While safety has been a concern living here, I can say that the office staff have been super helpful with answering my questions and concerns. One of the ladies that I’ve reached out to on numerous occasions to help me has been Desiree Richardson. It is my hope that we can get a greater security presence here to help with safety and the security of our personal items, so that residents here can feel that they are protected where we lay our head at night.

I have been a resident for approximately 1 1/2 years. I have enjoyed living at this location. I recently had a personal issue and ended up having to speak with Desiree about it. She has been super helpful and understanding. She has been very personable and I deeply appreciate her for that. Super, super helpful.

For the past two years, my experience with the office and maintenance staff at Espria has been absolutely excellent! I have never had an issue that wasnt addressed promptly and within reason. Parking issues have been resolved compared to the past and cameras were installed by the staff to monitor crime. Events are hosted nearly every month and the staff does their best to host the community. Transparency and communication have never been a problem. The only concern I have is the surrounding area but I believe the staff is working diligently to address these issues within their capacity with law enforcement and updates to the community.

From the time I call to inquire about their apartment availability to the time I moved in a little less than a month, Desiree was SO helpful and kind. Relocating from Florida to Texas was a huge deal and Desiree was understanding and really positive! I love that it’s a smoke free community and overall a chill, safe, and convenient place to live! The entire community is beautiful and the clubhouse is so nice the pictures do not do its justice. Thank you again Desiree you the Bomb Dot Com!!!

For the most part, I enjoyed my stay at Espria. It was never the apartments themselves that was a concern. I’m bummed that I was never ever to make it to the resident events because that is one thing I can say I appreciate about this community. Desiree invites me and makes sure I save the date she’s definitely on top of it when it comes to the events.

I listed my home and it song in 9 days. I moved to ESPRIA December 6, 2023 and have lived here a little over a year. It reminds me so much of my home but without the worries. Beautiful, spacious, modern. Maintenance is on point whenever I’ve needed it. The office staff are friendly and care about their residents. Hoping to be able to live here a long time. 😊

My husband and I have been here for some months now and I can confidently say my experience with Espria has been wonderful so far. Whenever there’s anything maintenance related I call the front office and my leasing agent Desiree always gets it resolved for me in a timely manner. Everyone that’s part of the maintenance crew is kind and hard working, especially Ed. When I first moved in I had troubles working my washer and both Ed and Desiree walked me through the steps. The apartments are really nice and the amenities are as well. My husband loves the gym and the equipment that’s there for the residents. Desiree has been very nice and friendly to my husband and myself. I tend to go to the leasing office a lot for coffee and to go to the mail room and I see she’s that way with other residents as well. It’s very reassuring to know that if there are any issues I can just call the office and know they will be handled appropriately by Desiree and the maintenance crew!P.S.In regards to the criminal activity. These days no matter where you stay it will always be that way. There is video surveillance and an officer that patrols at night. All in all my husband and I feel safer here than in other places. I’d like to add that when the hurricane hit we were relatively fine here and we were one of the lucky ones to get our power cut back on in less than a day!!

The leasing professional Desiree was amazing. Her customer service was on-point( welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable). I applied for an apartment the same day. A slight issue occurred, which was immediately resolved before I moved in and left me very pleased. I am truly enjoying my stay here at the Espria and looking forward to having a long stay. Its a beautiful, clean, and safe place to live. Desiree THANKS!! Taking time to assist me with signing up for the apps that I would need to help me.Desiree is a great asset to your company!

Desiree was amazing with the move in process! I had to move down from Dallas on a few days notice. Desiree worked with me all day and got my lease signed the same day I called. She made this the easiest apartment experience I’ve ever had.Only downside of apartment is that nobody cleans up after their pets, even though they provide clean up stations throughout the whole complex.

I visited Espria earlier this week and was greeted by Ms. Desiree. She was so sweet and bubbly and was so eager to help me lease my future home! I let her know exactly what i was looking for and my price range, desiree had the perfect floor plan for me. Desiree took me on a tour and answered all the questions I had with no issues! The property was so beautiful and Desiree really made me feel at home. We headed back to the office to start my application process and other people started to walk in and she helped them as soon as possible. She is such a harder worker and goes above and beyond! I appreciated Desiree so much!

Espria has such a great location, its not even 20 minutes from my work! The apartment is spacious and the amenities are fantastic! I love the pool and the grilling areas for when my friends visit. The maintenance team works fast and all my requests have been handled appropriately. The leasing process was quick and easy - Id recommend this complex to anyone I care about!

I recently had the pleasure of finding a unit to rent at Espria, and I must say, the experience was exceptional thanks to Ms. Desiree. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me through every step of the process. She was very patient with me and sent me reminders so I stayed on top of everything. Her expertise made finding the perfect unit a breeze, and her friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for an apartment. The units are spacious, the amenities are great, and the staff are friendly. Ask for Desiree she will help you with anything you need.

My family and I had to move quickly in December of last year. It was extremely hard finding somewhere to move until we found Espria. Sophia and Emilio were extremely helpful and understanding. They went above and beyond to help us with the application and approval process. They had us ready to move in right before Christmas which was perfect. The community is awesome. The amenities are top tier. My son enjoys the fitness center while I enjoy coffee in the community room. The apartments are beautiful and extremely spacious. Sophia and the rest of the staff are always friendly and hands on. Any issues or concerns are addressed and taken care of quickly and efficiently. I am glad we made Espria our new home.

Espria is great property to live on, Im not sure why this apartment isnt rated 4.5 and above. They have great staff, great amenities and great lighting for parking lot. People have to understand we live in HOUSTON TEXAS crime happens everywhere especially during holiday season!!! DOWNTOWN(the worst), NORTHSIDE, WESTSIDE, SOUTHside. DOES’NT MATTER WHERE YOU ARE!This property provides a courtesy officer and has surveillance on the entire parking lot. Any issues get resolved quickly.All in all this is a great complex, that will work with you through any issue you have.

Emilio has been nothing but amazing from start to finish.I love the cute events we have , the summer activities, seafood parties, oh and don’t forget the holiday events.The staff is super professional. I just started living here this year. I love it. I had few maintenance issues but everyone here is so responsive and quick to solve.The only lingering problem is the parking for residents but the complex worked on an effective solution. It seems to be working.

My husband and I had been looking at apartments for months with no luck…until we went to Espria. The complex is beautiful and updated. Wood floors throughout, walk in shower, full size washer and dryer, a beautiful club house, and a lovely fitness center. After we viewed the model we knew it was going to be our new home. We applied in the office and were approved. Sophia was so nice and helpful. I have never been so excited to move!
