I have lived at the gallery for almost 3 years. It has been fantastic. As a young working professional, the building residents are roughly all around the same age mid to late 20s and very social. The office staff regularly hold monthly happy hours, morning coffee, and food vendors, so residents can get to know each other better. They are also always responsive and manage to work on service requests same day. This location at this price has been perfect with walkability to the Katy trail in under 10 mins. The units are slightly outdated (older finishes, but concrete ceilings which add an industrial feel), but for the location and price, it is completely worth it. I also never hear my neighbors in my unit, so it stays pretty quiet aside from noise from the street. -

This is my 3rd year living here and I love it!! The office staff is very friendly helpful specially Bralon and Krista they respond to my emails and questions in a timely manner and are always willing to help and make my living experience better. The building is walking distance to a bunch of different places including the Katy Trail, La La Land, Village Bakery to name a few. Would definitely recommend checking this property out. -

Lived at the Gallery for 2 years and enjoyed my time there. Much of the complaints will be true of all apartments across the metroplex. Yes the garage gate and elevators did go down fairly frequently, but there was always clear communication from the staff about timelines. Only 1 time in those two years did I absolutely have to take the stairs to the 7th floor due to no working elevators. There were car break ins on occasion, maybe 2-3 times in my tenure, but unfortunately that seems to be common across most if not all apt complexes in Dallas these days. The big pros of the gallery to me are the gym within the complex, friendly staff, and rapid maintenance team. All of my issues were handled within 24 hours, including when my ceiling on the 7th floor was leaking from the roof. I would like to also add the guest parking is really quite guest friendly compared to many other complexes and the lack of mandatory trash valet is really really nice and helps keeps hallways relatively clean.Having lived in other complexes around Dallas, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in this area. For the price I paid, and the access to the trail / oak lawn, it is hard to beat. But everyones miles may vary. -

I lived at the Gallery for 3 years and absolutely loved it! All of the staff from the leasing office to the maintenance crew were so friendly and hospitable. If my roommate and I ever needed anything, they helped us out immediately. Besides the staff, the location and the GYM were incredible. They also put on so many fun resident events. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in Uptown Dallas! Thank you so much to Reggie, Krista, Jesus and all the staff! Y’all rock! -

Gallery has been good to me! I’ve lived here for 2.5 years after struggling to find an apartment in Dallas. Although there are the occasional common areas with items to fix, the team is unmatched. Reggie & Patty (previously in the office) have been nothing short of amazing. Reggie truly cares about the tenants & answers all questions/concerns. Thank you Reggie! The maintenance team is also fantastic & caters to all resident needs. The location is quiet, neighborhood is safe, and the building has minimal issues. -

I was checking apartments here at Dallas, TX since I was order from my job to move to either here or Atlanta, GA and anybody whom visit or live in Atlanta knows why I picked Dallas. Anyway, my mom was uncertain about this place because she didnt look like, and I quote, looked like a art gallery. Yes she said this. But once we went inside, every concern she had was gone. The staff was friendly and helpful, they show us site and amenities that are too good to be true and most of all, understood the needs I have. Dont get me wrong, everyone has their preference when it comes to homes but I wanted an apartment that fills my needs for the right price and have the decor I need. These people not only have what I wanted but took me in without stereotyping us based on looks (thanks Village. You made us find this amazing apartment based on your conversation and your refusal on the apartments we actually wanted to see) and the staff understood both our needs and our personal life. Its a rare thing that you have staff so friendly like that like Reggie. Anyway, I would prefer this apartment complex if you want to be close to your job, prefer the city life, or just want the staff to treat you the way you should be treated regardless how you look. -

I truly enjoy living at this location. The staff here cares about the residents. They also put in the extra effort for security. I accidentally left my wallet on my dash and my vehicle for 2 days. When I returned it was still there and the security officer told me that he personally kept an eye on my car while I was gone. They also do an amazing job keeping the property clean and I love the gym. -

I lived there for 2 years and absolutely loved it. I only moved out because I took a job in another city, but now that Im moving back, Gallery was my top choice. In all that time, I only had to call maintenance once. The best part of the complex is the concrete floors, which mask any noise from above or below. Plus nothing can beat the area its in.Shout out to Krista who is an absolute rockstar and went above and beyond to help me out, even though I came three different times to look at different apartments. So happy to be moving back to my old home! -

