This apartment complex is an absolute gem! My unit is spacious and well-lit and I love the modern kitchen!! It has my favorite stainless steel appliances plus ample counter space.I also enjoy the onsite gym and appreciate the sparkling pool!!The buildings themselves are beautifully maintained, it’s not cold feeling like so many others I saw, it feels like home on the outside and inside!!I love the staff, they are incredibly friendly and responsive to any needs or questions I’vehad. I appreciate great customer service! Thank you for having a heart for your residents and their fur-babies!!The neighborhood itself is quiet while being conveniently located to grocery shopping at my favorite HEB, great restaurants are close by making it the perfect place to call home.☺️

I have lived at the Grand Villas for a year now and can confidently say this is best property, management staff & community I have ever been a part of. The amenities and grounds are clean and well kept, the units are spacious and up to date, and maintenance does an EXCELLENT job taking care of any issues quickly and completely. Ashley, Casey and Madelyn treat the residents with nothing but respect / kindness and go out of their way to help you. I can’t recommend this community enough!P.S. in regards to any “bad reviews” you see here, do yourself a favor and come meet the staff for yourself. I assure you that the negative feedback is a resident problem, not a management problem!!

If you are looking for a safe and clean neighborhood you’ll like it here. It is a friendly community. There’s always charming little events. They have recently changed management and there have been a lot of improvements.

The staff at Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes is outstanding! They give the extra effort to insure that any concern is quickly addressed and resolved. The grounds are well maintained and any issues within your apartment are fixed in a professional manner! I highly recommend living at Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes!

We are so happy here! It’s a beautiful quiet community. I love how open the floor plan is and the high ceilings make it feel even more spacious. The staff has been incredible. They are all so kind and helpful. We are looking forward to making this our home for many years!

Hello I am in 12302 and I meant to review the apartment a few months back when I moved in but have been busy with new job.Fantastic apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are nice. The unit is very comfortable and feels like a home. Ya know some apartment complexes feel starchy and smug but this place feels nice and comfortable and you can tell working folk live here and that’s nice because I’m working folk.Apartment is spacious, carpeted with this nice comfy womfy carpet, and it’s all in all very nice. Joe who is the apt manager is chill and easy to talk to and there’s this other leasing gal who seems nice and she rides around on the golf cart and will smile so that’s nice ya know ummm what else oh the maintenance guy is chill and easy to talk to and ya know I want to live somewhere where people are chill and nice and it’s quiet and comfortable and that’s what this place is.So ya anyway oh the appliances are good and the AC works well and you can get it all cold in the house then cover up with covers, get all cozy wozy, and sleep like a baby.You get good value for your money and ya it’s better than paying 7% interest on a house you can save your money instead by living here and get yourself some SPY ETF options and compound the dividends instead of paying a corporate bank 7% + property taxes + HOA fees.Anyway off to church thanks for a nice apartment bye

Th entrance to the apartment complex is what lured me in but the view of the sunrise/sunset over the lake is what won me over !! 🤩Casey was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The walls are pretty thin but the people from my neighbors to maintenance are great !

Weve been Here since early october. 3 bedroom is huge. Love the 2 car garage...Maintenance is awesome and comes pretty quickly. everyone seems super nice. Office staff is nice too. Joseph always says hi and engages with our family. Grounds are kept up pretty good as well. Also this complex and the one across is zoned to one of the worst elementary schools in dickinson. Thats prolly my worst complaint. We had thought living in league city at a nice complex our kids would be in a better school district. I know its not the complex fault but thats the only reason we arent sure if we will be renewing our lease or not.

I absolutely loved living at Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes for the past 2 years! I recently got engaged and now I’m having to move to the north side of town. I had absolutely no issues living here. By far one of the best living experiences. Quiet location, close to H-E-B, Kroger, and some fast food places! The management and maintenance team is AWESOME and super friendly! The parking is by far one of the best! I’ve never had any issues with parking! It’s opened to everyone (residents and visitors). I would continue to live here if I could but I’m about to start the next chapter in my life. Thank you, Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes, for being my home away from home for the past 2 years! I would highly recommend making Grand Villas you’re new home!

