I have been really impressed with the management team at The Grove Apartments. They are professional, attentive, and take resident concerns seriously. When I brought up an issue related to safety in the community, they kept me updated throughout the process and worked diligently to resolve it. Their commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all residents was evident.I appreciate their efforts to ensure that community policies are enforced and that residents feel supported. It’s great to live in a place where management prioritizes both safety and resident well-being.The location is another huge plus! The Grove Apartments are in an amazing area, just minutes from downtown, offering both convenience and a peaceful living environment.Highly recommended!

So far, I feel very lucky to have come across this complex and leasing staff. I really enjoy the amenities, location, and surrounding neighborhood; the park is amazing! Everyone in the office that I’ve met (Yesenia, Cher, Jack, Keisha) have always welcomed me with kindness and have worked hard to quickly assist and resolve any questions or concerns I’ve had. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe and well-kept option close to downtown or UT.

Overall Korina has been a good place to live. Its clean, the location is fantastic, and the neighborhood and park are really wonderful for walking and spending time with friends and neighbors. Another big plus is that the maintenance team always responds really quickly to work requests and are very professional and kind. The apartments are comfortable and the finishes in the units are great.However, given the cost of rent there are a couple of things that make living here a bit of a challenge. One is that each resident is only given a single key fob to the building and their unit when they move in unless they pay more than $200 for a second set. There is an app you can use as a back up but it goes down all the time.Two, there is a lot of outside noise early in the morning from the constant construction going on and the outside maintenance (they always seem to start blowing the sidewalks off at 7am).Three, its really hard to have guests come and visit even just for a bit. Theres very limited street parking and we have no way to validate parking in the parking garages. Most evenings the gates are open and the parking is free but that is not always the case. There is also no way to let people into the building without coming down to get them yourself.Finally, the front office staff while professional is not very friendly. Jack always made a real effort to get to know the residents and was really friendly but he left recently for a new job. Since then, the staff barely look up when I enter the office and say nothing to me if they notice I am just there to get a treat for my dog. Given how much we pay in rent, it doesnt seem unreasonable to expect them to at least be friendly when we stop in.

We lived at Korina for 3 years and really enjoyed it. It was brand new when we moved in and by far the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in, but still affordable. The location is great, very convenient since it’s close to Mopac and many restaurants. We love the neighborhood. It feels very safe and it’s walkable. The parks are nice, but I wish they had a fenced in dog park. We loved our view of downtown from the top floor. We had nice granite countertops and the washer/dryer included was great. The pool and the gym were nice too and the maintenance crew was great. The market downstairs is very convenient, although the restaurants that have opened up are too expensive. Sometimes they have food trucks come by which is cool. There has been construction going on next door on a huge assisted living facility which can be noisy, but nothing anyone can do about that until its done. Overall we really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it!

Korinas property has changed my life. It is the safest place I have ever lived. It has a spectacular location, its view of the surroundings is incredible, its staff is wonderful, especially the maintenance guys, who have the ability to resolve everything very quickly. I have lived in other places and they have not resolved everything as quickly as here. They and the rest of the staff are very friendly. I love living here, I would not change it.

Recently moved out of Korina because I moved for work, but I totally would have renewed if I stayed in Austin. Viviana is the manager and you can just tell she loves what she does. Always had a smile and always was a great experience. Miss y’all!!

Love the friendly staff, quick maintenance response, monthly resident events and safety and location of this place. Parks close by for good hike and friendly community. Since I move here I have had just nice experiences, I highly recommend moving here. Your pets also love it

This apartment is a hidden gem in the central Austin,perfectly complemented by its proximity to Carve, my favorite restaurant. The convenience of having such incredible dining options steps away adds an extra layer of delight to everyday life. The apartment is cozy and stylish, with all the amenities one needs for comfortable living. Plus, the neighborhood is vibrant and charming, making every outing an adventure. Overall, living here has been a dream come true.

