    The community is a well constructed area, no violence has see seen , since I moved in there., everything about knolls at west oak both interior and exterior is perfect.

    I been here a week now and i will say this is actually the best looking apartment i moved in so far i absolutely love it by far. now i will say this, my microwave didnt work upon moving in idk why but im sure they will get that fixed, melissa at the front office IS THE BEST! the manager as well are amazing vibes i love it. now they do have slight roach problems but luckily they not huge but im sure extermination is going to do better.one suggestion i will say the porches of each building be cleaned or power washed down.the gym i wish it can be upgraded to all in one equipments for gym rats like me lol but............ overall its extremely quiet, roomy, and i see myself here for a good whilethanks so much

    I would like to give a warm praise for Rhonda Whitson !!! After being denied and waiting on a refund with no communication, Ms.Rhonda personally reached out by phone. Even as she worked the office signle handed by herself while i was on the line, she kept me updated as she worked with current residents and potential residents. She was polite courtsey and genuinely cared for me throughout our whole call. If you want to lease I would highly recommend Ms. Rhonda Whitson as your agent to speak with. I appreciate you once again for your kindness, thank you again !!!

    I am a long time resident here at City Park. I have had a very positive relationship with all of the managers that have worked here. The apartment community is a fairly clean kept community. I have never had any problems with a maintenance request that I have submitted and it is a fairly quiet community considering it is a family community. My fellow neighbors have always been very respectful and kind. We are under new management and so far so good.

    I have lived here for about 2 years and I have loved it here! Maintence is quick, I see management always walking around and picking up trash every morning, with our winter storm they did everything possible to make it safe to drive again, If there is anything suspicious they make sure to inform all the residents instead of hiding it, the apartments are cheap and beautiful, lots of parking spots. Now the ugly: lots of kids running around making it loud outside, teenagers grouped around their cars blasting music, I have heard gunshots but wasn’t sure if it came from here or the apartments next door. These are government owned low income apartments, so not everyone can get a chance to live here unfortunately. BUT if you can I will definitely recommend it here, it breaks my heart that I have to leave. I have had such a great time living in these apartments, yes I’ve had some issues, but nothing that came from the apartments just the residents.Side note: the previous management was very very rude, glad they’re gone! If you are reading about bug infestation, I have not experienced that myself, but I did deal with a few ants, roaches and spiders. All of that was easily handled with cleaning up the apartment and putting some bait. No problem there.

    I visited City Parc at West Oaks to find a new apartment for my family. I was blown away with how friendly the office staff was. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Im going back on Monday to pay my deposit and I cant wait to make this my new home.

    Very warm , welcoming and clean property. I walked thru a 2 bedroom apartment and LOVED the space it offered ! Jessica was very informative and professional and felt very genuine. I would recommend these apartments to anyone in the area.

    I love the new remodel. The property is fairly quiet and The office and maintenance staff are like family. Its a really nice place to live.

    I have inquired about this property a number of times throughout the last 2 yrs and being new to Houston it 8s truely a breath of fresh air to finally talk to someone so down to earth (Ms Ashley) who seems to genuinly care about what the tenant is looking for. I am a single mother of 4 and my childrens safety and education is of the utmost concern to me. WISH ME LUCK!! Gotta tell ya some of these comments are makin a sista nervous but in due time i shall know for myself.

    I’d say I’m very satisfied with the City Parc maintence staff. The maintence staff completes request in a timely fashion. I also like the fact that they are professional when addressing themselves when they come to your unit. They also are very helpful with making sure the property is clean. I appreciate at that they do.

    I moved here in 2013 and I loved living here.. Maintenance respond to my work order in a timely matter.. The grounds are kept neat.. This apartment community is kid friendly.. You are welcome to come stop by the office..

    It’s a nice place to live in. However I suggest that the authority should try to control the rate at which people gather at very late in the night to talk and disturb those who want to sleep after a hectic day. People also sit on the stairways to eat and dump trash there sometimes making it look nasty.
