Typically I do not leave reviews until I move out but it has been awesome over here at the Filament; especially coming from the Arc! Taylor was very pleasant and easy to work with! But that Rere!!! Oh my goodness she is awesome and provides top notch customer service each & every time!!! I love all the staff here including management! You guys are doing an awesome job! Keep up the good work please it’s greatly appreciated. I would like to recognize the maintenance team as well for up keeping my apartment & keeping the community clean! You guys deserve your flowers! 💐 Thank you to everyone. P.S please don’t change management!

Finally a resident! Reannen has been nothing short of amazing! She’s professional, honest and patient. She is one of the reasons I decided to become a resident. From our first encounter, she was such a joy to be around. I’m hopeful that I will enjoy being a resident here based on my experiences thus far.

These new apartments are super dope! Affordable living and so nice! (taking into consideration the market now a days). The staff is super friendly and very helpful! Taylor got us in to our new place in a timely matter! Our girl Rere is the freaking best! When I say she make sure when you need anything she will make sure things get done in a reasonable time frame and always so friendly! Overall staff is wayy better than anywhere I ever stayed!!!!! Go and ask for Rere she gone get you right! 🫠

I have been staying here since February 2024, and the experience here has been great. Reannen and the other leasing agents have always been helpful and always find ways to keep the community engaged through various community events. Maintenance has always been timely and without any issues. Highly recommend the Filament.

We have been living here for a month so far. We’re very happy with everything. I do highly recommend this place! No place is ever perfect but the management at this property are at a constant work in progress to ensure everyday is better than the last. Specifically Rere is just fantastic in every way. Management is quick to address any issues that arise. Very respectful & welcoming environment. Very grateful for the experience thus far.

Top tier customer service by Heidy and Reannen. All of my questions are always promptly answered and any concerns I have are addressed immediately. I have only lived here for about a week, but it has been a great experience so far. This apartment complex is a sweet place for any young professional that wants all the amenities and peace at their home.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Filament! From the moment I moved in, Reannen has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Reannen is always quick to address any concerns, and maintenance requests are handled promptly.The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. I love the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, which are always in great condition. The location is perfect, close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, making everything so convenient.What really sets this complex apart is the sense of community. The neighbors are friendly, and the regular events hosted by the complex create a great atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here—highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

Never had a better experience with an apartment than here. I moved into a brand new unit as the building had just recently been completed. You get an amazing value for what you pay for. Extremely modern apartments with smart technology, a huge wellness center, pool area, and many other amenities to take advantage of. The staff has been incredible too. If I have ever had an issue or a work order I have had it fixed same day within an hour or so. If you are looking for an apartment in the Stafford, Missouri City, Sugar Land area. I couldn’t recommend one more than The Filament.

We have been here for 3 months and it has been amazing. The management is AWESOME. Aurora, Taylor, Reannen, and Heidy are truly there for the residents, always there to answer any questions while offering a smile.Since moving in there have been several resident events, pizza making party, pool parties, sip & paint, pumpkin carving and kostume karaoke, to name a few. We would highly recommend joining the Filament family. Tell them The Guidrys sent you. 😉

Outside of the place being absolutely Amazing. We have had the opportunity to deal with 1 of the most Fantastic staff members in Heidy . Being new tenants can be stressful but Heidy addressed every concern. For that We Thank You. I dont know much for the future but I do know if there is a God and there is a Heidy. That all changed when I visited Filament at the Grid.From the moment I met Reannen, I could tell she was different. She took the time not only to walk me through all the options and prices, but she also genuinely cared about getting to know me and understanding my unique needs. It wasn’t just about filling a vacancy for her—it was about finding the best fit for me. Her kindness and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air.By the time I left, I had signed my lease, and I couldn’t have been more confident in my decision. The apartment complex itself is fantastic (the pool is amazing!), but what really sold me was the warmth and professionalism I experienced from the very beginning. Taylor, the assistant manager, is a pleasure to work with, and leasing agents Reannen and Heidy are both highly informative and personable. The apartments feature some of the best interiors I have seen, and the amenities are my absolute favorite. Filament is definitely one of my top contenders this upcoming move!

I’ve been staying here for a month and I must say that I really really love these apartments. Management is very friendly and helpful. Reanan, Alma, and Taylor are always on it and made our move in veryyyyy easy ! Other than our upstairs neighbor the apartments are very quiet and peaceful, plus our delivery drivers are fine 😍 10/10 would recommend 💁🏽‍♀️

Future resident here! I randomly decided to take a tour of these apartments as I had been scoping the area. Aurora was sooo welcoming! She took her time and showed me the exact floor plan I was looking at. I did not have to settle on anything, it came with everything I wanted & more, I immediately applied as soon as I got home. Can’t wait to call this place home!

This is an amazing community/property. I just toured the property on Sunday (10/8/23), and I was more than impressed with the amenities offered and the style of the units. Even though I was a walk in, Rhiannon was an amazing tour guide and took her time in showing me the property; as well as being very knowledgeable and answering all of my questions.

Wow! What a beautiful new property with amazing staff. My sister and I just toured this property and Alma Bucio was absolutely amazing. She was busy with a new resident and quickly acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. During our tour, she was friendly and knowledgeable with such a bubbly personality. She was able to answer all of our questions and offered genuine recommendations for our moving concerns we expressed. Alma is a great representation and value add for Greystar.

Could not be any happier! Heidy was absolutely awesome in helping me get set up. Heidy went way above and beyond helping me find a unit that fit my needs and worked with me on my relocation schedule. Apartment is very modern with tons of amenities. I went with the studio which has a lot more room than I have seen in other units while being easy to maintain and keep efficient. I checked other apartment complexes in the area but Filament just has that “community” feel. Overall I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend.

We are delighted to have moved to Filament. From day one, the experience has been incredible. I especially want to highlight Reannen, who has been incredibly attentive and kind from the beginning. She makes everything easier and is always willing to help, making sure every detail is taken care of.The complex is impeccable: clean, well maintained and beautifully designed. Although we have only been here for a short time, we can already notice the quality of the common areas and the calm and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, the location is ideal, with everything you need nearby.So far, we are very happy with our decision to move here.
