    Lumen has exceed expectations! The apartments are beautifully modern, with new appliances and stylish finishes. It truly feels like a luxury living space. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible front office staff, including Melinda, our leasing consultant. They are always so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist residents. Any time Ive had a question or needed assistance, theyve been quick to respond and resolve any issues. The combination of the beautiful apartments and the amazing staff makes living here a truly exceptional experience!

    I am thoroughly impressed with my experience at lumen. After living here for two years I can say from experience it’s not a bad place as some of the reviews here make it seem. The front staff here is exceptionally attentive and always ready to assist on any issues tenants may encounter. The property itself is beautifully designed, creating a pleasant living environment for both tenants and pets. Not to mention the onsite security and maintenance staff work diligently to ensure everything runs smoothly. Maintenance deserves their recognition as they try their hardest to keep the property clean and neat. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone seeking a high-quality living experience.

    I love Lumen so much! The neighborhood is so fancy. The people are high class working citizens. There’s never any trouble in the neighborhood which is my biggest concern when I am residing somewhere. Especially because I have children. The schools are amazing. My 2 bedroom 2 bath is really nice. The vibes are so chill. From the rooftop to the pool area. There’s minor issues that obviously come with anything because nothing is perfect but they fix everything right away. I’ve been here only 11 months but I plan on staying for a few years. The management team is really helpful and sweet. I love Selest’s attitude she works really hard I can tell. Lumen you all earned a long term tenant

    Despite the gate situation, Lumen is a great place to live. It is apparent that the builders of the building/gate installed a very difficult type of gate. The level of professionalism and transparency from the leasing office, in particular, Mrs. Salestria Robertson is unlike anything I have experienced before. She is wonderful to work with. Mrs. Salestria truly cares about the residents of Lumen. She doesnt give a robotic response to concerns such as We are doing what we can. She informs the residents what is actually being done. The issue with the gate isnt the leasing office. The issue is the type of structure it is. I appreciated all the help that the leasing office has done. This is a great property and in the heart of downtown.

    We have been living here for the past 4 months and so far it’s been excellent. The front staff Nancy and Melinda and everyone else have been wonderful. They treat us like family and are very transparent. The garage gate has not been working but we see professional working on it the past couple of weeks to get it all ready and the management team has been in communication with us to give us all the updates. The location and the layout cannot be beaten. We highly recommend this apartment and come talk to the staff and see the difference.

    Great establishment. The office staff is so professional and nice. Especially the manager always willing to help. The maintenance staff is prompt to fix anything in my apartment. The prices are great here and the apartments are nice. Come get an apartment here the location is close to everything!!

    So I’ve been here since December and I honestly love living here. There are very little cons and for the value paid you get MORE than what you bargain for.Pros:This property is beautiful!The location is near everything but not crowded.No noise complaints.CleanSafeEverything is updated (they are fairly new)More than enough parking, I’ve never had an issue.Never had an issue with locker parcels or delivery either.Cons:The units on the interior don’t get much natural lighting but still get some.

    Self tour was kinda confusing but the building is pretty and the pool and gym area are much nicer than my current apartment…will certainly consider when my lease is up in 2 months, manager and staff were pleasant they offered me snacks and coffee, they even have events like Wellness Wednesday. I was told not to even bother touring bc of the reviews but I actually like the place so idk what’s that all about. The fitness center is the largest I’ve seen in the area not like most apartments with the hotel style gyms and it’s open 24 hours…has to be my favorite amenity with all new equipment!

    This is a really beautiful building. Moving from out of state, so I drove around exploring the area. The walkability is ok, but if you have a car there is SO MUCH to do! The amenities are nice. Lots of opportunity to WFH near your apartment, several coffee bar stations, small pool but it’s gorgeous, great grilling stations. The leasing agent Stephon and his property manager Victoria were very welcoming even though I didn’t have an appointment. Great pricing on large floor plans.

