Ive stayed at these apartments For a year and if it wasn’t for my budget I wouldve loved to stay for another year or two. Out of the 5 apartments ive stayed in all my adult years these apartments were easily the cleanest, safest, quietest and most luxurious.. I only put in maybe 2 maintenance requests while staying here (removing the wasp nest on my patio and turning my water heater up) and I remember the maintenance guys being super nice and helpful. The office staff service was undoubtedly 10/10. Phoebe and Brittany were the most helpful and friendliest office attendants ive ever encountered any call or question I had they always knew how to help and always gave me and my son the warmest welcome when we came into the office offering my son candy anytime we came in and it made him so happy. Yes these apartments are a bit pricey but between the super nice amenities, quality service of the staff, and spacious and luxurious apartments, it’s worth every penny. Best apartments Ive ever experienced and they earned every star!

From the moment I moved in, Ive been impressed with the quality of the apartments, amenities, and most importantly, the incredible service from the maintenance team. Specifically, I want to give a shout-out to Emilio!His dedication to his work has made me feel like Im part of a community that truly cares about its residents. Therefore, If youre considering moving into LynnCora, I highly recommend it - you wont be disappointed!

I have been searching and looking for a new place to call home. Happened to pass by LynnCora because of the beautiful grounds and curb appeal of place decided to drive in a take a look around. Came across one of your maintenance staff Salvador who was very professional, friendly and informative about apartments directed me to the leasing office. Definitely going to be stopping back with husband to get a tour of this beautiful place. Thanks again Salvador for making such a an impression. This may be home for us.

Brittanie Love is an absolute godsend. She was patient and really listened to our request. All the ladies in the office was really nice and helpful. Phoebe, the leasing agent is so nice and knowledgeable. I stopped by this property to view a one bedroom, then decided I wanted to look at other units. She was so professional, she listened and did not rush me. I was totally impressed with the property, their beautiful amenities and I could definitely see myself living here one day.

If you’re going to work with anybody, work with Phoebe! She made our experience wonderful and went above and beyond. From the tour we were already comfortable, but she made time to help us with the application and gave us regular updates throughout the process so we had nothing to fear. When little things suddenly changed here and there, she was quick to give us and update and a plan going forward. If she didn’t have the answer, rest assured Phoebe would find it! This has been the best apartment tour and so far the best apartment we have lived in from amenities to neighbors to general respect from staff!

I recently toured this apartment complex, and I was thoroughly impressed. The facilities are top-notch, with modern amenities and well-maintained grounds. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Estefania. She was outstanding in every way—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Estefania answered all my questions with expertise and made the entire touring experience seamless and enjoyable. Her professionalism and dedication to her job are evident, and she truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Wow... when I drove in to your apts the grounds were looking great. I parked and saw one of your maintenance Salvador took me to show me around the ground you have the most polite gentleman. After I saw the ground he directed me to your leasing office. Beautiful property.

From the moment I moved in, I was struck by the cleanliness and attention to detail in every aspect of the property.From regular trash pickup and recycling to prompt repairs and replacements, the maintenance team at lynncora has been top-notch. Whether its a leaky faucet, a clogged drain, or a malfunctioning elevator, the maintenance staff is always quick to respond and fix the issue.
