A great place for seniors. The staff is engaging and handles any issues that come up quickly. They even have have events couple times a week for the residents to do and have fun with each other as well as meetings to help with educational things like holiday budgeting and other things that are important to seniors

Grounds are very well kept, close to Brookshire’s, my mother in law just moved in and she loves it, very quiet and peaceful. Office staff is AWESOME!

We enjoy what Gardens of Mabank has to offer. Its peaceful, clean, sidewalks to stroll around with my fur baby. Weekly activities if I like. We have made several friends with neighbors. The management answers my call in a timely manner. Our kinda homey place!

I have been living here about 4 years I love the area I used to not have any problem with maintenance under old management which was a man we could call him and hell come right out in fix the problem the new management is a lady I have been waiting for a whole month to get my toilet fixed and a air filter she called me a week ago you told me that the next day a week later Im still waiting todays date is July 30th 2024

I lived there in 2022 and recently moved out in middle of April 2023. The apartment, location were great.. Mgmt Jason was very helpful at all times.My complaint now is I have not received my deposit yet from Company as Jason stated I would. I have called the number in web site repeatedly and no answer or returned message.Does anyone have a new Company name or number I can call on this??????Times are getting hard for everyone and I have been waiting for that return.Thanks in advance.

We lived there a year and wanted to stay, but had a family emergency and had to move to keep our grandkids a long time somewhere else and so had to move. Now the family is back and we need to move out of where we are all together, so we are moving shortly and would like to move back in Gardendale Sr. Apts. It is quiet and friendly for the most part. Justin is an excellent manager.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful and informative. Extremely clean grounds and units are very spacious.We now have a new manager. His name is Justin. Hes awesome. He is working very hard at getting things taken care of. We finally have someone that cares about the residents here. Since he has started working here. We can see things getting done. Great job Justin.

I’ve been calling and leaving multiple messages marked urgent since 2:30 this afternoon (it’s Thursday). I’m 70 years old and not in the best of health and I have no ac. It’s now 9:30 pm. The office message says it’s an emergency if it’s 80 degrees outside. It’s 93 outside and 80 inside. The office manager got a message to me through a neighbor that she asked to go around the neighborhood to find out who was calling because they can’t even get into their own phone system. Manager said she talked to Kim, Regional District Manager for Alpha Barnes and they not only said a repair tonight wasn’t possible, but they won’t reimburse me for a hotel room. My shower head needed replacement and it took a month to get that fixed because there is no full time employee that works here - including the management office. This is a totally unacceptable way to run a property management company. I left a 1 star review and it automatically switches to 5. Go figure
