From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the office management team (Tommie, Karissa & Charles) who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless. The apartment HOMES!!! YES, you will get an actual house operated under the same concept of an apartment. They are beautifully designed with modern finishes, spacious layouts, and thoughtful details that make it feel like home instantly, with private yards and every home comes with a 2 car attached garage and driveway!!The community amenities are going to be top-notch! (Currently under construction)The sparkling pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and serene outdoor spaces create the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. Los Cielos at Brooks is an absolutely stunning rental home community. The homes are incredibly nice inside and were designed with ample space with private fenced back yards, and EV charging-ready two-car garages. The management team here is incredibly attentive and super responsive to my questions. I am so excited to see this professionally-managed community of luxury rental homes at Brooks!

Valerie was great and knowledgeable about the property, explaining all the details, what’s to come and what to expect. Very friendly, easy to talk to and made me feel very welcome in your leasing center. I love the layouts of the homes, what they offer but the price is way too high for me, especially on a teacher salary. Valerie was very understanding of that and she knew I would follow up with her later in the year with the hopes that the pricing would change if any.

The homes look amazing! Highly recommend! I went on tour with a buddy of mine hes moving in, the only thing was the pet deposit was too high in my opinion.
