He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect place. If youre looking for someone who truly cares and knows their stuff when it comes to apartment leasing, Josh is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and well kept complex. I moved here from FL and was the first to move into my unit. They host monthly events which is neat. Maintenance is extremely responsive! Moving in from out of state I did have issues initially moving in as no one walked me through the first day or helped me with the app. It was a Sunday so it was challenging connecting with someone but it was preplanned. I will say when I provided feedback about that one of the managers reached out and turned it around for me. She went above and beyond to do so and I did feel better about it.The only downfall is the parking garage has very limited guest parking leaving guests unable to park anywhere if it’s full. The inside of the garage does have tight turns so be careful driving throughout inside.

I absolutely am enjoying staying at the Ferro. Move in and the paperwork was a breeze and Joshua was a great help. He gave me a timeline for 4 working days with everything done and ready for move and it actually was nothing but 4 working days. Its been great and I’ve had 0 problems so far. Great gym, great co-working space with feee coffee and my apartment is great pool facing with a great view.

I found this community driving by on a day of looking at several other apartment properties. On a whim I stopped in to take a look and was very impressed by what I saw. I came back when the facility was open, met with Joseph Radway, very impressive and very good host. He gave us a very good overview of the property, provided good suggestions which led to our decision to rent here. Amenities that make other properties pale in comparison to what Ferro offers, the building is from Toll Brothers - a top tier home builder known for quality which was evident from our tour. Amenities like social events, art classes, any number of areas like a library and other places to get away while remaining on the property. By far, the best fitness facility I have ever seen at an apartment, who needs a gym membership! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I recently moved out of Ferro and wanted to share my honest experience. Overall, it was a mix of positives and negatives.Pros:- The property was always well-maintained and clean.- The community hosted engaging events, which were nice opportunities to connect with neighbors.- Controlled access at every entry point gave me peace of mind regarding security.- The maintenance team was responsive and efficient.- Seraphina has always been great and professional.Cons:- The internet was unreliable for a significant portion of my time there, though this was resolved near the end of my lease.- I provided proof of excessive noise from a dog but never received a response from management.- Pool hours were not enforced, and noise levels were disruptive. I regretted getting a pool-facing apartment, but it was the only option available at the time.- Noise complaints were not addressed by management, and residents were instructed to contact the non-emergency line for Plano Police, which felt dismissive.Overall, I do recommend living here because the positives outweigh the negatives. The cleanliness, safety, and responsive maintenance team make the property a comfortable place to live.

Completed our full 15 month lease and only left to downsize. Ask for Minki, we’ve never had a better leasing agent and wish we could take him with us. The landscape and cleaning crew are second to none. Best apartment gym I’ve ever seen in my life and our dog loved the dog park. We felt safe and at home from day 1, we’ll miss it here!

Ferro is a beautiful apartment complex to live at. The establishment is new and very clean. I had the privilege of meeting the manager and touring with Minki! Minki was GREAT, very kind, and VERY accommodating to my needs in finding the right home for me. He made the whole process actually enjoyable! The best part is, management is incredibly fast in responding to my requests! I’ve toured MANY different apartment complexes and I’ve lived in 5 in the area and Ferro has definitely exceeded all of my expectations. You will not regret living here!

Brand new apartment complex. Very clean, well-organized spaces. Nice pool area. Free Starbucks coffee. Good gyms. The only sad thing (not for all apartments) is that we have now the construction site panoramic view through all our windows. And sound isolation in our apartment is very low - traffic and construction noises all day long, from the early morning (like if we have no windows at all). Except for this, excellent ✨

FerroPro* keyless entry makes everything easier for deliveries and guest coming to visit* Guest parking available* The area is okay - i haven’t had any problems with the neighboring homes, but kids that didn’t live at Ferro have made it into the building once. While working out that came to me asking for money (obviously someone let them in) and left out* Food nearby is okay as well- unsure if it’s “walkable” though* Construction hasn’t been an issue- i don’t hear it during the day nor at night* Homes have great comps and specs. You get a great bang for your buck with the size of these apt people plus the tolls bros just does it right.* Secure package lockers and rooms* Covered garage parking* Gym: really nice, just wish they got the treadmills serviced - one is unbalanced and others have wear/tear. There’s a lot of options for equipment. Just wish the yoga room was something more purposeful like a sauna or theatre.Cons* dog park : no actual shade / shelter for when it rains, but they keep it clean which is major* Bugs: since the recent complaints online and I’m sure through the resident portal the “roach / beetle” problem has decreased significantly. When taking my dog out at night i see barely any, but my sister saw one on her car in the visitors parking area the other day.* Units : wall to wall you don’t really hear much of your neighbors however my problem lies with the people above and below me. The flooring is so thin that you hear every walk/ run etc from those above you. I wfh and i have a walking pad under my desk and the people below have knocked on their ceiling for that and also vacuuming which is annoying in itself.* Maintenance has come in my apartment unannounced when I’m not there. Emails should be sent out when someone else is entering your apartment* Pool: there isn’t much regulation for the pool so if you desire a quiet home be sure to choose a unit on the opposite side of the pool. There were kids screaming at the top of their lungs one day and my team could hear it in my meeting.* No rooftop amenitiesHowever, once I’m up for renewal or apartment transfer I’ll be changing units definitely. I love my apartment and my main con (flooring being very thin) can be fixed once i move up. As someone who’s always stayed on a top floor i didn’t think this would be an issue, but it’s a major one when those above you walk around at 2 am. I am slightly nervous about the crowd that can come in 2026 with the new train station, but i may not be there by the time it’s done. I would even recommend this property as well. Shout out to Minki for always getting things done for me!