I’ve been living here for about a year now. When I first saw the place I was greeted by Marcus and his smile. He was very professional and caring. I was lucky at the time that there was apartments available. He went over everything and answered all my questions. After, he walked me around the complex showing me all the available amenities. The pool is really nice and very well maintained. His demeanor towards me and others was and still is very genuine. Again, I’ve been living here for a year now and when I go to the front office or if he is walking around he will acknowledge me by my name. Still till this day is very genuine and whenever something does come up I know I can depend on him and the staff to help me. With that being said the staff are always friendly. I had a few run ins with another staff member named Jenna and she was also very well mannered and friendly. She assisted me with all my needs. Very polite and nice. I feel like with the new management here “Greystar” they have been making positive changes to the apartment complex. Fixed all the gate issues from the previous management. Have really cleaned up the place nicely. The pool was also always maintained and kept clean. I’ve never seen any unnecessary closures to the pool that was a inconvenience. The trash doesn’t build up as much. But management has nothing to do with that. It’s the incompetence of people not following simple directions on discarding their trash properly. With their negligence and not following simple guidelines…it has an impact on others trying to throw away the trash which then causes the build up. Management has sent out constant emails about this issue. They ARE the ones who are trying to resolve it. Which leads me into the maintenance department. The team they have in place right now…Ernesto, Joaquin and Thomas are just exceptional. I’ve had a issue with my A/C unit at one point and Ernesto came out and fixed it within the same day. Then he actually followed up on me the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Which it was. Another time I put in a work order for my sink and Joaquin came in and was very respectful about entering my place and informing me that he was going to be in and out. Fixed the issue within minutes. He was very experienced and professional. They all know what to do and being professional at the same time. I have zero complaints with the staff and my apartment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes has been a Godsend for me. This community checked every box for amenities I need - Beautiful newly renovated apartments, garages, resort style pool, 24 hr fitness, trailer parking, car wash, gated for security, and a convenient central location in League City.The office staff is very professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly, helpful, and caring, and my move-in experience could not have been better. Thank you, Grand Villas!

Grand Villas at Tuscan Lake has the best staff and are always helpful. The property is beautiful, quiet, and very well maintained. If you are looking for some where to live with a great community and great amenities look no further Grand Villas at Tucan Lakes is perfect. The staff truly cares about their residents.

I wanted to write a review in case anyone wonders about Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes apartments. My apartment is home to me. It def feels more like a townhouse than an apartment. It is a spacious 2-bedroom with a garage, and I love living here. The amenities are awesome, with a great pool, workout room, and an awesome staff. Any time I have ever had any issue, the staff responds in less than 24-hours and takes care of it. Four years ago, I sold my home of 25-years and moved here for a year or two -- and have been so happy here, than i just signed my 4th lease, so no plans on leaving any time soon. If you are interested in living in a private and quiet community, visit the gang at Grand Villas!

My spouse and I have looked all over the League City/ Clear Lake area for the right apartment. We toured a few where they were outdated, ridiculously expensive, and where the staff was condescending. At the Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes, we were treated with respect, fell in love with the beautiful landscaping, and were sold with the amenities. Amanda was very helpful, answered all of our never ending questions, and gave us some great tips. She was also very attentive via email when I was having issues with my application! Another woman was also very kind and helpful, but I dont remember her name was. Rhonda was able to schedule our tour that worked best with our work schedule and was also helpful via email. I am so excited to call this place my home, our layout is absolutely stunning! I cant wait for June :)

We have lived here for 4 years and love it. Management is excellent and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Gina and Amanda have always treated us well and work hard to make this apartment complex feel like home. The maintenance staff is superior. Any issues are resolved in 24 hours or less. Ernesto, Carlos and Matt are nice, professional, and always go above and beyond.

We have had a good experience living here and the building manager Joseph was very helpful in resolving an issue before move-in. The units are being repainted to a more attractive color scheme and the grounds are well-maintained.

Me and my boyfriend were just looking around and getting quotes when we went into Grand Villas. What made this place outshine the others was the attention and great attitude from the face that greeted us, Trinity Brown. She is amazing!!! I am VERY picky and she made sure to make it happen for us to have the home we wanted. We started looking before covid hit Houston but even after everything shut down she made sure to keep us informed with what was available, she checked in on us, and she answered all questions THOROUGHLY. Her professionalism is something i have NEVER experienced. I too work in customer service and I learned a lot being on the other side of things. She’s wonderful and she made this process so easy and just an overall wonderful experience! Thank you so much Trinity we are still very grateful!!
