For the west side these are one of the nicest apartments out here!!! The area is a bit questionable but the apartment itself is nice!! We have never had any problems. If anything, office staff is on it! Pearl up in the office is super nice and very helpful, the girl at the front with the glasses is cool too. Maintenance guys are super friendly and get work orders done good!! After two years, our neighbors have become our friends..we can see ourself here for more years to come!!

Been here for a couple of months I love it here I stay to myself not worried about other residents here I mind my business thats the way I like it the staff here are wonderful very nice attitudes not the best area but what goes on outside aint my problem

I would not recommend getting assistance from the community assistant, she did not have much/any knowledge on applying for an apartment. She seemed lost and her response were shoulder shrugging and “I’m not sure, I don’t know”. It was so unprofessional because she seemed like she was just trying to get rid of us. We waited to get assistance from the next worker. Thankfully for the Property Manager Julio! He was able to assist us, and walked step by step on information for applying for an apartment. All my questions and concerns were reassured and he was a great help! I definitely recommend asking for him!

I have lived on this property for a couple of months and during my first month of moving in Mother Nature didn’t make that pleasant. But Julio, Property Manager, went above and beyond to get us moved into another unit. I have never dealt with a manager that actually cares and does for his residents, that is outstanding!! Tiffany has also done an Excellent Outstanding Job at assisting in my needs. After reading some reviews from the past I must say it has definitely changed and these 2 employees make sure everything gets done properly. Also Mr. Jose with maintenance has done great in anything asked to do. His morals and respect go along way. Thank you all for your amazing above and beyond residential assistance while we live here at Garden At San Juan Square!

Apartment complex are nice inside.Manger Julio Romo is very respectful, friendly Man.As for the front desk Girls there very disrespectful they give a lot of Attitude with residence not very helpful makes things very uncomfortable.If you ask for Manger Romo he will take care of you and your needs.Been at this apartment complex for 5 years out of all the mangers we have had Julio was the only one who controlled the property very well. With fixing things too handling loud neighbors.

I’ve lived here for over one year and have been satisfied with my apartment. Clean and new when I moved in and has stayed that way. Maintenance has kept up with cleaning and lawn service. At times dumpster area gets a bit full. Near bldg 7, 8, 9 and 10. I have had no problems with parking or any other issues. I love the Biblio tech, which is great for the kids in the community! Full of brand new apple computers and iPads for the little ones and many programs and resources for single parents. 💞

I’m a new resident here at this property and so far everything has exceeded my expectations Tiffany has been such a help and blessing to my family she has made the leasing process as smooth as possible if I had any questions they were always ready to help. So far the residents seem mindful of others so I have no complaints
