I’ve been living at Elle at the Medical Center for a little over a year and have noticed significant improvements since Kristin became the new manager. She has been proactive in addressing concerns, and the positive changes in the community are evident. The staff has become more responsive, and the overall environment feels much better managed.Because of the improvements, I’ve decided to renew my lease and have already referred a co-worker to move here as well. Kristin and the team are doing a great job, and I’m confident things will only continue to get better. Highly recommend!

I just toured Elle at the Medical Center with Catherine, and I was thoroughly impressed! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience seamless. The property is well-maintained, and the amenities are exactly what I’m looking for.I’ll definitely be moving here when my current lease is up next year. If you’re considering a new place, I highly recommend checking it out and asking for Catherine—she’s fantastic!

I have lived at the Elle now for almost two years. It’s always been the most comfortable and safest apartment complex I’ve lived. I had an incident when my vehicle was towed. Long story short, it was my late father’s car and it looked abandoned because I just couldn’t bring myself to do something with it. Kristin in the front was BEYOND helpful in assisting me rectify the situation so that I have some time to decide what to do moving forward. It was like speaking with an old friend. Through the tears, we got it resolved and I am beyond grateful for individuals like her and the staff here who purposely use their hearts in their work. Thank you again!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Elle at Medical Center! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns. Kristin went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress free. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is perfect—so close to everything in the Medical Center. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. I’ve also felt very safe and secure living here, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living experience in Houston, I can’t recommend Elle at Medical Center enough.

Jessie is amazing he made renewing my lease an ease. When the new company took over I was a little nervous at first but Jessie has been there every step of the way to make sure all of our worries were resolved. The new staff has been truly remarkable, with the maintenance team and property management team coming in they have made changes to the property for the better.

My son and I are both police officers here in the City of Houston, Harris County. We were recently displaced and scrambling to find a place to live.Just by chance I went into the Elle at the Med. Center Apartments.I was greeted by an AMAZING young leasing agent named Edith. She was totally accommodating and walked me through the process of getting an apartment.She was off work by the time my application was completed but had already informed another leasing agent named Jesse that I was coming.Jesse processed my application, answered every question and even had the manager (who by the way was on her day off) approve my application.Sunday morning, while the office was close but the only time I could get the keys because I was on duty, Jesse met me at the property with the keys to my new home.That office bent over backward to help usThere was a team effort to help a person none of them had ever met.I give this property FIVE STARS!Why 5 stars? They are the Dream Team of customer service!

I’ve appreciate NEW management since they started..Everything immediately started to improve like implementing valet trash.. The management make things happen and look out for the residents. Jesse does a great job communicating and so does Amy. They also made great renovations for the clubhouse, gym, and front office . MAJOR CHANGE.

I recently contacted the ELLE at the Medical Center in hopes of becoming a resident, I came in contact with Catherine Simone, who was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. She’s very knowledgeable about the property and helped me through the process without any hiccups upon move-in. My unit was absolutely gorgeous and I’m so excited about our new partnership thank you so much again Catherine you are the best

The Elle is a great place to stay! The unit sizes are very big/spacious -- my one bedroom could honestly pass for a two bedroom. I enjoy hosting family. All units dont have a garage but many do. I like the amenities, especially the gym, a sauna is included 😉 We have new management now and Im looking forward to what they will bring -- theyve already implemented valet trash services. The rent is comparable to many places in Houston but the convenience to so many places is a plus! Ive been here nearly 6 months now and Im strongly considering renewing!

We’ve been living here for a year now and everything has been pretty good. Love that most apts come with garages and the community feels safe. It is an older property so we have had a few maintainance issues like a leaking ac, dishwasher wasn’t washing, garage door remote wasn’t working and it all got taken care of in a decent time. I do wish that our apt was cleaned and made ready better than it was after the previous tenants. (Second bedroom and bathroom reeked of dog and they slapped paint over areas of the wall that the dog was biting on. Really needed new carpet in the bedrooms.) The previous office staff wasn’t so friendly or helpful BUT the new office staff with new ownership and management has already been such an improvement! Very friendly, informative and helpful. We just had our first community meet and greet with delicious food, got to hear about the up and coming updates and we’re excited to see what’s to come. We’ve already started to see some great changes.

Since moving here in July it has been nothing but the absolute best! The office staff are friendly and super competent. And the maintenance, these guys work HARD. They are quick, polite, always greeting us. Really makes myself and my family feel valued and seen. Just for an example, there were inspections going on this week Tues-Fri, I called today to see if there was an approximate day as I dont like to keep my German Shepherd kenneled for too long. They literally came within 5 minutes of the phone call to get it done so she could be let out. It is safe here, well kept, and worth every penny.

