I have been living at the Evoke for 2 years and it has been a great experience so far. There are many things to like about living here. Safety is a big one for me, and thereās a well-lit parking garage, gates, secure hallways and security cameras. The pool area is beautiful and thereās also a gym and courtyard area for residents to use. The staff has been the best and maintenance requests are answered quickly. I highly recommend checking out the Evoke if you want a quiet, secure, fun community! -

I toured with Ksem and was very impressed with what I saw. I am not moving for a while (6+ months) and he was very aware of that but still took the time to show me everything and asked me how I felt about the 1 bedroom model we looked at and how I would feel living in that space. While I am thinking I might need a little bit more space I am still keeping Evoke at the top of my list of a possible new home. I plan to go back and see if I can look at a larger 1 bedroom just to get a feel of what else they have. This checks all the boxes for me. -

I had a tour today with Emily and she did a fantastic job. Her energy and personality are really great. She answered all of my questions, was very patient and got straight to the point. Oh yes, and I spoke with Thomas as well. He is a nice guy too. I forgot the leasing managers name but he is nice as well. Letās just say CAF Management and Evoke, youāve got an amazing team. I hope to see a future with you. -

I have been living at EVOKE for 1 month and from the day I started looking for my apartment, Emily was very willing to help me with all the questions and everything I needed. Her help really went beyond what she had to do. Her positive and friendly attitude made finding my apartment much easier. Now that I live on the property, it is very nice to be able to go into the office and the entire staff is always so friendly and always willing to help me with anything I need. They really are a great team. I recommend this quiet and clean property. I have not had any problems with anything and I love the beautiful facilities. -

I really enjoy living here! I have been here for 3 years and just like any property, itās certainly not perfect! The pool area was what originally appealed to me before I ever set foot on the premises. It did not and does not disappoint! The unit I have is very nice , the appliances had some wear and tear - they arenāt bad. I am a little OCD on taking care of appliances - I believe the previous tenets were a little harsh on them - then thereās the stainless steel, thatās really not stainlessā¦. that has nothing to do with property management, thatās goods / appliancesā¦. i paid a pretty penny for many as a homeowner, that stained just as easily..I love my apartment. Itās a nice place to live. The apartment staff / leasing office has had people come and go, but overall, they retain at a fairly impressive rate and seem to promote from within! The staff has always taken care of anything I needed personally, they seem to be very open to suggestions for improvement ! The maintenance staff is above expectations! I try to compliment them every opportunity that I can!!!The tenants look out for one another for the most part! Thatās an added bonus! We have young, older, families with kids ā¦. itās a very nice group! Evoke 2024 gets a thumbs up! -

I love the leasing staff and how quick they are with the responses and getting feedback for me especially for me transferring from one apartment to another. Emily was very helpful and detailed on what the process is for transferring and how the home will look and we even talked about how to setup my room! Love the energy she has give she is so sweet and patient and so positive and calm. Also Qsem? I believe is how you spell it was also following up with the progress with my home as well and Daniel have me a call ahead of time in regards of walk thru so I didnt feel forgotten especially when they are busy they do their best to communicate. Love the team and keep up the good work! -

Living here for 20 months now. One of the best looking apartments in and around Dallas area.Ambience is great. Looks modern and amenities are great. Pets parents will love this apartment. Pets have their own spa and play area. Swimming pool is shallow but looks really cool. And the fire place is amazing with huge TV, small golf area and play area.Has many cooking grills. Parking is completely secured with private security at night times. Even they provide with charging station for electric vehicles. Has a car wash place but may not fill your needs.Service is quick if anything goes wrong.Staff is professional. -

I love Thomas and Emily! The best leasing office staff Iāve ever met. Emily was very nice and trying to provide as much information as possible when I just walked in and asked for available options. Thomas helped me a lot with my concerns and any unexpected issues during my leasing and move-in process, heās very responsive and hard working. I also love that this apartment is dog-friendly and everyone is so sweet to my dog. -