We needed some kitchen repair service, and the Korina team was super quick and awesome. In comparison to other places Ive lived, where scheduling alone would take 4-5 days, Korinas maintenance team proved to be the best. Abel Alvarez and Alfredo Colin promptly arrived at my apartment, efficiently addressed all issues, and took the time to explain every detail. They even asked if there was anything else I wanted fixed, even if it wasnt on the original list. Their fantastic work and friendly attitude truly deserve appreciation. Big thanks!

I’ve enjoyed living at Korina for the past year. The front office staff is great. Jack Pappas knows be by name, is knowledgeable and always makes me feel welcome. Also, maintenance requests are done and fixed very quickly!The only con is that sometimes the garage gate doesn’t work.

Having lived at Korina for a number of years, I can attest to how wonderful all of the staff is! However, two people standout in always going above and beyond— Abel & Jack. Abel never fails to greet residents with a great smile and can fix just about any issue you can think of. Jack is simply one of the most genuinely kind human beings you’ll ever meet. They’re both prime examples of why Korina is a great place to live.

Great apartment complex. I am moving soon but have really enjoyed living here. My unit was on the top floor with a nice view. The whole building and all units are new. The gym and other amenities are tidy and enjoyable, specifically the park and sidewalks. The garage and neighborhood have good safety/ security. My neighbors have been friendly and I never had issues with noise. The staff is good also and has assisted me with things like lockout and late-notice move-out. Lastly, it has been nice being so close to my work, downtown and the domain.

Hands down one of the best places Ive lived in Austin! I will agree with other reviews— the construction is wildly loud and starts early — I’ve lived in NY so it feels somewhat normal, but make sure you visit while construction is in full swing.Was deciding between here and downtown and after meeting with Jack (our leasing agent) his customer service convinced us wed be taken care of here.We have two German Shepherds-- the park here with the long walking trails are WAYYYYY better for us.If youre deciding between places and havent checked this place out-- call up and schedule a tour with Jack!

Ive enjoyed living at the Korina for two years and counting and am so happy with my experience as a resident. The leasing staff is friendly, professional and very responsive whenever I have a question or am in need of a repair in my unit.Each time I submit a repair or service request, the leasing office reaches out promptly in less than 24 hours to get the job scheduled. Kai (onsite repairman / property manager / handyman guru) was more than helpful in making sure my request was resolved in a timely manner, not to mention he is kind and goes the extra mile. He even helped me dumpster dive when I threw away a valuable down the trash shoot (and found it!)I have and will continue to recommend Korina to those looking for apartment rentals in Austin! Its a wonderful place to live, central to everything, super dog friendly and surrounded by many greenspaces/parks that are well maintained.

I just need to shout out the amazing leasing team here at Korina & Alder! Jack, Makayla, Yessenia, and Johnte are the absolute best. They’re professional yet personable and honestly the main reason I’ve stayed at this community is because of them. My dog and I love having our daily quick visits to the leasing office just to chat with everyone! They’re always so helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns. Lived here from Feb 21 to July 23. It was an amazing experience. Leasing office staff were always very helpful and great to work with, maintenance staff are phenomenal and quick to take care of issues, never had any pest issues in my unit, great facilities and amenities. Would definitely recommend!

