I moved into Mariposa in May 2023, it has been very comforting to have the manager Rosie and V keep the property nice. When you make a request for service, its complete within 24 hours or less. Its a great place to live.

I give the property in the facility a five star rating. We have a new manager in our office named Bailey and I give her one star thought about giving a nun, but I given it a one star and just to be honest we’ve had two managers prior to Bailey Coming and they have been awesome and very respectful

WOW, I love these apartment homes! Rosie, the manager, gave us a tour today and was so patient answering our questions! The grounds and buildings are immaculate! I cant wait to call Mariposa at Westchester home!Thanks again Rosie😊

The manager Rosie is very nice. Lovely staff, everyone. Ive been at piece ever since I stepped in the front door. Respectful very clean on the property. Residents were so friendly and helpful. Someone even started helping me move in. Surveillance cameras all over the property. I feel sooooooooooooooo safe in at piece here. I love it here!!!💖💯 Thank You, Father God, for this beautiful place to live!!!!! 🙏

I visited Mariposa with a family member who was looking for a new place to live. When we visited Mariposa we were greeted by the office manager, Rosie. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She showed us the property and answered any questions we had. When we left, I felt totally comfortable with my aunts decision to live there. I knew she would be taken care of and if a problem arose, Rosie would make sure it was handled promptly. Our search would have been over much sooner if we had come to the Mariposa first!

Ive been here for three years and I love this place.I love and all the worker especially Rosie. She is very helpful in making sure we get the best knowledge on things that are happening in our community. Our house keeper makes sure that the place is clean and help out wherever she can. I was so sad when I heard that our maintenance man Alfredo was leaving but I do believe that Louis will work just as hard also.There are so many activities to do here and since Ive been here I came to a meeting and got in the best insurance and knowledge on what to do with my 401k when I retired. Im happy to be a resident. 💕

Had a pleasant tour with Mrs. Rosie. She was very patient with my grandma. We never felt rushed like in other places. The property was clean. The residents were line dancing when we visited. Seemed very active. My grandma is excited to one day call Mariposa home.

The property is beautiful. My aunt is looking forward to becoming a resident in the near future. She talks about all the amenities and she is excited to move into the area. She has stated that the manager Rosie is just amazing and very accommodating.

We just LOVE visiting our Aunt he lives here. The Manger Rosie does such a wonderful job with the presentation of the building and grounds. My Aunt loves all the activities that they offer and the swimming pool is wonderful! GREAT JOB ROSIE!

Great Atmosphere, Rosie Moreno is one of the best Managers I have ever been around. She’s always on top of everything. My favorite part of the apartment complex is walking into the front door and seeing butterflies flying around it’s a great way to start your day.

I recently moved in to Mariposa at Weschester. The manager was extremely pleasant and very helpful to me in obtaining the correct paperwork that was needed. She was very friendly and always ready to help.When I arrived at my apartment to move in the apartment had been cleaned so well, it looked brand new.My experience so far has been refreshing after having dealt with so many other apartment complexes.

I HOPE TO BE A NEW TENANT HERE VERY SOON.IM COMING FROM LUFKIN,TX WHICH IS 3-4 HRS.AWAY AND HAVE FAMILY HERE IN GRAND PRAIRIE..IVE HEARD SO MANY GREAT COMPLIMENTS OF THIS BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY,THE REVIEWS ARE AWESOME AND SO IS ROSIE THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.SHES CHARMING,PATIENT YET HAS A WELCOMING ATTITUDE .THE GALLERY IS FLATTERING..LOTS OF AMENITIES.WHO WOULD NOT WANT LIVE IN SUCH A SAFE,CHARMING PLACE.