Ive been living in this building for the past 7 months and I decided to write this review after noticing the rating of this place go below 4 stars. I absolutely do not believe that it deserves its current rating and hence my review.In short, its a great building in a not so great location. Details below.Starting with the management office, it is staffed with the most friendliest office people Ive ever worked in any apartment community. Right from the leasing experience to helping me with the problems with misplaced mail to even helping me out with holding packages on request, every interaction with them has been nothing but pleasurable. The management has been very actively involved in hosting community events, all of which have had great turnout and well appreciated by its residents.The building itself is constructed in a way that if you live towards the sides or the back of the building your UberEats and other delivery persons are bound to get confused and end up calling you. But thats not why I deduced a star. More on that later.Moving on to the facilities, it has a good mail room and a package locker. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained. Does it get loud? Yes sometimes, but then so do all other pools and all other apartments. It has a really nice sitting area next to the pool, a courtyard that awes anyone who walks into it. A gym that is well maintained and is actually worth using. The service staff here are prompt and diligent in their work. Never have I once felt that my service request was being delayed or was left unnoticed.The apartment itself is beautiful, of course the overall experience depends on what plan youre living in, the interior carpets in the hallway are well maintained, atleast in my section of the floor. The parking definitely is a bit tight and since the apartment has been almost upto capacity its been hard to find parking in your preferred spot but thats expected in a car-dependent city like ours. The turns are definitely tight especially when there is a huge vehicle parked right on the edge of the up ramps.The only thing that I would say is a downside to this place is its location. Its located in between a Toyota showroom and a Jack In The Box. I wish we had access to some good bars and restaurants either across the street or right downstairs. But maybe most of the residents like myself might not have been able to afford the rent for a building like this in a location like that.Its definitely been a pleasure being a resident of this building and I sincerely hope that this experience is kept up by the management and this place continues to stay the envy of any friend of mine that visits me. Being a responsible Google Maps Guide Ill update my review if I feel like informing any changes :) -

Great experience, I will start that I visited around 20 new properties before making our decision, since the first moment that we step in Nicole and broadstone evoke gave us a feeling that this is our home, Nicole was the reason that we and another 2 apartments moved here,she was the ice breaker for us to come and live here, we are here for 2 weeks already and we are living in 5 star hotel!!!, the pool is the best in all Dallas area, the club room is so lit! The staff members are very friendly!!!, the apartment is built smartly, the only complex that has slide net doors at the patio that you really can enjoy the patio without worrying about insects coming into your apartment. We absolutely love it here!!!,Highly recommended š -

Iāve lived at Evoke for about 6 months now. I will honestly say that I highly recommended this property for anyone looking for a safe, clean, professional environment. My experience has been nothing but great with the staff and the property manager Tamika she always greets me with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to assist with me. I travel for work internationally. When I do have request for work orders I can simply call directly to the property manager Tamika and she always diligently makes sure my request are a priority. I love that fact that I have the same maintenance personnel Larry. He is also very professional and timely when his services are needed. I love Evoke! -

I have really enjoyed me first two weeks here. The staff is really nice, the pool is always clean. The entire property is managed really well .Nothing broken or dirty.My apartment is great, nothing is cheap or badly made. I love how many different light options I have within my apartment and how cozy it feels.The other amenities such as the club house, work space, and fitness center are also managed well and kept up with.Only complaint would be my apartment facing the pool and people can stay out there pretty late on the weekends with louder music, but overall itās really great here. -

I have been living here for about a Month and the apartment has been great so far! Facilities are kept in good conditions and you see staff cleaning around the clock. Front office staff has been super friendly and helpful with finding the right apartment/ moving in, particularly K Sem, Kaitlyn, and Rheannah. Overall great experience so far and highly recommend if you can afford to move here. -

