    I live here from 02/10/20217 until 01/18/2023 and has a very nice neighborhood and clean area with nice service.Just try to be nice the management will treat you nicer. Courtney is super nice here in the community and She is very helpful too.I really Appreciate Courtney the Manager for all she did for me and doing for others.❤️👋

    I just moved to Texas and stumbled upon a gem of a place at Marine Creek Apartments. Alejandra was kind enough to show me around and helped me get approved in no time. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone searching for a cozy and stunning apartment.

    Sarah and Crystal are so sweet and down to earth. They made the visit for me very quick and simple. Sarah thoroughly walked me through everything that I needed to apply and the apartment she showed me was also nice. The complex is huge and nicely priced I dont know where you would be able to find a better deal than here. I highly recommend these apartments. Stop and take a look. Be sure to ask for Sarah.

    I have lived here for a few years now. I have never had an issue with any staff Members but I have to say Janice (no longer there) and Courtney (currently there) are among the best. Their staff have always taken care of me when needed and on a timely manner.

    So far So good. I have only lived here for two weeks. The Customer service here is excellent. They respond fast to calls; treat their work orders sequentially. Pretty cool neighborhood with lots of kids. If anything thing changes, I will update here. Thank you.

    ....I want to thank Courtney for listening to my concerns about my ac unit not working properly after it got serviced before, Tim was sent to look at it and got it fixed!!!!!!! Im so happy and its very cool in the apt now, thank you!!!!

    I had an AC problem maintenance came and fixed it within a timely matter and they are so kind and understanding. A+++ From me and Ive lived here 5 years now, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

    It’s over all been a Great place to live with my kids ,it’s a very quiet Complex. They offer great Customer service anytime I have an issues,or Concerns.Plus it’s like 3mins away from the college can’t beat that
