    I was at Greentree shopping around Maria and Keyon were very helpful. I love the apartments but unfortunately, my job is relocating me too Colorado. I also got to meet the manager Becky. She was really nice and her assistant Crystal they all were very very nice. Specially the manager Becky, she came out. Talk to me. Ask me how I was doing and if I wanted something to drink. If I come back, this is the place I’m living in.

    I have been living here for 4 years and Maria is always very helpful when I need anything she is always the first one to greet you. Maintenance is still a work in progress but they have gotten a lot better since new management and I appreciate that. Nice and quiet place to live.

    My favorite person in the office appatently just got promoted! Shoutout to Becky! She really cares about the community and has always given me consideration when I bring something to her attention. I moved here because I love the location right behind Koreatown and I got into their “essential housing program”. It’s nice because the price is better than it otherwise would be. My son also loves the pools and chooses a different one of the three to swim in every day I let him.

    UPDATE after four months of living here the management team has responded to our maintenance requests in a timely fashion, though our AC has gone out a couple times they were quick to fix it the same day. This place is a bit too expensive but it’s still a decent place to call home. I wish they would add some sort of covert parking though.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The staff was very helpful in getting us an apartment on short notice. They are old but nice enough, they have a dog park, three pools, a gym, and more. Maintenance so far has been helpful.I will update the review as time goes on.

    The excellent attention and concern for giving a service to the new residents in Green tree Apartments is really incredible, its staff work for that mission, I just moved and I am very satisfied, they also pay attention to my requirements, however small they may be.I recommend the prices and promotions amaze me.And I am impressed that in the kitchen there is a fire stop on the stove, wow, more security that there is not a fire and you lose everything, a very good idea, I have not seen that in other properties, even the most expensive and luxurious ones.Very good option to live in Green Tree apartment.Ademas todo muy limpio siempre.

    Ive been a renter for 3 years. The new management is awesome very respectful and make sure you are taken care of. I’ve spoken with Keyon on many occasions and I enjoy the fact that he’s very knowledgeable and clear when it comes to communication. The new team definitely keep the residents first..

    I have lived here for 5 years, going on 6. Just signed a new lease! I have not had any problems with the staff or Management. There are new owners now, and they are making alot of nice changes. They recently replaced all gutters, and put new paint on all buildings, its looking much better and makes me happy to see the nice changes 😀. Management is very nice and handles what needs to be handled asap!! They are willing to clean my carpet and possibly paint my apartment, and maintenance is Awesome!! I am happy!!

    Im very happy with the complex, my apartment, the price, quietness of neighbors, lack of insects in my unit, the amenities, and the location. Of course, this is only after 3 weeks. My hope is I can continue to rate 5 stars as time goes on. Jose and Nina in the office are tremendously helpful.One year later, Im still at 5 stars. Whether youre a family or single, this community has something for everyone. I signed the lease site unseen and was a bit worried about what I was getting into. The staff, the residents, maintenance are all great. The prices are great, apartments are clean, residents are quiet and respectful, and there is no pest problem. If I didnt have to move out of the area, I would choose to stay here.

    Araceli was amazing to work with. We had a tricky situation with some of our workers that needed an apartment during their work-visa stay. To say their situation was different is putting it nicely.Araceli worked with us every day. She kept us informed on the application process, she guided us, and our workers were able to move in to their apartment yesterday.Working with 5 different people in 2 countries is a challenge and she was excellent.

    Maria at the office was very helpful when we were early in our apartment search. The tour process involved digital identity verification and then a self-guided walkthrough. It was a nice renovated unit, but we asked Maria about another unit we found on their website and she was more than willing to work with us. The issue was I wouldnt be able to tour the actual unit before signing a lease, but Maria was very reassuring that it was ready to move in and everything was in working order. She even took pictures for us and when we moved in, it looked even better in person! She answered all our questions, worked very quickly and kept us updated on our application process the whole time to make sure we would be able to move in as soon as possible. Regarding communication, any questions Ive sent to the office by phone or email have been answered promptly and the office does a good job of updating us about maintenance issues around the complex. I would definitely recommend living here because of the reasonable rates and convenient location to the train station, Walmart, unique Korean shops, Asian grocery stores, a good handful of fast food restaurants, and the highway.

    Lately when searching for an apartment, I have ran into employees in the office that were just rude and unprofessional. It was refreshing to actually speak to Erin, who showed professionalism and was also very informative and was able to answer all of my questions about the complex. I do have some other options to look at but because of her, this complex is now at the top of my list! I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this complex and to ask for Erin, because I am confident that they will be taken care of. Greentree is lucky to have her!

    Updated review: The new manager, Tammie and maintenance service manager, Darin, have proved to be excellent and go above and beyond. The community, residents, and workers here are all friendly and they do community events, even online while the pandemic is going on. The apartments here had multiple repair issues from the lack of care from previous maintenance and management. However, Tammie and Darin have been quick to do repairs and to 100% satisfaction. They continue to work with you until you are satisfied and they truly care. I give 5 stars for everything I spoke of. The only reason I would give a 4 is because of the foundation in pretty much every apartment and home shifts in Carrollton, but as Ive learned it is not a problem if it gets taken care of in time.Thank you Tammie, Darin, and all of maintenance, and leasing agents you all are great!

    The management team at Greentree Apartments is excellent. Carlos Castillo, one of the maintenance team has done such a great job installing my washer/dryer and fixing the light fixtures in my bathroom. I would definitely recommend Carlos for anyone needing maintenance in their apartment at Greentree.

    The complex seems to be very well maintained. The pool looked really nice. And the apartment buildings are nice and compact. It has both single bedroom and double bedroom apartments of different categories based on the total area. And the rent of the apartments seem to be comparatively reasonable too, unlike other apartment complex in the neighborhood.

    My fiancé and I just moved to Texas from Michigan and we came in and Maria Jurado was so pleasant with us! The way she explained everything to us and made sure we were all set to go. The way she had made us feel felt like we were already living there!!! I would recommend her to anyone planning on moving into greentree apartments!!! Amazing customer service!!!!

    Edit- Gonna have to go back here and give credit where it is due. I originally gave these apartments one star because of the difficulties I was facing and the lack of help resolving them.Lately though, I have been able to get everything fixed quickly and the maintenance guys have been on point. All my experiences with the front office have been much better and everyone has been extremely helpful. I would actually recommend these apartments now based on the way its turned around in the past 2-3 months. The only thing preventing me from giving it five stars is the lack of a way to pay online that doesnt give an extra charge. It didnt sit well with me leaving such a poor review up when things have really turned around for the better. Good luck apartment hunting.

    The staff are very friendly and helpful. They dont gouge you with crazy fees for silly stuff and the maintenance staff are friendly and prompt. The apartments are a little older and that can be apparent in some of the cabinets and such but all in all, I am happy with my choice to live here. The location is pretty central and once the construction on Old Denton is complete, it should be a breeze to get onto either GBT or I-35E.

    Greentree Apartments should be your first choice if your looking to move to Carrollton. Location is prefect! Close to major highways and shopping and restaurants. But the best part about living here is the staff, Tammie and Darin have made us feel right at home, they are so friendly and the maintenance / groundskeepers are always visible working hard to help residents maintain high quality of living. You will not find a better place to call home!