Joe & Sarafina were the best from day one, always smiling and quick to answer any questions! The maintenance crew are quiet and professional not to disturb tenants. Comparable units in Hawaii for sale go for 800K+ renting here is a blessing. Amenities are plenty and well cared for. Plano is a great place to work and live. Unfortunately you cant pick your neighbors but so far so good, no issues with mine. Blessed to get an extension on my lease at current market value. The Dart is great but wonder how it will affect this property next year when it stops next door for transferring riders, time will tell.Im a happy camper!Aloha and Mahalo

Seraphina the property manager and Josh one of the leasing agents went above and beyond to help us get settled into our new home when EVERY other property turned us away. They represent what it means to have empathy and compassion in a world that severally lacks it. We are overjoyed to have a home here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon.

Awesome property. Amenities are 5 star. Best apartment gym I’ve ever seen. Coffee bar and common spaces are awesome. Really impressed that the 1st floor units had small yards which is such a convenience as a pet owner. Joseph and Seraphina in the front office were excellent as well. Highly recommended

Initially, there was a mix-up with which unit was available for us, and there was not much we could do as we could not see other units in person. Worked with my move in date, even invited me to the apartment picnic. I like that he was so patient and very attentive. I had a toilet issue after hours on a Friday and Ricardo was amazing. He came that night, figured out the issue and was able to fix it the next morning. He was on time, efficient and gave great service. I’m extremely grateful for him being able to come on short notice and fix my issue. I would recommend for any future maintenance issues because he will do a great job and get the job done. Ferro has a great staff and they’re always able to take care of any tasks.

Starting from the beautiful building. Ferro is an attractive and beautiful apartment. The leasing office is gorgeous, absolutely in love with the glass doors. Secondly, the amenities are amazing! The pool is a different layout than normal. There is two sides to the pool with a lot of lounging space. The gym is beyond what you will get at any other apartment! Squat bar, bench, weights that are actually for lifting, outside workout space, its amazing! Then the apartment and the floor plan was so beautifully setup, kitchen space, the bathroom. As an Apartment Locator in DFW for nearly 4 years, I know a thing or two on the importance of Management within a complex. This complex deserves a reward for their staff! They are all so knowledgeable, eager to help, professional, accountable, and overall comforting! Seraphina is phenomenal at her job and all the leasing agents are equally as wonderful. It’s important we recognize when people actually perform how they should instead of doing the bare minimum.In addition to the staff the complex itself is gorgeous! Having rented in the Dallas metro area for 4 years, I have been so delighted by my experience at Ferro.Highlights: Extremely spacious and well-constructed apartments and amenities with intelligently laid out design. Neighbors are polite, respectful and professional - important, as many of us work from home. Fantastic location - safe and convenient (right between downtown Plano and Cityline and close to freeway access and green spaces). Variety of food options are close by- a fantastic mix of elegant and casual dining in any direction without being inside of the busy downtown (can see the pretty glow of downtown plano from where Ferro is situated without the noise of being in it).Management and maintenance: Professional, so friendly, always available, swift to jump in to help answer questions. While the secondary building is under construction, all staff has kept high standards of cleanliness and noise levels very low- a rarity in the industry. You can see everything being built with attention to detail.Emmanuel, the manager, sets the bar at the very highest standard, and we also love the other leasing agents, Chaz and Seraphina! Amazing customer service and so patient - they make the whole experience wonderful!Amenities: So well built and unique. Many places throw them together, but these are thoughtful, practical, and beautiful - and ones you actually want to use - We love the Maker’s Space! Parking area is spacious - all covered (parking garage) and very quiet, secure and ventilated.With high quality, affordability, amazingly smooth move-in, and larger square footage - I highly recommend Ferro!!
