Leasing agent Kendra was very helpful and very nice to work with. Holli was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions making me have ease of mind when it came to my lease. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems. Complex is very nice and always very clean from the lawn to the parking lot and the washer rooms. Would recommend to anyone to lease here. Quiet nights. Friendly neighbors great community

Green Oaks has been a godsend. I am so so grateful that I was able to speak with Celia, who made this possible for my children and myself. I am so excited to be home. Moved in, in the middle of September after a long stay at different too expensive hotels for many nights. It was a breath of relief. Kendra was awesome when I called to gather information she patiently waited and let me ask whatever questions I had and then answered throughly and honestly and helped me in any direction I needed help in. Once she made sure I had everything I needed taken care of and all questions answered she then guided me through the application process and once everything was finally ready passed me on to one of the best apartment managers I’ve met Celia for the approval and move in date. And since moving in I love it it’s peaceful and quiet. Very drastic glow up from previous reputation. This property is actually very nice, it located close to the medical area and is kept clean. The office staff is very nice and extremely helpful, the maintenance staff is quick to work on work orders. They are always going around the property make during there’s no trash, there’s not very many issues with other residents probably due to the office always posting notices and staying on top of everything! I would Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a home to live! Ask for Kendra Belle or Celia!

I was so worried about not being to find an apartment but then got a call from Celia she said she could work with me and she did. Apartments are amazing, the staff is really sweet and caring, I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. Maintenance was really quick to fix the minor issues I have. 10 out of 10 would recommend Green Oaks !

What you see is what you get. However, one exceptional thing about this property is the front desk. Both Celia and Miss Kendra are very warm and helpful. Kendra had assisted me countless times in a friendly and quick manner. They communicate very well with us on events and are always one call away.

Hi I have been a resident march of 2023. And I can truly say that it has not been a bad experience living here. Every apartment complex has there bruises, maintenance issues. But over all the management will work with you on the rent maintenance will repair your stuff. And the people that live here arent bad at all

Miss Celia Flores was so amazing she took all my stressful out today and so crazy about it I been approved by her. If you’re looking for a new place I recommend Green Oaks at Medical. Mrs. Celia and the ladies in office were wonderful. They work with you and make sure your move in is smooth. The units are well kept, spacious and over all very comfortable the prices are also affordable. So if you’re looking to move soon give this place a shot they will take care of you!

Im going on 6 months living here. Reading other reviews is a bit rough, but my experience has been amazing. The staff are all great and have been working hard to revamp the whole property. Communication is easy, and those in the office answer quickly or get back to you soon. The maintenance team works so quickly that its shocking. Its definitely a major improvement from my last complex. The team also holds events regularly. I havent had a chance to attend anything yet because of work, but I get emails and texts about them. I absolutely love it here and want to give a huge thank you to the staff for all their hard and diligent work!

I have been at this property since December 2021. I recently received $100 off my rent as a reward for on time payments and I get acknowledged for being a pleasant resident as well. I really appreciate how the office has turned everything around. I moved in exactly when the property was being signed over to the new property management. I was literally in the office when they signed the deal. Previous office staff weren’t great but have since been replaced. The office staff now is very down to earth, respectful, and generous. They have had community events a few times since improving the property and it has been an enjoyable environment to be in. I have seen this property grow and they are continuing to improve, don’t let the reviews fool you. Adjustments being made are not all complete but the newly renovated units are nice and all of the units are spacious and fair for the size. Don’t believe me? Compare it to other places in the area, I promise this property has the best offers. The plumbing issues are over exaggerated but that is probably because the people having issues are upset and that’s understandable but they are and have been working to improve the system on the whole property. I rather they be doing something about than not, so I have no complaints there. As for the residents, I don’t communicate with many but the interactions I do have with people are great. There are decent people here and I’m sure there is no more crime here than what you would see anywhere else. I will cut this short but overall, the property is very livable, it’s a great location, the schools, grocery stores, gas stations, highways are all close and easy to get to. It’s affordable and reasonable! Don’t be fooled by the trolls! I’m locked in for another year 🙃🙃🙃

I went on a tour here looking for a 2 bedroom and all I can say was wow! Abigail was super informative and nice she gave me all the information I need and showed me a apartment. Loved the layout and how spacious the apartment was. Abigail was very helpful by painting a picture of what it will look like once my furniture is inside. Savana was very nice as well greeting us at the door when we 1st came in. Highly recommend going to see them!

I do NOT currently live here. However, I lived here in 2013-3014 when this complex was Seven Oaks. It was my first place when I relocated to San Antonio. The application process was smooth. During my time living at the complex, I NEVER had an issue with pests (never saw any roaches or other insects), mold, management, maintenance, nor any of the other negative reviews that are posted. My apt was nice, spacious, and very inexpensive. There were a couple of times when I did notice SWAT at the complex but that wasn’t my business. I slept peacefully at night and had no concerns for my safety. I have read articles regarding concerns but I wasn’t living at the complex during that time so I can’t speak on what I didn’t experience. And no I wasn’t paid to post a positive review. It’s unfortunate if some of you have and/or currently having issues. I hope everything gets better for you. Take care.

Where do I start?! Abigail and Savana welcomed us with open arms! We urgently needed to move from our other home luckily for us we found Colinas! Abigail was extremely professional, and from start to finish was extremely helpful. She saw our urgency and she definitely cares about her property and tenants and she was able to get us moved in ASAP!! When we moved into our unit we just like anyone else had general questions and Savana always answered our every need and tended to us a quick manner. We love her! We are very happy with our new home and will definitely recommend others!

Just moved in! Everything is awesome so far! Old reviews do not reflect the current status of this complex. I have had no pests, AC works great and complex is clean. Layouts are spacious and highly improved from old reviewers photos. The new management is putting in the work. I’m excited to spend the next few years here!

Move in was easy, move In special was 399.00 for everything upon approval. Sq ft is amazing, pricing is beyond affordable. New washer and dryer’s being installed on laundry facilities. Convenience store next door and the area is pretty relaxed and calm. Been here since December and have not had a single issue.

It’s a breathe of fresh air actually. Also maintenance taking care of my work orders as quickly as they did, even better. Celia, Kendra, and Holly are wonderful office staff. They are always friendly and accommodating and will assist you with anything you need. The maintenance staff also is fantastic and so friendly. Anytime I needed their help they were so pleasant to be around. Kevin was able to help me by going above and beyond. Everyone there is always polite, professional, and willing to help you and ensure you have a pleasant experience living there. There’s a nice big field for dogs which is really nice and open. The apartments are really nice and spacious, and good square footage to dollar ratio. Not overpriced at all and you get a lot of square footage. Property is surrounded by trees and gets a lot of shade.
