    On a busy Sunday, Leo made the time togive us a tour of some of the floor plans we were interested in. He gave us a phenomenal tour and was of great service, which is why we ultimately ended going with Ironcrest. As soon as we walked out our decision was made. It’s rare to come across great service and which ultimately lead to a great experience. Danielle was extremely helpful, pleasant and super friendly. Took the time to answer all the questions we had. It was an honest, informative and genuine experience. I highly recommend talking to Leo and Danielle, they provided an extremely welcoming experience.

    Iron Crest Living has set a new bar in luxury apartment lifestyle. Every time I walk into my apartment I know I made the right decision to live here. The location is also prime. Dont have to go far for anything. Love this place 💕👌🏽💯🍾

    Since the time I tour I had a really great experience with Leo and Danielle. They are very professional and made the moving processes easy. Theres was a few things i was new to but they were very patient. I love my apartment and the amenities are just A+. I also want to say that maintenance has been amazing. They are nice when they come in and very fast when it comes to make sure my work order is completed.

    After checking around a few places, my friend suggested we try one more place. When we entered the building Nicole was very polite and welcoming, very knowledgeable of the property, we love the amenities and access time.Building was very secure for the residents and quiet and close to the TexRail station.When we entered the units, it felt perfect and at home. Every detail was explain to us in detail by Nicole, she was upfront with all fees and cost.I am an extra frugal individual, but for what I will be getting for leasing at IronCrest, it is well worth the money. Stores are close and convenient.Nicole really made a impact on my decision, I know I will not regret anything.I am about to do my application, so I can get my unit before they are all taken.Thanks again Nicole for the great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!D.     I recently called about potentially leasing a unit and spoke with Nicole! She was extremely informative and detailed, giving me a great idea of what the complex had to offer. She was also very flexible with me given my busy schedule. Also appreciated her following up with me on things, her communication was top tier.     My husband and I visited this complex. Nicole was our tour guide. She was so nice. Nicole had tons of information through out the whole tour. She was very honest and open about the neighborhood and luxury amenities, it made the experience a relief. The apartment lay out wasn’t for us but I referred my best friend and she loves living there.

    Danielle and Nicole made the leasing and move-in experience excellent, and are still on top of things if I need anything. They are both so kind and answered all the questions I had knowledgeably. Put in requests to have a couple things fixed/set up and they were completed same day. Nice area and good units.

    We absolutely love it here! All of the office staff is so friendly and helpful. Especially Danielle, she helped us with the tour and getting started with the application process. She is so courteous, friendly, and and a true professional!

    I just want to start by saying WOW! , I have lived in apartments for 4 years now and I just want to say that for the first time in those 4 years my service request was completed that same day! Andy was so professional and helpful and clean!!! I’m so happy that our maintenance team is knowledgeable and so proficient! Gives you that peace of mind

    Recently Danielle reached out to the team at Crunch fitness by Ironcrest Apartments in North Richland Hills. She shared marketing material and update us on the recent specials available to any of our clients who maybe looking for a new apartment. Although we typically do not share marketing materials of other business, she was very polite and knowledgeable about the property. If anyone is in the market for a new apartment I would suggest reaching to hear more about their specials.

    These apartments are beautiful! The whole process from me calling and scheduling a tour, Nicole was the BEST! She answered all of my questions & was very knowledgeable of the property. I will definitely be applying here when it’s time for my move!

    Ironcrest Apartments are top tier I’ve been a resident here for 6 months and i love it. The location is amazing. Basically everything you need for shopping is within 5-10 minutes in the area. The leasing office has great employees and resources as well. Especially Leo!

    Ive lived at iron crest for a couple of months and the maintenance is priority and management is awesome! Maintenance (Andy)was reason enough when I upgraded from my last lease with a different community. The results are legit and it shows! Very happy I made the right choice when I signed on with this community.

    I don’t really know what to say or where to start. I submitted a maintenance request and it was completed before I got home from work. Andy and Johnathon are the best!The leasing staff is great as well. They are always quick and courteous responders.

    Update:Danielle reached out and I was able to get the information that I needed.Danielle gets a five star for the tour on Saturday. She was knowledgeable and had amazing customer service.Danielle told me verbally the the price of base rent. I couldn’t remember it so I called yesterday. A guy picked up. I explained it to him. He claimed to not know the information and that he would take my contact information and call back. I even suggested he email it to me. Please note that I didn’t receive a call back or email. This place is no longer being considered as a home for me. The simple question regarding the base rent amount is too much for them. Imagine big issues that may arise.

    I enjoy living at this complex, amenities are great and staff is very helpful. Having the train nearby is super useful for getting to the airport or downtown Ft. Worth. Shoutout to Danielle for being so sweet and always doing her best to accommodate our needs! We appreciate you!

    I did a tour while looking at places to relocate from Houston and it was love at first sight. Danielle was extremely welcoming and informative about the current promotions and property amenities. 1 month off 1 bedrooms and 6 weeks off 2 bedrooms if my memory is correct. As busy as I am, I appreciate that Ironcrest is a stones throw away from a TexRail station, Sams club, wal mart, and highway 829 . Im still ironing out the details of my transfer but once everything is done, I will definitely be leasing with her.

    I had the luxury of having Vahida as my leasing consultant and she made everything a breeze for me! She responds on time, gives me every detail I could ever ask for! I am so happy I was able to get Vahida she was always sweet, and understanding and being a first time renter she made this process extremely easier for me!
