Ive lived at Landera for almost a year now and have loved my experience. The staff up front and the maintenance crew are so kind and attentive. If I have any issues, the come day of or the following day. The apartment is spacious and the complex well kept. Many residents have been here 5+ years and its evident why.

I’m living at La Cantera since 5 years ago… Me and my two cats, we’re so happy. Its a nice place, quiet, clean, peaceful. I love it. And the staff, they are so nice, always listen to my needs and work fast to get everything done. Thanks Landera. 🌸

I have been living here for many years. I known the Apartment Complex Manager, Maricela since 2015. She has been professional and very easy to talk to. I have nothing but good experience from this complex & the management team. Whenever there were maintenance issues, the maintenance guys took care of them immediately. I am sure there are newer apartments nearby but I am comfortable with my overall experience with Landera so I have no plans to move.

Were going on our second year living at Landera and the experience has been above what Ive seen as the standard in renting in SA. Maintenance is rarely a concern as the team here is outstanding in providing quick and effective service for any and all issues weve had, from an AC outage to something as simple as a screen door alignment.The main and only concern weve seen is regarding safety and parking. I do grow concerned that enough isnt being done to combat the uptick in car-related theft, and while I recognize it may be an upper management deal, it would serve well to attempt some changes in that regard.All in all, weve had a great experience living at Landera and will continue to hopefully do so! The location puts you near so much and its really convenient to get anywhere from where we are.

I have lived at Landera for many many years, several different apartments. I moved away a few times and then came back. I feel comfortable here. Marisela and Devyn are the BEST!!! Maintenance requests always get done quick, usually the same day! That is not the norm in the multi family industry, always be thankful for good maintenance. Location is GREAT!

These apartments have been some of the best Ive lived at. Theyve gotten any issue resolved quickly and they dont charge an arm and a leg to renew your lease. Community is great and no issues with any other residents, plus its a great bonus that they have loft floorplans avoiding anyone below or above you

We have lived in this community for over six years. The ladies that run the day to day operations as well as the maintenance men are the very best. They are so helpful and kind. Weve never had to wait long for any service or an answer to any question. Landera is a place where from day one we have felt safe and secure. This is a wonderful place to live with a good community of people.

I’ve been living at Landera for just under 1 year, and I love it! The front office staff ALWAYS answers the phone with a pleasant attitude, and they’re very quick to complete maintenance requests as well. I plan to renew my lease when the time comes!

I Love living at Landera my experience has been good . Maintenance comes right away and takes care of my maintenance requests they’re very friendly .Maricela and Devon are great friendly , attentive and understanding. I like how quiet my area where my apartment is . It’s a nice place to live .

Overall this is a great place to live! The maintenance team has showed up to fix issues at very inconvenient times and they have quick turnaround times for any work orders. The front office staff is also very nice and helpful, they did an amazing job of coordinating stuff to get fixed around my apartment before I renewed my lease and genuinely cared about making me and my family feel comfortable with staying another year.

My husband and I have been here for 5 years its been so peaceful here. Its a homey complex lots of shade, small town feel in a big city. Maricela and Devon are amazing and maintenance here is easy to request and very quick to be resolved. We love living here.

This community is in a good location not far from anywhere youd want to go for shopping, dining, etc. Its really close to Phil Hardberger Park so thats a big plus for nature lovers and dog owners. The neighbors in my building and adjacent buildings are pleasantly quiet. Most of the dog owners here are friendly and enjoy a quick chat when passing each other by. The resident experience app makes paying rent and utilities a breeze.Marisela and Devyn are very professional and friendly and have made settling in a breeze. They are always happy to help, answer questions, and take suggestions for the property and do a great job of informing the residents of onsite work / maintenance, issues concerning the amenities, and all other postings pertaining to all residents.The maintenance staff, Ernesto and Carlos, are friendly and efficient. Maintenance issues are very easy to request through the resident experience app and are usually completed in a very short timeframe with the exception of non-emergency maintenance requests when there are open emergency requests by other residents, such as A/C not working in the heat of summer.Planes landing at SAT fly almost directly overhead the neighboring apartment community and are a couple thousand feet up so there is significant noise many times throughout the day but not enough that it would wake you unless youre the lightest of sleepers.