Review 10 (2023-05-07 - Rating: 4)
I have been living at the Gallery for over a year and renewed my lease for another and I can say this building is great and priced well considering the quality, neighborhood, and amenities, but there are a few things that could be improved. The rooms are in good condition/well maintained and modern. They were also built with a good sound barrier so aside from the noisy garbage truck and some airplanes you don’t hear any noise. The amenities such as the pool, sky terrace are nice, but also not anything special. My main complaint is that the parking situation is not the best. First of all there even though you get a garage pass you still need to register your car and for guests there is an additional portal which makes things hard to keep track of and they are very strict about towing both resident and guest cars that are not properly registered. There also are not enough parking spaces in the gated area for all residents to park(after 8pm the gated areas is basically full). There are about 4 floors of non-gated resident/ guest parking, which makes the issue of not enough gated parking frustrating because all they need to do is add an additional garage gate to have more gated parking for residents. -
Review 11 (2022-09-12 - Rating: 5)
I moved to Dallas from California almost a year ago, and this is my first apartment complex. Dallas has been amazing, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Gallery at Turtle Creek. The other residents are super friendly. The people at the leasing office have been very easy to work with. The pool and other amenities are high quality and seem well maintained. Turtle Creek is a safe, quiet neighborhood walking distance from Uptown and only 0.3 miles from Katy Trail. Uptown is better if you want to live in all the action, but Turtle Creek is better if you want to socialize then walk back to your quiet apartment. -
Review 12 (2023-09-13 - Rating: 5)
Very clean and neat, you can tell its well taken care of because you always see cleaning crew going around hallways. The gym is great, and the pool is the main attraction since its huge and you can actually swim in it. The management is extremely professional and personal, walked us through from the beginning till the end! -

We’ve lived at Gallery at Turtle Creek for over a year now, and just recently renewed. Location can’t be beat, we love that the building is concrete, and the front office is great! Patricia and Reggie really care and make a difference anytime you need something. Maintenance has been quick and friendly too. Overall, the pros far out way the cons. Do your research, but this is easily one of the top options in the area for the price! -
Review 15 (2022-12-07 - Rating: 5)
I’ve been living here for almost a year and renewing my lease has been one of the easiest YES of my life!First of all, LOCATION! There are a bunch of places you can walk to.. want to relax and enjoy a picnic or read a book? You’ve got a Turtle Creek park walking distance.. you want to exercise? Katy Trial, walking distance.. eat brunch, burgers or go to a sports bar? You’ve got Bread Winners, Hop Doddy and The Loon (walking distance!) among others…Secondly, amenities… you’ve got a nice pool, doggy park with dog wash, and plenty of visitor parking which always makes life easier!Let’s talk about the STAFF… everyone that works in the office is amazing!!!! They are always willing to help, find solutions, and lend you a hand. They are always smiling and I sweat to God they know everyone’s names and even their pet’s name… It makes me feel like I am truly at home and not just one more resident. My dog Tesla HAS to stop by the office to see her favorite people every day!The maintenance guys are SO professional and SO helpful! I was having trouble with a shelf installation and they came to my rescue almost immediately! Another day, my smoke detector needed new batteries and the beeping was driving my dog insane. Not did they only fix the problem, but they brought Tesla treats to calm her down.I honestly love it here! Not only is the building clean and neat… but is the people that work and even lives here that makes me feel thankful for the place I call home❤️ -

I LOVE living here. I moved in in December and it has been such a great experience! My guests always make comments on how good the hallways smell and how cool the amenities are. The building is pretty quiet and my neighbors are super friendly. Its also in a perfect location- super close to everything but you still get that homey neighborhood feel. If things go wrong or break down, maintenance and management are responsive in getting it taken care of... the staff is awesome. Ill be staying here for awhile. -

