I’ve been living here for a little over 2 years now. I’ve honestly have never ever had an issue with management. They always answer my calls. They always speak to me kindly. And when I was struggling a little bit they directed me to people I can contact for assistance. It’s always clean in the dog parks and parking lots and maintenance always comes out in a timely manner when I need anything fixed. They also do routine maintenance checks and fire alarm and extinguisher checks. They have put cameras in from of the complex so there hasn’t been any issues as far as gun violence. I also like that they have monthly food pantries that come out and donate to the families living here. Overall I enjoy living here. My kids love it here and it’s definitely a good stepping stone to help start saving for a house. Also! They are close to my kids school. Commute is never an issue. Close to hwy 90 and hwy 151.

ALEXIS is a amazing woman who loves her job and was very welcoming and VERY HELPFUL! MY. APARTMENT IS VERY WELL MANAGED AND OUR MANTIENCEE IS VERY MUCH SO ON POINT! 5 OF 5 THIS IS A PLACE TO CALL HOME!!! THANK YOU LUCERO APARTMENT FOR THE START OF MY NEW LIFE!

Been here a year and only thing I can say is some of the parents here need to watch their children better, especially at the park. I dont even want to take my children there to play. I have a 3 year old who loves to play at the park but you have parents that let their kids go play alone and these kids are cursing and throwing sticks and all kinds of stuff that ya know they wouldnt be doing if their parents were there. And mind you the kids cursing are not teens they are anywhere between ages of 6 to 10. I love the maintenance and staff, they really take care of your concerns when it comes to your apartment. Just signed my 2nd year lease. Wont be going anywhere no time soonSome residents ruin any place for others but I wont let that get to me.

I have been living in Lucero Apts for 2 years now, actually it might be 3 years...lol. I have never had an issue with the office staff, they are all very professional and extremely helpful. Maintenance crew are professional and they get the job done. I so much hate the fact that I am moving out. I am moving to another city in hopes of a better job opportunity. Damien is great, he reached out to me after hours via email when I had an issue, Jonathan does exactly what he says he is going to do in a blink of an eye. The Lucero community is just wonderful!

The office staff has always been able to help with any questions or problems Ive had. The office manager Sheena is on of the best managers this apartment complex has had. Great customer service

Very professional! I saw the older reviews and was shocked cause they are beautiful! The office was very very professional! I’m thinking the old people was fired and they made some changes! I don’t live there but that was my experience applying!

They are pretty nice ! The only thing is dont understand why would they give a woman with Children up stairs ! Not only up stairs but the 3 floor ! I think its Crazy cut they should have consecration for safety of the child !

Gorgeous apts. They are income based apts sp you have to make sure you fit their strict qualifications but the apts are incredibly beautiful and the staff is nice

These apartments are very nice please do not let the tenants in the apartments next to them ruin them . Very poor management over at Rosemont