Had a small problem with a l3ak and it was fixed right away. Staff are friendly and have events for the residents. Pool is OK, gym could be bigger but I probably still wouldnt use it really so its fine. Maintenence is ON TOP of their task which Is great. No complaints. Great location and its quiet.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The location is perfect for me and I love the all vinyl flooring. It makes the space so bright and open. I appreciate the willingness of all the staff to assist when needed. They are all amazing!!!!

Imagine a little blue sectional, an orange kitty snoring in the center. He is happy in his living room with his mommy. That living room is in a building with good neighbors, a place his mommy decided to call home 4 years ago. And that home is Landera. Garfield and I are very happy in our home. The squirrel keeps the little kitty happy. The fireplace keeps him toasty in the winter. Come and see. Landera is a great place to call home.

I have lived here since Ictober 2015. Maintenance have always been great. The maintenance guys *(Carlos and Ernesto) are always thorough in every job that needs to be performed. They go above and beyond to make things better. Recently, my sink was leaking, and during the ice spell of having to drip the faucets, caused a lot of pressure to the pipes, causing a very noise coming from the bathroom sink. I placed a maintenances request that I needed a new faucet.They replaced the faucet, the sink, fixed the cabinet door beneath the sink, and replaced the board underneath the sink. They did an awesome job. Reason I have lived here for so long. Carlos and Ernest will always receive 5 stars

I gave this place a five stars because they deserve it! The couple of people who gave a bad review I think it’s because they didn’t follow the rules. When you walk your dogs pick up after them. Don’t let your dogs outside in the balconies when is 39* outside. Don’t leave your dogs out all day barking! Etc. this place is great! Just follow the rules.

I have just signed my 3rd lease at Landera Apartments. I’ve had a wonderful living experience as long as I’ve lived here. The management is always kind, warm and considerate. If I’ve ever had an issue with maintenance or in general it has always been handled very quickly and professionally. If it was a maintenance issue, the maintenance staff has ALWAYS fixed the concern and left it in better condition than at move-in. I’m on a first name basis with many of my neighbors who are always very nice. In short it is a really wonderful property and not only would I recommend it to friends, I have.

I have had a great experience living at Landera. Since the first time I walked in to inquire, Maricela the manager has been extremely helpful. She is exceptionally sweet, caring of her residents (can’t express this enough), and quick to help with any questions I had. Heidi, the assistant, is also sweet and very helpful. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any work orders I submitted. In particular Carlos and Ernesto do an excellent job every time and are so helpful! I couldn’t have been happier to have chosen a complex like this with such a great caring staff!

I didnt end up moving in here but had to share on account of Maricela! I was in a bit of a pinch needing to get moved into a new apartment quickly. Maricela greeted me with a smile and happily showed me a beautiful place. As we drove around, she greeted all the residents by name. She shared that over 40 residents have lived on property for 5+ years. I could tell she cared about every renter on this property. The actual apartment was beautiful and well priced. I stopped by the next day to take another look and she happily showed the unit to my friend and me again. I wanted to live here but ultimately found an apartment closer to my work. I have no doubt it would have been a wonderful experience living here. Maricela is a truly kind person and she left an impression that will make me look to Landera if ever I move.

I lived here at Landera apartments many years ago and I must say that they are very nice, very quiet and in a convenient location. It is close to 410 and 1604. Living there was a great experience for me. The office staff always extremely helpful and the maintenance team always came as soon as I called. I also enjoyed that throughout the year they have events for the residents. I definitely recommend Landera to all my friends. -AVI H

My family and I relocated to San Antonio from TN. this past summer (July). We didn’t have much to go by when we were trying to choose an apartment. All we knew is that we loved Churchill high school from our initial visit to the city a few months prior, and we needed to live close to that school. So we actually got help from an apartment locator and when we told her what we were looking for, she lead us here. All we had to go by were pics and reviews like the one I’m writing, so we decided to go with this one since it was really close to School and the reviews looked good. Being in a new city can be challenging, but the highlight of my day is coming home to our apartment. We absolutely love it here!!! The ladies in the office are so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Living at Landera has been one of our highlights about relocating here.

I lived there for over a year and really enjoyed it. The staff ( carmen & marisela) are really nice ,helpful and friendly ladies they will help you as much as you need , the buildings are really well kept. The community is also wonderful-very quiet, friendly people, i had to move out a few weeks ago cause I moved out of texas but definitely would live there again if I go back to San Antonio