It has been refreshing living at the Gallery at Turtle Creek. I would highly recommend the community. Never have I experienced a staff that cared about its tenants more than they do here. They are a beautiful community that is secure, soundproof and managed well. Their staff is pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I have to move, yet I plan to stay within Greystar if possible. -
Review 18 (2022-01-11 - Rating: 5)
I love living at Gallery. I have been here for about 6 months and I love the balance between a secure building/community, but still feeling like no one is controlling me or my guests. All access is locked, which I like. But I can enter through several entries without having to see management or feel controlled. There is usually an empty parking spot in every floor unless you arrive surer late (but there is always some space). Guest parking requires registration but it is super easy and it makes me feel more secure. The building is older than the more recent complexes, but it is also more solid. I toured some seemingly fancier and newer buildings and you could hear all neighbors and the street. The hallways and pool might be less fancy here, but the walls are THICK and pure cement. I hear NOTHING in my apartment and I know the neighbor above and on the side have dogs. Not a single noise comes through. It is quite amazing. Appliances and finishings are on the older side, though.Last but not least, the staff is truly outstanding. Any request or concern is addressed right away and, what I love the most, they are polite but also warm. I feel like I can communicate anything to them. Patty is the absolute best, but everyone else is great.Bottom line: great place, awesome location, not ultra luxury but also at a very reasonable price tag and it more than compensates in building quality, low noise, and the great staff. Planning to stay here for a long while :). -

I just recently moved into Gallery at Turtle Creek and absolutely love it!! The office staff has been so friendly and helpful and has been extremely patient with my many questions during the application and move in process. My apartment was extremely clean when I moved in and everything looks so nice. The maintenance staff has also been wonderful and very responsive to issues. The location is also very convenient and close to groceries, restaurants, and shops. I would highly recommend this apartment community for anyone looking for a place to live in Dallas! !00% positive experience! -

The office staff is amazing, the property is well kept, never have parking issues, and location is perfect! The neighborhood is nice and quiet yet close enough to all the action of Uptown and Oak Lawn. There are plenty of opportunities to get to know your neighbors with socials and a private Facebook group. The 2-story gym is legit! I canceled my gym membership because of this gym and their free classes. Oh! AND your guests can join you for free! The staff know me by name and are always willing to help and respond quickly. I LOVE Gallery at Turtle Creek! So happy I live here! -

I moved to Gallery 3 months ago and I couldnt be happier. The neighborhood is PRIME and is great for runs, walks, walking your dog, or grabbing coffee nearby. What has impressed me the most is the staff. EVERYONE is amazing and has been extremely responsive to any needs. If youre considering this complex I highly recommend it.Update: Its been a full year and honestly I thought the Honeymoon Phase would have ended by now, it hasnt. The entire Gallery team, the neighbors Ive met, the events Ive been to have all been so amazing. Nothing is perfect and theres been some hiccups along the way but nothing extreme from my POV. -

Review 23 (2020-06-29 - Rating: 5)
Ive been living for almost two years at the Gallery at Turtle Creek and my experience so far have been real good. Rossi, the Community Manager, as well as his staff in the Leasing Office like Patricia and Reginald, are always courteous and willing to help you in any question or concern you may have. The amenities like the pool are always in good conditions and are cleaned constantly. If you are into working out then you will love the two-floor gym at Building 1.The most important of a complex is the community living in there. And in these almost two years Ive never ever had any problem with my neighbors, in fact, I have found one or two very good friends while living here.Should you have any problem with your unit you can always file a maintenance request and Mr. Hugo and his crew will solve it efficiently and as quick as possible. The security is always important. They recently changed the call box at the main entrance on Cedar Springs and now you can gran access through your smartphone to any guest visiting you and you can see on your phone who is calling you. Your packages will always be secured in lockers and, if any package is left in front of your door, you can rest assured that it will be right there when you come home. At nights you will find security people walking along corridors as well as common areas and parking lots to grant the security all around the buildings. And finally, the location of the building is simply great, whether you enjoy walking, running, biking or rollerblading you will find the Katy Trail entrance just a block away. Stores like Kroger, CVS, UPS, Starbucks, dry cleaners, among others are walking distance from the building and also you will find the Dallas gayborhood just a couple of blocks from here. Great choices for a wide variety of restaurants are walking distance from the Gallery. -

Ive lived at turtle creek for a little under a year and I must say I LOVE my apartment. The staff is always very kind and helpful anytime I need anything. My garbage disposal stopped working one night and was fixed when I got home from work the next day, talk about fast service! The interior of my apartment is simply beautiful. I have concrete floors, new appliances, granite, high ceilings, and so much natural light with my floor to ceiling windows. They also have a little dog park that my pup Daisy really enjoys running and playing in. (thank goodness for dog parks in the city) Im really happy I chose to live here when I moved to Dallas... tons of restaurants, shops, and bars that are so close! 😁 -

