    Was recommended to tour today and did not disappoint. Property was nicely set up from office, library, pool, apartment and OMG the courtyard. Definitely can see myself hosting a bbq with friends. Ask for Keisha and tell her for the grand tour. Sheโ€™ll take you on the golf cart.

    I moved here back in August. Iโ€™ve had no problems since being there & staff was friendly, professional and courteous. Apt was clean and move in ready. No issues within the apt with the exception of replacing the filter for the fridge which they did with no problem. Everything was stated up front. At one point Marisol & another lady was there and they both were courteous. No they have more help and Stephanie is very professional and courteous and tries to help as much as she can within limits of course. Above and beyond. These are new apts and I would recommend them for anyone looking. Gated and gate always works and havenโ€™t had any issues as far as that. I would only recommend visitor passes or a way to put visitors down virtually to avoid the rows and what not. Other than that, I love it here. Hayes dog park, BBQ area, nice size pool area, playground for kids as well as different functions for tenants. Nothing is perfect but they do a great job!

    If I can rate them a 10 I would. Stephanie was very professional, honest, great, and welcoming. She explained everything like she should an everything been going good. The maintenance man Bryson is also professional and respectful. When I put in a request he came the same day to fix the problem. Gateway is very peaceful and quiet at night. I donโ€™t have any parking problems which is also good. if your looking for a place check this property out an go to Stephanie

As soon as you walk into the Leasing Office you will be greeted with a smile. This place is amazing!!! Stephanie is absolutely phenomenal!!!! She will work with you to find your perfect apartment and her happy vibe is very contagious. Marisol will do everything she can to make you happy as well. They strive for the best and accomplish it!!! Maintenance (Bryson) goes above and beyond to do anything and everything to help out and keep everything running smoothโ€ฆ.     Gateway at Cypress Creek Apartments was great move for me. Upon arrival I met with the manager Marisol, who was very professional and polite. Stephanie the assistant manager came in and took over my tour. She thoroughly explained the property and its amenities. She was very polite and helpful answering all the questions I had. Stephanie showed two apartments. A one bedroom one bath with a bay window. Then the tour continued to a two bedroom two bathroom with a terrace. Both empty apartments were very clean to my standards. As we arrived back at the office Stephanie asked if I wound like to make a decision today and fill out an application. I said yes and took a moment to decide on a one or two bedroom apt. I decided on a two bed two bathroom apt. I filled out an application and went and purchased a money order for the fees. Stephanie was by far is an excellent assistant manager being this was my first time at this complex.After a day or two I received an email and call saying I was approved and was I still interested. I said I was very much interested and very much wanted to move out of the city. Stephanie told me what was needed and we set an appointment for me to come in.I arrived at the appointment time greeted by Stephanie, who processed my documents and finalized the paperwork. To my lease I added a garage and received my key as well as property policies and regulations. I was upfront informed of the parking and the towing policies. Although I added a garage I still paid attention to this information for my guests. Dually notedโ€ฆ..I then went to my apartment to start the move in process. Shortly after arrival the maintenance manger, Brysรณn stopped by and introduced his self and asked if I had any questions. I told him everything was five star and that everything was great.In my opinion this is an excellent property. It is safe, clean and luxurious living. After living in 17 states and a few countries this by far the best property Iโ€™ve lived at. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking peace and quiet in their day to day lives.In my personal experience if you adhere to polices and procedures posted or printed out there is no room for error. I am going to enjoy my time here until I purchase a home. Until then a special thanks to Marisol, the property manager. Stephanie, the assistant manager and Brysรณn the maintenance manger for making my new home a smooth transition. Also a big thanks for excellent customer service it goes a long way.

    Gateway at Cypress Creek Apartments is a beautiful apartment complex. Just an amazing experience with Stephanie and Marisol in the leasing office. Stephanie is the sweetest! The whole process from application to moving in was so fast and easy. The apartments are absolutelygorgeous!!

    Management is very pleasant and quick to assist with any personal issues regarding my unit. Staff takes pride in keeping the grounds clean, so much so that residents get consistent reminders to be good neighbors. :)I love that its a very quiet community, and my neighbors are kind.

    My Husband and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE living at Gateway at Huffmeister Apts. Keisha and Marisol treated us with much Dignity and Respect. They were very courteous at offering us snacks and refreshments, being that it was awfully hot outside. They gave us a Grand Tour on the premises to show us around, to see what all they had to offer. But what I like mostly is that the hallways and parking lots are lit up during night. We feel SAFE & SECURE whenever we return home from a dayswork. There is lots of space to ACCOMMODATE a Family, and pets are welcome. Its GORGEOUS. If youre searching for a place for you and your Family, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gateway at Huffmeister Apts the place SPEAKS for itself.
