I have lived here for over 10 years and have seen quite a few changes both good and bad. Management has changed several times, but the latest manager is ok. Some apartments get renovated when not occupied while others get a quick makeover depending on the turn around time for move in. They need more or bigger dumpsters because the dumpsters seem to fill quickly. Maintenance picks up the free blowing debris daily. The greenery is trimmed and cut regularly. When theres an issue in my apartment maintenance responds quickly but you sometimes have to stay on top of them to finish. Make sure you pay your rent before the 3rd and if the 3rd falls on a Sunday and the office is closed be sure to have your pre-dated money order. Always get a copy of your money order and have them sign as a form of receipt. The parking is limited after 3p and and light on weekends (since people be out on the town). On site laundry facilities are decent and kept clean.

Its a really quiet and secure place. I be living here for 3 years and i have never seen no drama. It also has a Security that be checking every car that comes inside of the apartments.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE, MARIBEL, PAMELA, ERICA ARE AWESOME 5+ STARS ARE NEEDED I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH ANYBODY EVERYONE MINDS THERE BUSINESS & STAY TO THEM SELF I RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO WHOEVER IS LOOKING THERE AFFORDABLE & IM GOING TO BE HERE AS LONG AS NEED BE ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️SIGNED JUANITA

Was interested in these apartments. The agent was very helpful and the units are nice. I did end up going with another option only because of distance from employment.

It is a good place to live, quiet and stable, although not everything is hunky-dory, there are some things that are damaged in the apartments and it takes a long time to fix them otherwise well.
