A month here so far and Im pleased. Its a beautiful place for the price and the location is unbeatable. Aylin from the front office has made this a great transition. From initially touring to moving to anything afterwards, theyre really kind! The garage feels safe at night which is a huge plus for me. I like that you have to buzz through so many doors, security feels good.

To be fully transparent, I am a soon-to-be tenant so I am only able to comment on what I experienced on my tour and during my application process. Compared to my current apartment complex, Metropole looks much nicer, newer, and has way more amenities for a lot cheaper than what I pay now. I read a lot of reviews reporting that the hallways were dirty or smelly, but I didn’t find that to be the case. Because they offer valet trash, it is understandable that a neighbors’ trash could cause an odor, but I didn’t notice any smell despite seeing some cans in the hallway waiting to be picked up. Even the stairwells looked neat, which is an area often overlooked by groundskeepers. I also feel secure in knowing that the doors remain locked except to those that live here and they allow ring doorbells to be installed outside your unit.When I visited, the wonderful agent KayKay showed me around the whole property including the amenities, parking garage, hallways, stairwells, where my potential units were, and how to navigate the complex. She was very charismatic, and because she actually lives on-site, she was able to share anecdotal experience of hers as a resident in addition to all of the information you would see on a brochure. She showed me sample units in addition to video tours so I could weigh my options between two floor plans and gave me honest pros and cons of each. As soon as I applied, she gave me a phone call to let me know that it was a received and she was confident I would be approved, which was a nice gesture that saved me from anxiously waiting for the official email. She was also very responsive when I called to ask about move-in logistics.Overall, very excited to call Metropole my new home, and will do my best to update this review once I have more experience as a true resident.

The community has been great from my experience, especially the maintenance staff, the one thing to consider is parking and how you plan to move in and out of your unit. Parking can be very limited and depending on your location, you may have to park on 4th or 5th floor, then take the elevator/stairs back to the first or second floor, then walk a few minutes, then take the elevator back up, especially in the high rise, as there isnt direct access from the parking structure to the high rise from each floor (only ground and 2nd), meaning accessing your unit or car can potentially take up to 5 minutes each way (yes, I have timed this walk multiple times, and I live on the first floor).

After living at Metropole for a year, I have nothing but good things to say about this building. I live in the tower and have never had any issues, maintenance is always available and handles service request in a timely manner. Management and the leasing staff are always very professional and friendly.

Update on my review Nov 11, 2024 I must say I am seeing so much improvement in just the past 2 weeks the new staff has been here the building smells so good all day long the management in the office are so respectful and understanding I think I can finally call this place home after being here over a year! Thank you guys from RPM for all you have done in such a short period of time! I wanna give thanks to the new owner for getting rid of the old staff especially kay Kay she was so unprofessional because of this I have change my one star review to 5 stars keep rockingBefore you move here understand they don’t do any cleaning throughout out the property year around it’s always filthy in the elevators and hallways from dog urine to trash everywhere also this is a picture of a water leak that’s been going on over a year and they want fix it and change the carpet anyone who knows anything about mold after the first leak mold grows under the carpet they turn the ac on let it dry and act like it never happened this place is in need of new management someone who will be strict on the workers about keeping this place clean the management here now is strictly here for a paycheck she doesn’t even come out the office and walk to the Floors to see howThis place looks! I’ll be updating u guys with new reviews weekly until they decided to do something about this trashy building I’m tired of paying for a luxury live but it feels like I’m living in the hood don’t worry if they don’t wanna clean I’ll make sure they don’t get any business

KayKay and everyone in the leasing office are so nice, friendly, and supportive! They host the best events, are patient, and are great to talk to as well. Apartment is also great - especially in terms of noise insulation, space, and location. Great service request response times as well - I am aware of other apartments in the area taking too long to remedy drastic service requests. Here, an issue with my dryer was solved by swapping it out for a new dryer within 2 days! Highly recommend Metropole.

I’ve recently moved here: Great location, near many stores I like to shop and browse, near World Market, H‑E‑B, Central Market, and more. Huge variety of restaurants. Are you getting the picture? Great location! The leasing staff left a positive impression with me, I dealt with Kamaria who is wonderful: positive energy and helped me from the initial tour to signing the lease. Armando was great helping me find the loading area to unload the moving truck.I’ve only lived here a week, so I don’t have a full impression of what Metropole will be like. It’s quiet here! Every apartment I’ve lived in I can always hear my neighbors walking, running, talking, playing music, watching tv, dishwasher running, you name it I heard it haha.The monthly lease is very reasonable for the location. Amenities are good, I cook daily and the infrared range is a step up from those dreaded coil stoves. It’s a Greystar managed complex, which is great, I’ve always had a good experience with apartments managed by Greystar. And yes, if you end up moving here, you will have a decent walk from your dwelling to the garage. It takes me just under 200 steps to get to my car (I live in building 1). But it’s a nice little exercise routine first thing in the morning and all inside and air conditioned.No place will be perfect, every single apartment out there will have that little something you won’t like. Me? I think I’ll stick around a while.Happy apartment hunting!

