Everyone I dealt with was abundantly helpful! Jordan helped me through every step of the process and made it super easy. Even after realizing that this place was not a good fit for me, the manager gave me a ton of advice on how to go about looking for my future home. I just hope, wherever I land, that the staff there will be as warm and welcoming as this place.

I have lived at the Millstone for 12 1/2 years now and loved every minute of it. The management staff Yofranie and miss Tiffany are awesome and have always helped me out whenever needed. I may bother them with all of my packages but they never complain. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Katy where the management treat you right this is it.

I moved in on July 15th and so many great things to say! Maintenance are always quick when something needs to get fixed. Mrs. Karla from the front office is so sweet and always helps me out in every need. I totally recommend this apt complex. No crime ✅ no rob-ins ✅ gate always working ✅ neighbors friendly ✅EDIT (Feb 2021): We had a winter storm and all the staff from Millstone apt came to check in on all the residents *after it was safe to come back of course* and brought us some goodies along with a hot chocolate. Best apt complex, you can’t compare!

Millstone is my home. I move here almost seven years ago. I have never been as happy as I’m right now! All the Staff is professional! Yofranny B is wonderful manager and she cares about her tenants. I’m blessed to be living in such amazing family friendly environment.

The community here is wonderful. The children know each other and play together. The Manager and staff are always so helpful and want to do what needs to be done to keep their residents happy. They have activities for the children on scheduled days. Through out the year they celebrate the seasons with the whole community. So much fun. This is Home. Neighbors say hello to one another. Very safe place to live. So many long term residents because of the safety and comfort.

Right when you walk in to the leasing office you can tell this Is home. I mean the space is so spacious and clean I believe alot in presentation, let me tell you millstone apartments are above and beyond beautiful. The staff is so knowledgeable of the needs of the tenants they answered all my questions and concerns. The property manager spoke with me, made sure I was taking care of and show me around. Yofranny and her full staff is awesome I been living at Millstone since 2014 I remember when she started as a Leasing agent she always have been so helpfull and she always do what ever it takes to accomaded her residents. The property is getting better and better since she took the position. She is wonderful person and nice personality.

Update: Great apartments over all👍, easy access to i10 & 99. But its difficult finding parking. Yofranny is the best!! She has taken care of me words cant explain & if I have any issues she will resolve it right there. Very good place to live over all. 😀

The best place i have ever lived. its routy but what complex isnt. The kids get on your nerves but thats kids just toss a few fire crackers and that clears the streets. (just kidding) These apartments have their downfall like most complexes, but not as much crime, beautiful apartments for the price, a garage is included no extra charge. I hate to move but my husband works too far away and being just married we need our own place, and not a place that feels more like mine and less like his.