I dont often write reviews, but Im a big believer in giving credit where credit is due. Here’s what I would want to know as a prospective resident...Service: Hard to beat. Jack is the type of leasing agent you can only HOPE to find in your apartment building — prompt, genuine, friendly and committed to making sure ALL residents are taken care of. Ed has gone above and beyond to make sure that my maintenance issues are dealt with, often checking in days later to ensure there have been no further disruptions.Amenities: Resident Terrace conference rooms have been a saving grace for WFH. Sky Lounge is great for gathering with larger groups. Beautiful pool. Free parking.Resident Perks: Exclusive deals with Halina Day Spa, Love Cycling Studio, and Mirror Mirror. The Grove Market is just down the street, which is SO convenient.Community: Full of friendly and familiar faces. Every time I walk my dog, I run into at least 3 people who I’ve gotten to know — either in the building or residents in the neighboring townhomes. Tons of dogs. People of all ages. All walks of life.Construction: This seems to be the elephant in the room.Can it be annoying, inconvenient, loud… etc? Yes, of course. BUT, do I feel like my overall experience has improved from the new restaurants and store openings? YES! This is a NEW development. In exchange for short-term inconveniences, I’ve reaped the benefits of a NEW apartment nestled in beautiful pocket of central Austin, with a spa, salon, spin studio, 2 restaurants, a market, park, walking trail, etc. just outside the front door of the building.Like any building, especially a newer building, there are going to be bumps in the road. If you ask me, it is not about the situation as much as how it is dealt with. The Korina Team has continuously demonstrated a commitment to work with the residents to get through challenges that arise.Hope this helps!

I have been living here for the past year and I love it! It has great community areas/amenities. The pool is awesome, it has small offices to work from home or with a team. Packages are delivered to a package room, so you can access them anytime. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been locked out a couple of times and they always come to rescue super fast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice apartments. The pool and gym are solid as well, and I use them frequently. The facility as a whole is great, there is a lot of construction going on around but it is a developing area after all. The one thing I will say is I was told my apartment was going to have a balcony but unfortunately the one I moved in to didnt. Kind of disappointing because I love sitting outside. Overall it is a good place to live and everyone has been friendly and kind.

I am a previous Austinite who is very familiar with all the apartments around the city. My husband and I recently moved back to Austin from out of state and spent an entire weekend looking at apartments in the Fall before moving in the Spring. We had a list of the top 20 luxury apartments in Downtown we were considering moving into until we came across the Korina via Google.My husband and I went to visit the apartment when it was still under construction but we loved the idea of living only 10 minutes from Downtown, moving into a brand new apartment, having gorgeous amenities, and being in a more residential area that was very central to everything you need is ideal.After a thorough search of apartments, we moved forward with the Korina and we could not be happier. I have lived in many rentals in my life and I have to say that the management has been UNBELIEVABLE. They went out of their way to take videos/pictures/measurements of the apartment for us prior to our move so we knew what furniture to order. Their communication regarding any issue or question has been timely and accommodating.As the Korina is a new development, the building is kept spotlessly clean by lovely Andrea who is at the building every day making sure no mess is left behind. The outdoor areas have beautiful gardens, a lovely pool, a gym that feels like Equinox, and a convenient and secure package room.Makinley, Alicia, and Brooke are the property managers who I have worked closely with and I cant rave about their level of service enough.You would think this review is a paid promotion, but I can promise you that its not. I am very particular about where I live and have a very high standard of what to expect and I have yet to be disappointed so a review is worthwhile.Check out their Instagram handle @korinaatx for all the updates.

I have an apartment locating company, so I’ve been to a *lot* of apartment communities, and I’ve worked with countless leasing offices.Korina at the Grove is a must-see. Truly an amazing staff (shout out to Brooke!), high end amenities, concrete floors and ridiculously high ceiling on the ground floor, private second entrances (stoop entrances), modern appliances and finish outs, etc.The property is brand new, so everyone leasing there for the many months to come will be the very first to live in their unit and one of the first to enjoy the amenities.Reviews only offer so much. Get yourself over to Korina, and tour it for yourself! A++

The pool should be done in a couple of months and the amenities or above and beyond. They just started leasing so jump on it and Brooke and Viviana will get you taken care of. This is place is STUNNING!! High-end luxury close to everything and immaculate! There is a dream team of women in the office. Between Alicia, Brook and Viviana you will be 100000% taken care of. I am a Realtor and where I hang my hat up to live means a lot to me. I help people find their homes all day long.... When I come home to mine I want it to be better than the rest. Korina at the Grove is better than the rest. I do not normally write reviews but this was a no brainer! If you like luxury mixed with nature all around you this is your new home!
