This luxury high rise was supposed to be a test run for only a year and now we’re 3+ yrs in and I don’t think we’ll be leaving anytime soon. It’s very hard to leave LVL29 when the entire staff is wonderful along with all the best amenities. My 9yr old daughter says it’s way better than living in a house…what’s great for her is great for us. 💖

This is my second year living here and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Whenever any maintenance is needed, the building is quick to respond. Jen, Amanda, Cisco, and crew in the front office are delightful to work with. Most importantly, the community in this building is full of welcoming and generous people. My wife and I have made many friends here and the weekly bubble bars are great to keep in touch with folks. Ive lived in other buildings before and LVL 29 really is a step way above. I encourage anyone looking for a nice living experience to come check it out here.

I moved in 2 days ago and Im already liking this place! Jen was extremely helpful with move-in and every staff I met were extremely nice, courteous, never failed to smile! The maintenance was done within 1 hour of submitting the request and it is definitely an upscale apartment surrounded by nice neighbors. It is definitely worth spending every penny and I am excited to meet new people and enjoy my time here!

I have lived at LVL29 HIGH-RISE for 3 years, loving every minute😍 Its like living in a fancy hotel that we call HOME.Im facing Dallas with the most incredible view! Legacy West is a fun place to live and the LVL29 golf cart takes us anywhere we want to go. Valet is a great perk when you live so high up. Our pool area with a huge hot tub, grills, firepit, cabanas, makes weekends fun. Our 8th floor with game room and tons of space for parties. 3 conference rooms, business center, coffee machine, allows us to work in the building. The gym has great equipment and open 24/7. The building is decorated so absolutely beautiful! My husband and I were MARRIED on my balcony 2 years ago. LVL29 HIGH-RISE will always be special to us❤️ We highly recommend!

I have been living here since December 2022, I moved here from Nashville not knowing what to expect but it has been a pleasure living here from day 1. I feel very at home, safe and content with all the services LVL29 provides. The hospitality here makes me feel like I’m in a 5-star hotel I just love it. I cannot see myself living anywhere else unless I buy a house, and I did try looking at other apartments in the area, nothing was close to consider leaving LVL29 for. My apartment unit is great, spacious and peaceful especially for me working from home everyday. Thank you all for making this a comfortable, safe and peaceful place for me to feel at home.

LVL29 is spectacular!! It is like a luxury resort located next to Legacy West - premium shopping and dining area in Plano, TX.LVL29 is home to me. I am living here for almost a year and I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Melanie Shepard - Executive Director and her team - Carolina Pearce, Amanda Baker and Jen Garner are a fabulous team. They are extremely friendly, supportive and ready to accommodate all requirements. The concierge team led by Francisco is awesome, very friendly, makes you feel comfortable at all times. The maintenance team led by Shane is superb and very effective.The overall experience has been just great. They have weekly calendar of events and social activities which is amazing. The quality and features of the amenities here are no less than luxury resort similar to Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott etc. I highly recommend LVL29 to anyone looking for a luxury living with a feeling of a cozy home and spending time with extremely warm, supportive and friendly staff.Best regards,Shashin Shah

Love living here, everyone that works here is so warm and kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of.Also, if you have pets, your fur baby will be in heaven with the dog parks + being in such a walkable, fun area.Living spaces have great views and the building is full of amenities, GREAT events and great people! :)

This place is great it’s like Fort Knox here which is great there’s 24/7 security and concierge so packages can be delivered at 3am and someone will be there to sign for itParking in a garage I wasn’t use to that per say at least for an apartment but a secured 1 way in and 1 way out is great and even when the gate/ door was down it wasn’t left unattended like my previous apartment complex no they had someone or multiple people there around the clock to make sure that those entering are those who actually live there and those exiting also are those living here.The pool was yes busy but overall quiet and since it’s on the 8th floor that means only residents can be up there. So overall I love this place very much and the fact I can charge my car here that was huge as well as the elevators. Here everyone truly goes out of their way to help you out and I like that a lot. That and the valet trash service actually picks up trash but I’m pretty close to the trash Shute so that’s convenient as well. Comparing my previous apartment I was Robbed 3 times but here you don’t get that vibe so an over the top complex on security and constant walk throughs plus garage walk throughs helps rest that ease of mind.All n all I’m kinda glad that the other lux apartments treated me like sh*t because i probably wouldn’t have found this place or the fact I found this area by accident I took to get my car fixed and then it needed a charge (a form of fuel) and discovered that in the area there were 4-5 superchargers but also across the street was legacy hall which I found that on a Sunday group ride on the 🏍️ motorcycle. So I rode back after taking a few tours and to be honest some of the places the tour person shouldn’t be in that business after being so rude but I saw y’all wanted to stop in and tour and Amanda is who showed me around and I was like yep this is the place so it was my dad and I who moved in and after showing him as well because he just couldn’t believe that luxury complex had relatively good prices. Although the photos and the digital layout don’t do the units any favors until you see them in person.So I really appreciate all the help that y’all gave when I had my knee surgery it really made a difference. So thank you.