Recently moved into this complex and it has been great so far! We toured the apartment about a month ago with KayKay, who was so helpful and gave us a wonderful tour of the buildings amenities. During the application process, she walked us step by step through everything which made the entire process so smooth. She even went out of her way to send us pictures of the specific unit wed be moving in to. On top of that, our move-in day was so smooth and easy because everything was all set up and ready for us as soon as we checked in.After moving in, we had two very minor maintenance requests which were handled the morning after we submitted the request and we havent had any issues since. We love our new place and so far its been a wonderful experience. The staff has been exceptional - shout out to KayKay and Armando for being so great!!

Everything about my stay here has been good.1.) Good location.2.) Every maintenance request is resolved very quickly. When submitted early in the day, its usually handled within the same day. Otherwise, always the next day. Maintenance staff, when Ive talked to them, have been very kind.3.) Great office staff, pleasant to talk to and they have always resolved any issues Ive had. Any problem you bring to them is handled within a day.4.) Upkept property. The pool is clean, halls are clean, no pest problems, the garage is clean.5.) Safe. I havent seen any problems like theft, break ins, or anything else. Its also located in a safe part of Houston.6.) All the other residents Ive talked to have been kind. I also never hear anyone playing loud music or anything like that.If I wasnt moving out of Houston, I would probably renew my lease. Id definitely recommend it for anyone looking to rent in this area.

From the location to the beautiful amenities, the stunning city views....this property offers so much variety and style. The newly formed tower apartments are stunning with modern finishes and unique city living style. Kamaria in the leasing office was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the property and made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. Dont sleep on this complex it is an absolute gem.

Ive been living in Houston for a little over ten years now, and this is the first time that Im so in love with the apartment. Ive not once felt unsafe getting to my car or vice-versa. Miss Kaykay was a dream to work with! She always kept me informed of the approval status and was kind enough to show me my apartment the day I got my keys. The neighbors are quiet, and the hallways are always very maintained. Dont get me started on the views! So happy I stumbled upon this place.

Wow happy is a understatement the staff was amazing Armando and the head Manager over metropole went above and beyond for me today! My unit is breathtaking fully renovated looks brand spanking new! The sun set view from my balcony is like hawaii in Houston.. I highly recommend this property to any up and coming entrepreneurs as well as established entrepreneurs!

I am coming up on my first year. From the time I viewed my now apartment to the present, my stay has been fantastic. The ladies in the front office always greet you with a smile and professionalism. I love that the front office is open 7 days a week.So what are the downsides you ask? I really dont have any. Its an apartment complex. You will hear some noise or in my case very little. Things might break but maintenance is there to fix it in a couple of days if not the same day.So there you have it, a great apartment, with great staff, and reasonable rent for living within the loop.

Lived here for about 2 1/2 years. Overall an okay apartment. Monthly amenity fee which is fine but sometimes the amenities were not available. High turnover rate within Roscoe properties so you deal with new people every time. My neighbors in the high rise were very friendly. Good apartment for any breed of dog. My Great Dane got to live here which was nice.

I moved in in May and do not regret it, I love it here. The grounds are well kept and the management team is awesome, helpful and always courteous. The pool area is beautiful and I love the floors in my place. It doesnt hurt that my work commute is 5 minutes (or less), thats probably why I love everybody and everything; however, having a nice, quiet, beautiful place to call home doesnt hurt either.

Living at the Metropole is fantastic! The reason why my partner and I chose the Metropole over other luxury apartment communities was our experience with Haley Donaldson during our first visit to the property. Her courtesy and professionalism made us feel right at home and we knew immediately that we had found the perfect community. We also love the amenities! We especially love the concierge service. The concierge Micheal is always in such good spirits. Even when I have a lousy day at the office, he can bring a smile to my face with his upbeat, quirky attitude. Plus the pool is awesome and the first-class fitness center avoids the cost/hassle of a gym membership. The property is also well maintained, and management quickly resolves issues in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend anybody who wants a more personable living experience to move to the Metropole!

This is my second month here at Metropole and so far this complex has exceed my expectations. The apartments are great, very good looking, also the location its amazing, I have pretty much all that I need close from here, groceries, good restaurants, bars, pharmacies, gym, the Galleria and of course Downtown its 10 min driving from here.Also, the staff was very nice during the leasing process, Monique helped us a lot during this, in fact, in less than a week my apartment was ready.I am very happy with my decision, for sure this is a great option to consider if you are looking to move around this area.

