I love my Lil community! I feel safe here it has become my little village. I can come to Jodi & Cathie with anything even just for a hug on a bad day! They both have watched me grown as an adult and my children grow. They have recently taken old homes out to bring newer home in. Theres been a lot of work and upgrades done to the park. Theres many little events they do for summer, and pretty much every holiday🙂... personally I love it here and my girls do too!

Jodi,Cathie and staff are so very amazing! I’ve lived here for three years and they have treated us like family! They have always put together so many fun activities for the kids and families in the neighborhood and they always keep up with the pool every summer to make a nice enjoyable experience. It is a very quiet neighborhood and Jodi Scales is ALWAYS a phone call away if ever there was a problem!!

It’s a nice place to live. It isn’t perfect. But it’s safe and has a good community, everyone looks out for each other. I’ve lived here for years and I’m quiet comfortable especially since they’ve made a lot of changes to the community.I read the other reviews about the streets here, they do have quite a bit of pot holes open up but they just finally professionally paved some roads. Speed bumps are definitely there (for zero miles per hour) and it is really rough on the vehicles here but I’d rather have them than people flying through and hitting my kids. I’ve never had any issue contacting management when the phone were busy I’d just walk down to the office and they helped with whatever right away. They are very quick to send out maintenance for anything. There have been a few bad neighbors here and there over the last year’s but they are quick to get out the bad apples to keep the community safe .THE ONLY ISSUE I have here are the trees! They make me very nervous since there is so many termite damaged trees that are rotting and that fall on houses after a good storm VERY OFTEN. I had a limb fall on my car and damage it when it hadn’t rained or stormed for a week it just fell...but they say I’m Liable for it. I’ve seen near misses with very large limbs. But like I said it’s not perfect but it still home for now.

I lived there for 2 months with my family in our camper. First time ever living in a mobile home community. And it was great! It was safe and family oriented. Theres an elementary school like half a block away where my child attended and he loved it. Would highly recommend.

I had lived in this mobile home location when I was around 9 years old. I had moved and now I am 28 in Kansas. As I visited family in Texas over the last week, I made a special trip to La Porte just to visit this old place again. Such familiarity as soon as I drove in. I loved seeing the mailboxes and the BIG tree still standing there. I drove by the old trailer I used to live in & looked like it was still being well taken care of. I showed my children the pool I used to go to every day and we took a look at the laundry shop offered to all residents. It felt good to see the same things still there in good shape!

I was here overnight visiting a friend. The mobile home park seems in pretty good condition. Theres a nice little pool too! Also, theres a fantastic elementary school at the end of the street.

Its a wonderful community. So quite everyone stays to themselves. Notifications sent out when emergency water shut offs occurs, which usually fairly quickly resolved. Office staff is wonderful. Overall very impressed with the community.

Management is amazing! Very professional and friendly! I love our mobile home! We feel safe and cozy! Property looks better every day clean and well kept it amazes me!!!!

I live here in an RV. The lots are roomy for parking an RV and I like the locked mailbox, the community Center and the swimming pool on site.