I love these apartments. They are clean, safe and close to the highway for convenience. When I applied online the process was simple and I was approved within days to move in. I completed the walk thru and was amazed at how beautiful the apartments were on the inside and the courtyard just blew me away. The pool was clean, sitting areas were nice. The gym was nice and clean. The assistant manager Danielle was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The other staff was professional as well and they were willing to make my move as smooth as possible. -

I donāt even know where to start, living at EVOKE since Iāve moved to Plano has been the best decision. Itās safe, in a great location, apartments are GORGEOUS and everyone is so kind, clean and respectful. The staff in the front office are so fast and responsive anything we need but I do want to give a special s/o to Jocelyn in the front office for all sheās done for me since Iāve moved! Any questions or concerns I have, she is so friendly, so attentive and itās honestly like talking to my family and thatās what home is about. She is so fast with communication and remembers names and faces like sheās family. I havenāt experienced people like her at any apartment living and I feel so good being at home. Thank you Jocelyn and also Evoke for my experience here at Evoke. Iām definitely not moving for awhile! -

Thanks for getting everything resolved!So the staff to the most part is fine. The maintenance is really outstanding. The units themselves are nice but the public spaces really need a lot of work. The dog park is a mess. Broken benches, non working water fountain. -

I am in the process of moving from Houston to Dallas (Plano) and finding the perfect apt can be a stressful task. But back in November (so yes about 3 months ago!) I spent 2 days visiting over a dozen apts, which was a bit overwhelming given the many great options that a big city like Dallas and the surrounding area has to offer. However, on top of the amazing amenities, that are basically standard among most apts nowadays, it was the great customer service at Evoke that made me sign a lease with them for my new home.Much thanks to Kaitlyn Kate that was very informative and personable during the in-person tour, and helpful during the apt selection/application process which I did remotely due to my schedule. Kate communicated with me regularly throughout the entire process to ensure everything went smoothly. Her managers Daniel and another young lady whose name I did not get were also very helpful in stepping in when needed to assist in getting me into an apt that fit my needs.I will be moving in next week and Im looking forward to the continued great experience. -

We are moving from out of state and came to Evoke looking for a new apartment. We were greeted by Michele Graham, who was absolutely amazing. Even without an appointment she gave us a full tour, and went over our preferences offering us various options. The application process was fast and seamless, and we ended up getting approved within the next morning. And Michele kept in touch with us throughout the whole process clarifying any doubts. We are so excited to move into our new home, the complex is very luxurious with amazing amenities. We look forward to being here under the care of amazing staff like Michele! -

The pool is stunning and the club room as well! Canceled my gym membership because the gym here is amazing. Every week we have a personal trainer that comes to the apartment which is awesome! To sum it up, I absolutely love it here! -

Prospective residents, this review is for you.I have experienced two different styles of apartment home at Evoke and have loved the aesthetic of each one. The grounds and amenity areas are cleaned daily and the interior hallways are vacuumed weekly. Management and leasing ensure all of us remain connected and our community events are imbued with a deep sense of care, appreciation and fun. Maintenance responds to service requests in a timely fashion and, in the rare occasion a reset is needed, elevators are serviced quickly.There really is a dream team here at Evoke and its professional and sociable atmosphere isnt a guarantee in the multifamily home industry. I am on my second apartment home, first renewal, and have been here long enough to see issues surface and how Evoke management handles their business.A for instance...I had some data migration issues pop up when the property moved over to a new CRM and the residents to a new portal. Shay Allen, the Assistant Property Manager, coached me through the process and remained calm and helpful until things cleared up. There have been many improvements in the past few years, including a full pool renovation and gym floor installation.I commend Shay, Bre, and the leasing/maintenance staff for supporting the Evoke community and making my time here nothing short of a blessing! -

