I Love it! The process of the application was super fast! Everyone in the office is so nice! Martha, Mary and Carmell were super helpful! Every time I went to the office I went with my kids and carmell everytime offering snacks and waters for them! Martha help me with my process and she was above and beyond! I’m really happy with the apartment! It’s super quiet and peaceful!

Never be more happy in my life . The apartment manger ( Carmel ) walked me through the process made it much easier ! No hassle & code compliance handle my paper work so fast to get me approved highly recommended !

Nice community, theres an event in the clubhouse every week. Resources available, such as rent and utilities assitance, food pantry on site, Talk to Ms. Sharri. The staff is very kind.

I would like to thank and applause Carmell W. at Meadowbrook Apartments. When I and a family member walk into this Apartment office we were greeted by Carmell and she was very kind and was very informative on the questions we ask her about the property. Her customer service was excellent and you can not find to much of that anymore in this century. As myself and a family member was getting all the questions we had in thought, she gave us a tour around the complex, and coming into an apartment complex that what we look for and I must say she was a delight to have been the person to show us an apartment. Later on we continued the communication as we headed back into the office. Another person whom I had was Marie she was also kind and pleasant in my experience. They say first impression say a lot, and it was Nice. Again, thank you Carmell and Marie. I give 5 stars to you two Ladies, Hats off.

Its been different. I appreciate the office and all is amenities and programs especially the food pantry when times are hard! I love the work out room.

I love the apartments nice quiet place it’s just I desire a garage and not any is available I also would love a downstairs apartment because the 3rd floor is really hurting my knee but overall place is great