    I’ve been living here for some time now and honestly it’s your typical apartment. I know the reviews can be misleading but it’s not as exaggerated as some of them make it seem. Yes our gates have been broken for some time but there’s security and a surveillance team that has been hired in the meantime. We live in Houston, and it’s typical to have car break ins here and there but the way the office staff has been able to help with providing the footage for the perps has been great. They helped me so much when I had some car troubles and they really do try to help all residents and prospects. Emily and the staff have been really welcoming. I’m a complainer and I feel like my stay at Lumen has been great and I’m looking forward to renewing for this upcoming year. I hate when residents bash the staff like they don’t have a huge workload and like they don’t care, when they do… is corporate, there’s a process to things. I want to give them their flowers because they really have turned this property around from what it first was like. The only fault i’d have to say is in the residents and their guests pride in the building. We have guests breaking the doors into the building and parking on all of the floors when we have designated parking, it’s beyond annoying. If the staff had to monitor all of that, it would be their main job. For my fellow residents reading this, please check your guests… because yall know yall are dead wrong for that.

Selest, the Property Manager, has been just AMAZING to work with and you can 100% tell they care about the residents! She is always receptive to the knowledge I provide her when she is an issue with her Package Concierge kiosk. If you are looking for a property where the management team is invested in you, is where to go! You wont regret it!

    We are so excited that we were able to find a safe, clean, and best layout apartment in Montrose. We are a family of 4 and after looking for days we had lost hope that there would be a luxury apartment that would give us the space and amenities we needed for our growing family. But to be honest, the key element that made us sign our lease instantly was Emily. She made me feel like I was already part of the community and guided us and answered all our questions. For our family, she went above and beyond what I have seen from other leasing experts. She was flexible and genuinely caring in help us complete the process of moving in. To me that speaks volume, I know for a fact that if there are any challenges in the future, there will be a strong team ready to help us through it. I highly recommend Lumen, once you tour the place you will see why we are so excited, and if you want to be treated like family, ask for Emily.

    Lumen has been the best rental property I’ve ever lived in and the reason to be is because of management! Stephon has done an exceptionally job with keeping the property cohesive and well maintained from the completion of maintenance requests to my tenant inquiries and much more.The amenities are well kept and worth the price. The packaging/mailing system, the property’s location, and grilling areas, also the infinity pools are my favorites. Thanks to Stephon I renewed my lease before my renewal date!     My wife & I toured the property today with Artricia. Let me start by saying Artricia was wonderful! Extremely professional & answered all of our many questions (and we had quite a few 🙂) . She was very patient, friendly & informative ~ traits you’d hope to see from your leasing staff.The overall property is new (just over a year old) & very impressive. It appears to be very well kept & clean, which speaks volumes on the attention the property is given by the maintenance staff! It is extremely important that we live in a well maintained & clean property so this was a huge plus for us. The hallways are wide & well lit throughout. They even have “skylights” for extra lighting throughout the hall corridors, which is something you don’t see often! Kudos to the architects of the building for that feature!Overall, I just can’t say enough about how clean everything was. We did read the many reviews about the property when it first opened with the former leasing team & mgmt ~ they were horrible. However, it is very apparent that the current leasing team, mgmt, maintenance, etc., have put many of those concerns behind. They are on top of it!We are looking to make Lumen ournext home. And we certainly hope (& expect) that the current level of attention to the property, the overall cleanliness continues. We will likely circle back with an update several months after move in to confirm.

    This is honestly the best property that I’ve lived at and seen in the Montrose area. The prices for rent are actually reasonable which is something you’re not seeing much in Houston anymore. This property is safe they have keyless entry into each door of the building. I live alone and safety was my #1 concern and was important to me. The new management has been super helpful, idk what the other people were doing (no shade). It’s an amazing community in my opinion and I’m looking to stay here when my lease is up.And i’m glad they started being more strict with the parking garage because I was getting annoyed with people who were parking in my spot…