We are Blessed to call LVL29 our home! You see being an empty nester, selling our home was a life change in and of itself. God knew what we needed at this beautiful, convenient, fun-filled place! And even though I go between my Ranch and here, I take a deep breath when I enter this elegant high rise knowing I’m home! The staff is really family here and we take care of each other! Grateful for LVL29! Thank you all!

There is no perfect place, but at LVL 29, I felt safe and taken care of for the first time in a few years. People are the ones that make a difference here. The staff members are always here to help in any way possible. Communication level is incredible; Ive always had timely replies to my emails. The management is open to new suggestions and is doing their best to make this place better with each day.

I have lived in LVL 29 for over a year and just extended my lease on long-term basis because I have enjoyed living in this luxury tower. In addition to the great amenities, it is truly the staff that makes this residence so special, starting with the Executive Director Melanie to the Senior Sales Agent Amanda to all the rest of the staff.I live on the 24th floor facing south and it is a million dollar view. I looked at other high rise towers and this is by far the best. I walk less than two blocks to Legacy West with so many shops and restaurants to choose from. From my balcony (which is very large) I can see downtown Dallas, Arlington, and the outline of Fort Worth. If you are looking for a luxury residence with all the amenities (resort style pool, large hot tub, a great on-site fitness center, and a beautiful fire pit), then LVL 29 is the place to be. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to all the LVL 29 staff, especially Melanie and Amanda! I wish I could rate it 10 stars.

Although I did not choose to lease at this building, I wanted to make sure I left this review. I recently visited LVL29 for a tour. When I arrived, I valeted my car. On the tour, the sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, well-spoken, and helpful. When it was time for me to leave, the valet, Mekki, walked me to my vehicle, which I thought was very nice of him. The actual reason he walked with me was because the valet had accidentally bumped my car and had caused it sight damage. I could tell he genuinely felt bad, and I assured him it was okay; accidents happen. He then informed me that he had already spoken with higher-ups and that the buildings insurance would handle it. after I left, Mekki contacted me and let me know where I could send my car to be repaired, as well as made sure they would have a loaner for me. They fixed my car free of charge and the process was simple. I am very appreciative of Mekki for his honesty, care, and dedicated communication. I did not choose to live at LVL29, but it is not because of the accidental damage to my car at all. On the contrary, their customer service and Mekki made my decision to pursue a lease at a different location more difficult! I can tell that if you do decide to live at LVL29, their staff is attentive, responsible and caring. Thanks Mekki!

I lived here since last February and moved out yesterday. I had to move out because I decided to go back to South Korea. If I can live in this area, I will not leave this apartment.This apartment is great. The front desk staff, especially Cisco and Nadine are very gentle, attentive, and trustworthy. The maintenance team is also great. They are very quick and skillful. This apartment runs a shuttle from the apartment to legacy west street. This is very convenient, especially in very hot weather.This apartment is also very strong. When several tornado watches, warnings, and severe thunderstorm warnings happen in the North Texas area, this apartment has no problem. My floor was the 20th floor, and the windows were strong enough under those severe weather conditions.I also met many good neighbors inside this apartment. Peoples are super nice. If you plan to live in this area, I highly recommend this apartment.

Weve lived here now for a couple of months after selling a house and downsizing. We really enjoy it. Weve loved it from day one and the new hasnt worn off. The building and amenities are great and just as advertised. What separates it however is the staff- from Carolina and Kims team, to concierge, to the folks that clean up after all of us on a daily basis, they are all so pleasant and over the top willing to help with whatever is needed. Its a pleasure to call this our home!

