I’ve had a wonderful experience with Grand at Anna so far! The community is stunning, with everything brand new and thoughtfully designed. The pool is absolutely beautiful, the clubhouse is modern and inviting, and the outdoor lounge and cornhole area create the perfect space for relaxation or fun with friends and family.The in unit details are well curated. Tons of kitchen storage, closet space and large bathtub! The bathroom is almost too big for one person, but not complaining here!😇A special shoutout to Tinsley in the office—she was an absolute peach to work with! Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.If you’re looking for a fresh, vibrant, and welcoming place to live, I can’t recommend Grand at Anna enough. It truly feels like home! -

I couldnt be happier with my Grand at Anna experience. Tinsley has been incredibly helpful prior to moving in and afterwards. Makayla also reached back promptly and helped make the transition easy. The amenities promised were delivered timely. I highly recommend Grand at Anna -

Everyone is so nice and our apartment is amazing. We are one of first of 5 units to move here. Plumbing issues were fixed slowly, but they provided us with an alternative bathroom. We only have 1 problem. We can’t get them to pick up or trash. That comes out of a monthly fee we pay on top of rent. Out of the 5 days of pickup, it was picked up once. New apartments always have kinks that need to be worked out and it will call come together. Would recommend. -

Honestly best apartment complex, my fiancé and I were looking around and we found these apartments and they are brand new and we worked with Markayla. She is the best hands down. Ask for when you call or looking for an apartment, she will go out her way to help you out. I appreciate everything has has done for my family. -