I want to leave a 5 star review for Kaitlyn Nelson, leasing profesional.I visited 20 apartments and there was no comparison that Kaitlyn was way better than anyone else and is the reason i signed with evoke.She wad extremely proffesional and wad very sincere in trying to help me find the right place. Jennifer is the best!!! I had been looking an apartment homes for months, and as you may know there are hundreds of new/nice places in the Dallas area to choose from. I looked at about 10 before coming across Evoke. After speaking to Jennifer and completing my virtual tour I was 100% sold. I cancelled all other tours I had scheduled. Due to my travel work schedule and a family death I needed to change my move in date more then once and they had no problem. Jennifer worked with me and was very understanding instead of rushing or pressuring me. Evokeās staff members are welcoming and the community peaceful thatās what makes an apartment more like a home. -

I left the apartment recently to move closer to work, but I miss this place. Itās an excellent apartment.Pro:- Fast staff and Maintenance, next day- Decent gym, very clean- AC hallways- Tolltag garage with mirrors on turns- nest thermostat- High quality supplied wash and dryer- courtyard quiet hours are respected- automated package locker system- fancy poolCons:- one of the two garage gates is always broken- we had a couple break ins to cars, donāt leave stuff visibleDonāt listen to complaints, the staff is very responsive at helping, you just have to let them know about your issues. Donāt sulk, report problems online.For example, there was dog urine in the stairs (some neighbors just suck) but I put in a work order and they cleaned it the next day. -

I am blown away by this community! The amenities are premium quality and everything, including the grounds, is kept clean and sanitized (which is really important right now). I canāt speak highly enough of this community, especially its maintenance and management teams. If youāre thinking about moving, book an appointment with Abby. Great amenities but horrible service record. After 3 months, the ice maker remains broken, lights went out twice on kitchen and water filter is dirty and staff continues to ignore the service requests. The mail room is a mess. There are better places to live in this area with similar amenities and way better service.Update: last few service requests were taken care of in a timely manner. +1 star, keep it up.Update: service has improved since new management took over, taking care of property issues like the dog park and hallway floors, trash shoots, garage doors, etc. + 1 star. -

Amazing Service with a š...When we first arrived we were greeted with a huge smile from Caprice.She stood up, said a big Hello and invited us to her desk.I have been to numerous properties, old and new as I am employed by a short term housing company, but In the past 3 years I have never been greeted with such enthusiasm and excitement from a leasing professional as I did with Caprice.The property is equally as exciting. The pool, fitness area, outdoor lounge area and putting green are a must see.In my opinion Caprice and this property are a huge asset in Plano. Keep up the Great job. -

The secret has to be down the exceptional work of Caprice and although credit should be shared, she stands out exceptionally. I did extend my lease because of her hospitality. My fiancĆ© recently moved in to Broadstone Evoke. I have to say I quite like this place, the amenities are great (well parking is so so, but they make up for that with the upscale gym and amazing personnel like Jordan). Jordan is probably one of the best leasing agents with whom I have ever interacted, he is detailed, honest, and respectful of your time. During our initial interaction with him, he took the time to understand our needs, from a personal and professional perspective and outlined options based on that feedback. At move in, he was accommodating and ensured that the simplest thing (offering water on a hot move in day) was covered. Itās been a little over a month since project move has been completed and I want to add that Jordan is consistent, still friendly and always inquiring if there is āanything that he could do to help make the living experience the bestā. Thanks for your sincere awesomeness Jordan. -

I have lived at Evoke for a few days now and love it so far. Abby was awesome throughout our entire move-in process. The complex does have around 5 additional fees, which surprised my wife and I (only allowing 1 car per apartment and $15/month for each additional vehicle). Overall, I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in the Plano/Dallas area. -

First and foremost BIG THANK you to Jennifer and Brittany for the challenge they had to go through to help me and assist me to get everything done at manner time. Their work effort was above and beyond customer service. Their prompt responses to my emails and phone calls was always on time. They promised and over delivered. When it comes to the building and its amenities I can tell you it is very neat and clean and hygiene to todays standard specially with whats going on in the world. Their tours are amazing, they will save you the TIME and MONEY - absolutely worth a visit and living - has a resort style pool and GYM :) Great Location. Referred two clients and both are signing up.