While I have been here 3 years there has been numerous problems. The water gets turned off every week. The trash over flows bc some residents simply refuse to put it inside of the dumpster. In turn the staff are usually very quick to respond to maintenance requests even tho they are services 3 properties. The office staff has been amazing and unforgettable. The crime for apartments is very low. It’s very seldom that the power will actually go out and stay out. But they have been good to me and I could ask for more.

The property is very clean, quiet and safe. I love the open space and updated appliances that my apartment has. There is also a nice gym and pool area. Overall, I’m satisfied that I decided to naive to this complex. The only thing is I wish we had a choice in the cable and WiFi providers that we use.I must add, although these apartments are nice, we also pay a good amount of money for there to not be an emergency maintenance number. It also shouldn’t take maintenance 2 days to respond to a request.

Have lived at the Elle at TMC for about a year now. It’s been a great experience overall. Easy breezy living with a good family environment. All the staff is super nice. We run into issues with maintenance occasionally taking longer to arrive than expected. Other than that, this complex delivers on its safety for med students and families. I can see a bright future of improvements coming forsure.

I love my apartment and garage. I love coming home. Maintenance is responsive to requests and very professional. The office can be slow to respond at times, but tend to communicate frequently with residents. They have been very polite. I wish we had recycling service for our community though.

I am giving this apartment 5* due to Ayanna. she worked diligently with me to get the apartment. Our Landlord was in foreclosure due to not paying taxes and we did not know until a realtor called and said he was about to sale the property immediately. She was able to get us in to the apartment by our due date. She stayed late and came early to push our paperwork through quickly. The landlord was slow and sometimes did not cooperate timely but she called texted emailed and explained what she needed to us and the Realtor and Landlord and we helped by getting the Realtor to help. We could have gotten in quicker if the Landlord would have cooperated. I also want to say she was the ONLY person available for tours or to help you complete everything therefore she was helping other future residents including me, I think 5 or more. So, If you want the best , the Queen of Quick professional apartment leasing Ayanna is the Queen. Shout out Taylor the Assistant Manager for assisting in getting our paperwork sign on move in day. There are areas that need improving and we will relay these things to management nothing is perfect but over all 5* because of Ayanna.

Just moved out of my apartment and I had a great experience overall. By far the most spacious apartment Ive ever had. Never had a problem with management, maintenance or the shuttle driver. I rode the shuttle through med-school to the Baylor and never had any problems. I think that I got spoiled.Do beware of the rental increases, ours was over 7% which is not normal. I know that they are putting in granite in all of their apartments but that is too high.Pleasant place to live!!

It is close to my work and has all the things I need to make me happy in my living environment, nice apartments, 2 car garage, amenities for public use (gym, pool, patios), and a diverse neighborhood in which I hold high value. I work with a lot of interesting people at my work and having that at home, extends the feeling of well being.

These apartments are great 24hr security guard always there very nice and pilot. I see them every morning before going to work patrolling property and they are strict about who they let on property. The office staff is amazing Serena, Taylor and Jason is alwaays friendly and helpful. Yes it is mostly Muslims on property but they are very peaceful people and yes they maybe up all hours of the night but I understand the time differences between our country and theres . You can pick up you packages 24/7 a day thats a plus . The guard thats there in the daytime mon-fri been here since I moved in maybe 3yrs ago he is always nice greets everyone with a smile and really knows his job and is very knowledgeable of property and is very strict when letting in visitors. I feel very secure knowing that the security here is good. And for the bad reviews I have read STOP IT!!!!! Most of them are from angry prior residents that wanna down play this property. Yes every property has a few problems but nothing how they making it seem . Everyone enters this property must show ID I know for sure because I occasionally leave my gate card at home and have to show ID to enter even tho I live here. I just wanted to give my input because I have been reading these reviews very upset because they do not reflect none of what I have been seeing or experienced since I moved here 3yrs ago ELLE APARTMENTS KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB

The security guard in the morning is efficient at maintaining a secure property. Picking up my packages is always a breeze thanks to his organization. Office staff is nice and friendly, my move in process went very smooth. No complaints so far.

As with any apartment complex, you have to call back if they dont answer at first, but they are busy. Were very excited to live at the Elle. Elle at medical center is a phenomenal property in a really convienient location. The apartments are very nicely renovated and the grounds are wells maintained. I stayed here with my girlfriend who is in Houston on a temporary work assignment and really enjoyed my stay. We did have an A/C leak, but the management and maintainance staff acted quickly and fixed it in a timely manner. If we were to move to Houston full time, Elle at the medical center would be top of the list!