Review 29 (2022-03-24 - Rating: 5)
I lived at the Gallery at Turtle creek for 5 years, only in Building 2. I lived in multiple floor plans (one larger, one smaller). I honestly loved living here; its perfect for me. There were a few issues (because no complex is completely perfect), but those issues had really no impact on my daily life, didnt reduce the quality of the units, or impact my opinion of the staff running the place. You can see the floor plans, unit finishes, amenities, and prices on the website; the neighborhood is pretty well-known for being nice/safe/walkable. Im only going to share my thoughts on the experience of actually living here.PROS:+ The concrete walls/floors/ceilings are great at blocking sound from your neighbors.+ Maintenance is GREAT. They always do a great job and always go the extra mile. They respond to requests quickly, and they arent shy to call in a specialist if needed (plumber/electrician/etc).+ Office staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. When I went to the office with issues, they try to resolve the issues. When they made mistakes, I let them know, and they politely apologized and fixed it. I couldnt ask for more.+ Visitor access is SO EASY. So much easier than many other complexes Ive lived in or visited. The video call boxes are simple for me and guests to use. There is almost always a guest parking spot available. Guests must register their parked cars, but it isnt confusing. You can register your guests car for them.+ I love the super fast, toll tag reading garage gates. No need for a clicker/garage door opener.+ No valet trash is wonderful. The trash chutes at the ends of the hall are super convenient.+ The complex has always seemed safe to me. In the time I lived there, there have been a few car break-ins, but those are few and far between. Neighbors are friendly, and people dont vandalize the complex.CONS:- Parking is an issue if you dont reserve a spot; I have a reserved spot, so this is a non-issue for me. Non-reserved spots fill up by the late evening/night, though you can always find a covered spot in the guest area. On a related note: there were 2 cars that didnt move for over a year; there were actual cobwebs on the tires. Those cars have since been moved (I assume towed).- Replacing windows has taken 3 years (and counting). In fall 2018, I got the first email regarding window replacement. As of Spring 2022, there are still windows sitting in the parking garage, waiting to be put into units. To be clear: there are double paned windows with broken seals in the complex; broken seals are less energy efficient, but no outside air/water is coming inside. These are the windows being replaced. The window replacement and the abandoned cars in the garage are probably the biggest let downs, in my opinion. That said: these havent impacted my experience enough to reduce my rating of the complex.FYI/Other:* There are EV chargers in both buildings; this is nice, but it puts more constraints on parking. People without EVs park in these spots (usually when no other available spots). If this is an amenity you want to use all the time, you may be frustrated sometimes by a F250 preventing you from using it.* The Lawn at the Mansion is very close; it is an outdoor event venue. When there are events, you will likely be able to hear music through your windows; this is an issue for every home in the neighborhood. I assume there are rules about events, as they only seem to happen Fri or Sat, and they always wrap up at 11pm.* Other reviews mention a car alarm; I also heard it; I dont know where it was coming from. It also seemed to have stopped. Its annoying, but its also not in the complexs control.* Other reviews mention broken garage gates. At one point, this was a big issue, but its been at least a year since the gates were broken for more than a few hours/a day at a time (usually because of power outages). -

I’ve been here almost a month and I love it! The location is awesome. Aside from the amazing gym, their sleek modern design floorplans were definitely one of the top draws for me. The customer service I received from Reggie, Patricia, and Rossi during the leasing process was outstanding. Everyone was so quick to answer all of my questions, get me anything I needed and show me around the property. I’m glad to know the community is managed by such a wonderful team! -

Great apartment complex in the perfect location just steps from the Katy Trail, Turtle Creek, and Oak Lawn hot spots. Very friendly staff, property is kept up well, maintenance is fast to address anything if something comes up, and the amenities are great. The units are also good sizes and parking is easy. Highly recommend. -

Our apartment location is what really sets others apart. As dog owners, we love being close to the city, but our area has trails and parks all around so it. We originally moved in when the Gallery was having great rates and our rent is much lower than all the others in the Turtle Creek area. After 2 years, we have transferred to one of their larger units and are still very happy. -

Loved visiting and signing with Gallery this weekend! Patty has helped us not only during our scheduled tour, but we also called very last minute to see another floorplan before she left for work. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We are very impressed with the property and the customer service so far. Looking forward to living there! -

