We lived here for 2 years, even through out construction, and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredible, the amenities were great & it was always very cleanly. It’s also in a super convenient location because the ramp on to 45 is right beside it.

Although construction has been going on for a while, I still love calling this place home. The office staff has been super accommodating and helpful with any question or concern that Ive had especially when construction was going in my apt. They really made the process go smoother. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues and for the most part its quiet and chill. Id recommend.

Amazing experience, lived here for almost 2 years. Had absolutely no issues, the staff is polite and courteous, if any issues came up they fixed them right away. Its a beautiful place and the tooftop is also very nice with a great view!

I’ve been here about four months ish now and I love this place. All leasing office employees are super welcoming and take your concerns to heart. When I had water back up in my apartment maintenance was there right away!! He took care of the problem over night and made sure everything went back to the way it was before. He checked in every so often to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any additional problems related to the water issue. (Please understand that this issue was not related to the leasing office but towards something isolated.) The ladies at the leasing office are welcoming both inside and outside of hours. And issues are addressed right away! All the residents are also so welcoming as well. I love it here and feel like the reviewers who have left ugly reviews aren’t telling their entire story.

Management is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love living here and the rooftop is a favorite spot to hang out. Great communication from the Leasing Office and staff. Maintenance is amazing as well. Highly recommend it here.

We toured a couple of different properties in the general area and this one was by far the best in multiple aspects. Kimberly showed us around and was very informative, very professional and just overall accommodating. On top of the customer service, the property itself is just gorgeous, great entertainment areas, grills, a great pool and so much more. I submitted my application today and hope to be moving in this month! 10/10!

I recently moved to these gorgeous apartments with my boyfriend. Being as these are brand new apartments there have been a few minor issues. Hailey Donaldson ( apartment manager) has been AMAZING! She has quickly met and solved all of our requests with a smile. She has made our moving experience very easy. If you are looking to move to League City, I highly recommend these apartments. Ask for Hailey and you will be impressed!

Have been here for about 3 weeks & I love it! I really wish the units of the floor plan I picked came with a balcony but other than that it’s perfect . Victoria was & still has been very helpful and friendly from start to finish . My move in went very smoothly. Best of all no gimmicks! Real reviews.

After 7 years of apartment living, we have finally found an environment and a home that so satisfying. The look, feel and design of our unit is so beautiful and cozy. The office and management staff are more than professional and friendly. We cant thank them enough for being so helpful and welcoming. We cant get enough of this place and who can not love a roof top lounge!

I have been here since we opened in 2017. In fact when I moved in I was the only person on my floor lol. But I have to say the apartment is decent. The construction problems have made the complex look horrible at times but they ARE getting it fixed up. Give it time. Landscaping will be redone as well.Overall has been a positive experience. The front office staff, especially Kim and Abrey have been amazing. There is a good community vibe at this place which is evident at the resident mixers they throw. Carlos, our maintenance man, learns your work schedule and comes at appropriate times so as not to disturb you (I work nights, so this is invaluable). If I was staying in the area I would renew here again in a heartbeat.

Since moving to the Houston area roughly six years ago, I’ve lived in my fair share of apartment homes. I LOVE how open and spacious our two bedroom floor plan is (frankly, the kitchen alone sold me, but that’s besides the point); the staff has always been more than helpful and the grounds always look lovely (we can even enjoy an small “oasis” type relaxation area with a fountain, grills, etc; small amenities like these make all the difference). I cannot recommend this place enough :)

Me and my better half are looking into this apartment complex as an option to move back home: we’re both from this area and we need to be near our family.Due to the current circumstance, we have not had the opportunity to go and look at the apartments as of yet. However, when I have spoken to the office team, I have always been treated with true lovely sincerity. Just trust me, I can sense an false face and a false demeanor almost instantaneously. If I do get that vibe, I always excuse myself from a situation, turn, and I never look back.I was struck by the way the reviews, the good, the bad, and the ugly, if you will, there is a kind reply by the office team. Had a few issues concerning my apartment but the staff did an amazing job being proactive and getting everything resolved and truly doing there very best to make sure I had the best living situation, Specifically Kim, she has been so amazing with communication and doing all she can to help me in any way!! Loved my apartment overall!

Overall a pretty good experience the past 6 months. Only complaint would be being able to hear my neighbors alarm at 5:00AM when I dont have to get up until 9:00AM..... Safety was important to me - having locked inside hallways is what lead me to decide on this complex.Maintenance is SUPER responsive and quick! He is great!!!!!!

Great apartment. Walls are thin which causes most sounds to be heard throughout the day and night (if you know what I mean). Love the upgraded appliances and style of the apartment. Wish outside appearance was more kept up. Dead bushes and plant are kind of bleh.

I have lived here for just about 8 months and I will say that it is expensive but for the south side of Houston I have no complaints. Samantha in the front office is exceptional and all of the employees I have had encounters with have all been super helpful. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to be close to the city but also far enough away to enjoy the water.

Nice home in the CL area w police officers on-site for added protection. Construction was on the below grade side to ensure the noise reduction on property. I agree walls and floors are paper thin- Pet lovers should do better as well as speeders through the 2 buildings- lets not forget tenants who thinks ita cool to slam doors anytime( after 12a to 5am)- sp disrespectful but this is the world we live in- no one cares ❤

Love this place so much! the staff was so attentive and kind. i would not have chosen this place if it wasnt for them! love the pool area, super relaxing and the roof top lounge is to die for!! especially during sunset. ive used the gym a couple of times and love that there is a TV while doing cardio. love that there is a hub station for amazon packages. i highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking to live luxury & affordably in the league city area.

Excellent living community and environment. Minutes away from Kemah, Galveston, and Houston. Marina Bends location offers easy access to 45 making commutes stress less and convenient. Contemporary complexes that are quiet and secure. Highly recommend! A++

The best apartments anywhere near this area. When I was searching for luxury apartments this place blew everyone else out of the water. And I dont mean price wise, eh its a little more expensive than most, but you have to give it a chance because you will not regret living here

Bit pricey, but worth it. Staff is very friendly, facilities are clean, no issues with bugs. Some noise can leak from upstairs especially heavy footsteps, but its usually not an issue.Overall great experience.
