    I can’t say enough good things about living here! From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff. The leasing process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome.The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with high-quality appliances and thoughtful design touches that make it feel like home. The amenities are top-notch—there’s a beautiful pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and even a cozy community lounge perfect for working or relaxing.Maintenance is quick and reliable; any requests I’ve had were addressed within 24 hours. The complex is also quiet, safe, and conveniently located near great shopping, dining, and entertainment options.I’ve lived in several apartment communities over the years, and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had.     Leasing Experience:My leasing experience with Holly has been seamless. Kindness is a character trait while being nice is something you can out on and off. I am dealing with a lot of life and Holly has been a real blessing during the application process by showing me unwavering kindness. She was honest, transparent and really took time to hear my concerns. You never know what someone is going through but being a good human could change someone’s whole day. Holly has done above and beyond.

    Me and my husband are searching for an apartment and I honestly had the best customer service experience in a long time. Not to mention the facility is very clean and has a lot to offer. Geovaun, assisted us and was very helpful in regards to our needs as a family. He was very respectful and nice! This apartment complex is definitely my number one choice.

    Love this apartment complex the people here are awesome especially Jerry ! Maintenance is great and fast at fixing things . Night time is always quiet and safe nothing to worry about . Love the gated security and have enjoyed living here .

    First let me say thank you to Holly, Geovaun, and Jerry for being the best professional leasing consultants/agents in Texas. I moved to Texas 9 years ago. Almost each year I had to move due to bad neighbors, careless & reckless leasing staff, no rent control meaning high rent renewals despite being a good tenant and always paying rent on time; and horrible property management not adhering to their on policies (lease agreement). Just an horrible experience by many of the management companies here in Texas until I came to Lakeview.Nonetheless, after visiting Lakeview at the Gates of Prosper, my experience with leasing consultant Holly and manager Geovaun was above & beyond my expectations. Geovaun is truly the epitome of professional and skilled manager; and Holly and Jerri is the epitome of professional leasing consultants.One of the greatest attractions to me at Lakeview was not just the luxury apartments, but to witness how Geovaun manages the property holding residents accountable to the lease agreement including upholding the managements duty of care to residents and visitors. In 9 years, never have I experienced or witness any leasing management company and its employees uphold their own policies and hold residents accountable since I have been in Texas again, until I came to Lakeview.It means so much to me to witness and experience this from the staff at Lakeview because the cost of renting is high and if I choose to live in a community, I want to live in a well respected and clean community like at Lakeview with neighbors who care about the community they live in.Again, thank you Geovaun, Holly, and Jerry for being great professional leasing agents who not only care about the community, but its residents and any concerns they have that could harm others or negatively impact the integrity of the community. You all represent Lakeview well and it should be acknowledged and rewarded. If I could give 10 stars, Lakeview would be given 10 stars. Thank you!!!

    I had a fairly quick move in and the staff was amazing from my initial inquiry to the end! Gerry was more than happy to do everything virtually and made the experience seamless! Maintenance has also been prompt, neat and professional! I will always recommend Lakeview!

    The staff is friendly & courteous, as Geovaun, Jerry, and Holly are professional & insightful. The staff are very professional & courteous. I’ve been here 2 months and I’ve had hot water issues, my ac turned off and wouldn’t come back on, leaving me without ac for the night, thermostat / ac issues caused high electric bill as my ac would take 8+ hours to get to acquired temperature, and my garbage disposal has stopped working. After 2 months another HVAC personnel came out and it was determined my fire damper was needing service. Resolution took 2 1/2 months as my voiced concerns where not cared for, rather reasons were provided with unsubstantiated reasoning as to it taking 8 hours for my unit to cool. Scott does what he can, but in all honesty for a new apartment there shouldn’t be all this issues as I’m the first to leave in my apartment and this is rather disheartening.

    I cant say enough about this property. The office staff is so friendly and the tour was by far one of the best i have had. I am definitely going to move in here! The neighborhood is so great too. I wont have to drive but around the corner to do anything!

    Outstanding apartments the layout is missing some key necessitys as well as the cabinets are very very light or breakable the community room is massive but theres not a lot or very little space for privacy if one need to handle business as the complex fill up this will become a issue with first come first serve. Nevertheless, this complex is wonderful in so many ways: a very quiet, gated, and clean place to make home.