My experience thus far🌹⚘️From the beginning, Amanda in Sales made us feel like she wanted us here. She displayed professionalism, kindness, and a warm smile. She has continued that warmness and friendly temperament and is ready to assist. She greets you daily with a smile and a friendly wave while saying good morning!⚘️⚘️Then there is Melanie Shepard- Exec. Director - A True Gem. As I mentioned to her that our washer dryer set and dishwasher were not up to par and working, she immediately assisted us and went over and beyond and took care of that. I am forever grateful for the quick loving and professional response. She is a true Gem and does all she can to make sure this high rise remains luxury.⚘️⚘️⚘️Then there is Cody- The Maintenance team. This guy is amazing. I contacted the concierge to let them know my guest bathroom water was barely running and running cold. Most importantly, I had guests coming to town the next morning at 7 am.🤷😢Concierge responded to me that he was gone for the evening, but they would send a message regardless.Its a Friday evening , and Cody calls and says, Im at the grocery stir, I understand you have guests coming.. Ill take these groceries home and run to Home Depot to get you a new faucet and come install it👀😢👀🫨❤️TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest. My heart was filled with joy! He did exactly that, and needless to say, my guest came in town the next morning to a warm bathroom, and we went on to enjoy the resort like pool for the weekend!Last but not least, the ⚘️⚘️⚘️⚘️concierge and valet team! Coty, Kia, and Nadine are simply pleasant, professional, and such a delight in handling concerns. Our Valet guys, Owis, Denzel, Ahab, and D, are hands down the best. TEO IS BY FAR THE BEST! HE GOES OVER AND BEYOND EVERY SINGLE DAY! HES THE BEST!⚘️At this point, we will not be returning to a home. Who wants to live in a house when you can live RESORT style LIVING YEAR round, in a luxury tower as this and a staff and Concierge like lvl29!Thank you so much for making our experience luxury!P.s. Things are going to break down, such as elevators , key fob, etc. What makes an extraordinary luxury high rise the best is that the staff is doing everything in their power to keep it up to par, as they do! I appreciate the staff at LVL29 on keeping LVL29 the best.Im going to give this place a 4 star! A 5 star for me would be a unit with a gas stove - not necessarily a fan of a electric stove.Tina & Marcus

I love living here at LVL29. I moved here from a big house which I sold since the market was hot. Never lived in a high rise before so I gave it a shot and I am glad I did. The service has always been great to me, especially with Amanda and Sara. They are both amazing and very interactive. Anything I need they are always there to help me. The concierge is top notch and ready to help me anytime and is easy to reach and always available 24x7. I enjoy the view I have and the amenities. The community is the most important part of LVL29 and what I love the most living here. Everyone I know treats me like family. Would never expect that coming here over living in a house. Highly recommend trying LVL29 out. Like living on a pleasure cruise.

I flew into Plano to look at apartments in preparation for my move in 2 weeks and I had a tour of LVL 29 with Jen. It was one of the best apartment tours Ive ever had. Jen was so friendly and informative! She really presents the apartment with great pride knowing that the apartment and its amenities are the best in the area. I originally had 4 apartment tours scheduled with LVL 29 being the first but after my tour, I turned in my application already because I knew this was the one. Their apartment units are well built and sound proof which is a big deal for me. Their walk-in closets are massive which is a big deal for the girlfriend. Their dog park is clean and offers an array of cute little dog obstacles which is a big deal for the doggo. The whole household approves!

Great place to live! The staff is amazing. The property is beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed living at LvL29. The only con is parking. Literally no guest parking in the building. Only valet that cost $10 per vehicle every 24hrs. Outside of that I had no compliments. It was bitter sweet moving. Such a great place and location.

The decision to sell our Dallas house and move to an apartment was a grand experiment for us since my wife and I have not lived in an apartment community for over 40 years. Downsizing from a large home to an apartment wasn’t easy. The friendly, responsive and professional staff at LVL29 have been incredible. We love the facility, the amenities and of course the location. The layout is modern, the floor plans and finishes are very good. The grounds and common space are clean, comfortable and welcoming. There seems to be a wide variety of ages and stages of life, the community is friendly and respectful and a delight to be part of! We have totally enjoyed our experience thus far and are looking forward to living at LVL29.The location - what a great place to live right in the middle of everything! Its wonderful to be able to walk from the building to visit the shops and restaurants in Legacy West. And then after wine and dinner, just text the Concierge for a ride back to the apartment.Speaking of the Concierge team, they are always available to assist with packages, guests, deliveries and general questions and best of all they do it with a smile and always make me feel welcomed. Definitely an asset.The leasing staff responds to my questions super fast and go above and beyond to work with me on my requests. The warm welcome, upmost care and concern shown by the management staff during our move-in was just impeccable.Maintenance requests are easy to file via the resident portal, are completed quickly and they always do a great job. The maintenance team is very outgoing, courteous and easy to work with.The entire team works diligently to see that all residents enjoy the amenities that LVL29 has to offer, while making certain that standards are kept high.Thank you to everyone at LVL29 that makes this place our home. I had such a wonderful experience here, I toured Twelve as well as Skyhouse in Frisco and the amenities and quality of build at LVL 29 is incomparable. I miss living here. The worst part about this place is that 1 or 2 of the 4 elevators often were out of service. We’d wait on an elevator for over 5 minutes sometimes from the 26th floor. Other than that, this place was awesome!