Great apartment building. Its quiet so Im never complaining about noise. .The people are very nice. The people who work in the office know me by name so its very homey. They just finished remodeling the pool area and it is PERFECT. I love bringing people over because they are so impressed.The only issue I have is that I have to walk a lot to get from the elevator to my room. I wish there was a closer elevator.

As a Design Professional, my work has taken me all over the World. I have stayed in short term, furnished corporate apartments all over the US, and globally, from Dubai to Shanghai. I have to say that my stay in Houston with Metropole Apartments , is hands down the best apartment experiences I have had thus far!Letty & Monique manage an amazing front office team . Bailey and Ashley are always happy , attentive and professional in their assistance to tenants.I had a maintenance issue come up late at night, and it was handled immediately.The coffee lounge, gym, massage room, entertainment lounge, swimming pool, trash valet, package delivery, and other amenities and services make it feel more like a hotel stay rather than apartment living.Excellent location for shops , restaurants,Freeways, and downtown.Fantastic value when considering the location and all of the amenities !I highly recommend that you consider Metropole when sourcing an apartment home near downtown!

Ive had friends live here before and thought about it in my search for a new apartment. Its a nice apartment complex from the outside, but its even better once you get to see the inside. What stood out for me, and as a person who has lived in apartments for the better half of the past decade, was the customer service and care I received from the leasing office personal, primarily Erika Perez. If youve ever lived in an apartment, you understand how important a good leasing/front office is. She was the only one in the office when I went in on Saturday, but still provided exceptional service and although I had to wait, I didnt feel neglected. After my tour and application, she kept in touch and helped make the process feel much easier, quicker and smoother. Erika was wonderful, with the help she provided it assured me that the front office is capable and dedication to its tenants. Thanks Erika.

I have worked in property management for 10 years and this is the best community I have encountered thus far. Im proud to say that I am a resident at the Metropole as the staff is amazing and they have a free chauffeur on the weekends which I use all the time. I also love the fact that there is a concierge that stays until 9 or 10pm every night so you can pick up packages. Oh Yeah... they also have an espresso machine with 24hr access. I would highly recommend living here.

We seem to have turned a corner finally. Worth a shot if the location works for you!When Roscoe took over a year ago (July 2017), they installed a weak, numbers oriented manager with a lack of understanding of the business and the effort it takes to excel at a job (any job), i dont know about the apartment rental business but i know about work ethic and care and this guy and his team lacked that, poor customer service, never worked weekends, left early, never tried to learn the names of their tenants or get to know them, the weekend agents never walked the property and never reacted to the issues that popped up at the pool, poor response time on emails and issues with the apartment and a poor character judging skills when accepting new residents in. Their goal was to increase occupancy at all costs and beg for google reviews. Sorry to say it but glad most of them are gone!Well the new manager seems to be the total opposite of all that, Roscoe has listened after numerous complaints from the tenants and have placed someone with the grit it takes to turn the community around. She is professional, she cares and is already making a difference, getting rid of weak links in her team.There is still a ton of work to do but all we could ask for is someone that actually cares and wants to do a good job and clean up the place.Community Pluses:- Location, views, price, security (considering its Houston), convenience, concierge service (Michael is great!) apartment fixtures, swimming pool, walking distance from mostly everything in the area and work, service and honesty and professionalism of the new staff.Community Minuses:- Parking (kind of far of a walk and reserved parking spots are sporadically being taken), concierge hours must be extended, trash pickup could improve, package notifications could improve - still need to eliminate the bad deals James made with corporate housing and drug (weed) use by a few tenants over their balconies, consider installing wrist bands for tenants only at the pool.No community is perfect, we like the Metropole because of the location, views and reasonable pricing. Now that service piece of it is back we can go back to managing our own lives instead of trying to worry about managing the property cause we now have someone for that.Good Luck!

I’ve lived here for a year now and I’ve gotta say.. the location is great! It’s also only half a mile away from the park which is great for joggers out there especially during quarantine. The garage is small but it’s not a big deal, as long as you know how to drive you should be good. The pool is also great and the staff are extremely helpful! I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in Houston and metropole has been the best experience! The new management is so friendly! We love our floor plan and enjoying the pool.

Having lived here since ‘14 I have been through several office teams and one change of property management. The current team lead by Letticia and Monique has been an outstanding group. They are very prompt responding to maintenance request and answering any other questions.

I’ve been here for about a year and they are amazing. They work with you from the moment you apply. I’ve had a roommate issue and it was really stressing me out. Luckily they worked through everything I was going through and have successfully solved my problem. I think I can stay here for about 2 more years! I love it here.

Girlfriend and I moved in here. The place is unbelievable in how nice it is. The staff is so friendly. The amenities are superb. Honestly I didnt realize how little I was getting for my money at my old place till I moved here. Highly recommend coming here.