Ive lived here for right around 6 months. Great and friendly service from the front leasing with any concern or need I had. I was locked out of my apartment on a Friday night with barely any battery left to contact anyone. The Emergency Maintenance service jumped on my situation within 30 minutes to help me get back into my unit. Very thankful for their service and aid when I was about to spend the night outside my door. -

Gallery at Turtle Creek has been a wonderful place to live for the past year. Improvement in management has been very noticeable with the addition of Rossi H. He goes above and beyond for the community, and actively communicates with the residents on how to improve the Gallery experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new apartment in the Uptown Dallas area come by to meet Rossi and take a tour to see for yourself! -

I moved into Gallery at Turtle Creek a few months ago and I must say it is by far my favorite apartment I have ever lived in. Its in a great location and the management staff is always on point. It is also concrete construction in between the floors so you cant hear noise from neighbors inside the apartment. For anyone looking to move to the Dallas area, I would definitely recommend this property. -

Reviews, reviews, reviews… 1 star this, 4 stars that & hmm how true are the 5 stars?!We all have been there, creating the famous pro’s/con’s checklist and reading various reviews until your head hurts. Now let me cut to the chase on why the Gallery at Turtle Creek is a very wise choice.Without trying to sound like an advertisement, here are my top reasons but not limited to.1.) Location and price point:The Gallery at Turtle Creek is ON POINT for both, competitive prices, and desirable walking distance to almost everything in the neighborhood.2.) Amenities and pet friendly:GTC is constantly maintaining and upgrading their amenities.A few of my favs are the newly refinished pool, dog run area with wash station and the incredible bragging rights 2 story gym.3.) Gallery at Turtle Creek Staff and renewal of lease:At the end of the day, GTC staff and management is truly the reason why I renewed my lease. It is not often to find an entire team displaying impeccable professionalism, the above and beyond customer service and support Rossi (Manager), Patti, Reggie, Devin, & maintenance team provides to everyone they interact with.Overall I am very pleased being part of the Gallery at Turtle Creek community and happy I decided to stay. -

A letter I wrote the managerI hope you are doing well. I just wanted to drop a quick note thanking Jose your Maintenance Supervisor for an excellent job with my apartment repairs last week. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my minor repairs were taken care of.A large mirror had fallen off my wall and shattered. It was so heavy I would have never been able to carry it to the dumpster, however when I asked if he could help me and without hesitation he told me he would. I am so thankful for his assistance. What a gem of a maintenance man! -

The apartments are a “soft loft” style, meaning that they have hardwood floors, but also white walls, with some nice fixtures and finish outs inside. The Gallery also includes some concrete elements to further enhance that loft feel, with exposed concrete beam and concrete CEILINGS as well.Variety of Floor Plans: They offer small one bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. They also offer a smaller studio unit that, although small, is very nice on the pocket book (starting in the $1100s typically).Features: Let’s see what features are included in the Gallery, and how they compare to other places in the Uptown area:• Hardwood style floors – Every apartment has hardwood floors in the living and dining areas. Typically carpet in the bedrooms.• Lots of Windows and Natural light: The Gallery does a good job with their design to include many windows in rooms, giving much natural light. The amount of windows is better than average for Uptown apartments.• Newer appliances – Appliances are newer and attractive. Think stainless steel appliances.• Granite Countertop – Throughout the kitchen and bath.• Nice Size Closets – The Gallery has more than enough space in their closets. Great job, Gallery!• Great Views of DOWNTOWN – Because of the abundance of windows, you have some great views, especially on the higher floors! You can see downtown, Uptown and other areas. Nothing much to block your views here either, especially on the floors 4 and above.Although the Gallery is above average in their apartment, they also have some weak spots…namely:• Washer/dryer not included – Typically for newer apartments in the Uptown area, they will include a washer/dryer set. The Gallery does not.• No walk in showers – The apartments here have the standard TUB style of shower/bath combo. You have to shower rings and a shower curtain, etc.• Patio/Balconies not included: A majority of the units do not have patios or balconies.• Kitchens a little small – Ok, I know that an apartment kitchen is just normally not going to be big. This is NOT a super small kitchen, but I think it is a bit smaller than the average Uptown apartment kitchen. =For additional information, please review my further thoughts at Uptown101 . -
