodating. I have looked at five different apartments this week and Mirabella was by far the best. The apartment was beautiful and had wood flooring through out. The paint was fresh and definitely up to my standards!

    Ive been here for 2 years and i havent had any problems. The ladies in the leasing office are very nice and helpful. We had been having an excellent time here and we are glad to say that we live here. The Mirabella team does alot for the residents and it shows how much they wanna help out and make you happy. The maintenance team does a wonderful job also. This is a grate community and i would recommend it to anyone.

    I stopped by today to do a self guided tour and i was impressed ! The landscaping was beautiful, and the unit I seen today was perfect. Debbie was super friendly and every one there made me feel welcome. I have been looking for apartments around the area and nothing is compared to this place! I will definitely be back!

    We have lived here for four years now and am thrilled with the new office staff and improvements around the property! They have just installed multiple security cameras and hired two paid HPD officers to patrol. Hoping it will cut down on the crime and shady activity that was going on under the old management. They have designated visitor parking so you rarely have to fight for a space now. Everyone from maintenance to office staff are very friendly. It’s pretty pricey to live here, but I finally feel like my rent is valued at Mirabella! Thank you 😊

    Over the last few weeks I have looked at multiple properties and initially I overlooked this one. Today I stopped in and was really impressed with the overall look and feel of the property. The office staff was very nice and informative and seemed genuinely excited about improvements being made. Grace was especially helpful and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I really appreciate that. If youre in the market I would definitely recommend giving Mirabella a visit.

    I’ve resided here at Mirabella Apartments for well over a year and being a wheelchair bound resident i can’t thank the Office and Maintenance enough. The staff is quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Also i can’t go without saying how much i love the spacious layout of the apartment and convenience to the highways.

    After looking at apartments online in the Fuqua area. I decided to visit Mirabella today. I was really surprised how clean the location looked. Very nice! This is a place i would not be embarrassed to invite people over. I went in to inquire about pricing and apartments. The two ladies Debbie and Amy were there. They were very nice and helpful. The inside of the leasing office was nice, clean and bright.

    Honestly I just updated my review to 4 instead of 3 after 7 month of my original my only complaint is the 3 days trying to speak with someone at the leasing office and i keep getting answering service during business hours i have called at least 10 times they do have a bad habit of locking doors during business hours on regular basis having lunch and dinner together it seems like . Other than that you can not find a better place in the area and safety is priority to them so yea its ideal place for a family or individual looking for a quit friendly community I highly recommend it if you okay with door locked often 🙂 good luck

    Mirabella Apartments are amazing! The office staff are some of nicest people Ive ever had to deal with, theyre amazing. The property is beautiful, your only 5 minutes away from the mall and about 10 minutes from a Walmart. Im extremely happy living here and I recommend Mirabella Apartments to anyone in need of a new home !

    We loved living there!!! The office staff is always very nice. Once Chase left it got a little bumpy but once they things settled it was just as great. Chase and Lindsey are awesome! We lived there for four years and anytime we needed anything they were wonderful and took care of it immediatly. I actually miss living there. The property is always very neat and the gates do break frequently but what do you expect when people keep trying to enter through the gate that is meant for exiting and dumb people hitting them because they have no patience. As much as they are used it is expected for them to break.
