Lakesound is an exceptional property, and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past four months. The design of the property is impressive, with standout features such as the bug island and the barn door in the laundry room, which contribute to its upscale aesthetic.The management team consistently provides outstanding service, always willing to assist with any needs. Jeff, Zoe, Chole, and Chris have been incredibly welcoming and professional, making my experience here even more enjoyable.

My experience at Lakesound was great! Jeff was extremely informative and attentive. I had so many questions and he was extremely patient with my chaotic mind. It’s gorgeous and I’m excited to see myself living here. Thank you Jeff for the amazing experience!

I had a wonderful experience visiting this new community. Zoe and Jeff were so kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They were incredibly helpful and informative. The floorplans are stunning, with thoughtful design and attention to detail that truly give the feel of a home rather than your traditional apartment. Kudos to the Lakesound team for creating such a luxx space! Im excited to hopefully becoming a resident here soon!

I called on a whim yesterday morning and Jeff answered the phone. Once he answered, I knew my experience was going to be top tier. He was very informative and upfront about requirements and approval criteria, as there are some items on my credit I was concerned about. I decided to stop in within the hour and was met by Zoe. Zoe is a queen. She is smart, mature, super personable, and dare I say... a girls girl.Jeff is amazing at what he does and works quickly. He made sure to be apart of the conversation after I toured and popped in to check on me. He also is a top performer and long time employee of the company, which says alot.I honestly was touring with the intention of not being impressed, BUT the team at LakeSound coupled with their gorgeous units and finishes make for a community I cant wait to be a part of. I toured, applied, and got approved within a two hour window. Even the service tech Chris was super kind and friendly when he was in the clubhouse.SN: I stopped in for a 2nd time earlier today with my husband and Zoe retained all information about myself and my family. She even remembered my kids names. Lakesound is a hidden gem in a beautiful area. Thank you all again for everything you do. Property management is not easy and they do it so well.Bob Faith, if youre reading this please give this team a round of applause (and a raise)😊

These new apartments are absolutely beautiful and the staff is even better! What an awesome experience and tour I had. Can’t wait to hopefully become a resident of theirs! Brand new and beautiful and the most dog friendly setting ever!
