Let me just say this place is great. I had an amazing tour with Tori. It’s very charming and cozy and has lots of convenient attractions nearby. I had the pleasure of meeting the other person in the office Carolina and she was very friendly as well. They gave me a great experience and all the information I needed. I had a very wonderful experience living in this apartment. The exterior is green and interior of this apartment is homely. The Admin and Maintenance team were very responsive with low turnaround time on the reported issues. I will miss the community parties organized by the team.If I have to do it again, I will still live in Eleven11

My family and I are relocating to the Dallas area. There were many locations that were on our list. Items that stuck out when making the list were amenities, location to the city with kid friendly activities, as well as a friendly and personable staff. We spoke with several individuals when asking questions before and upon touring the complex. I was extremely pleased with the help each person gave to us. The property manager, Tara Hairston, made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to assist with helping make our final decision. Leasing from this property will be the first of many great decisions that our family will make upon entering the state of Texas.

This is a really good place to live. The area is very quiet, and despite all the kids being home because of Covid. I rarely hear my neighbors. The front office staff Carolina and Kristie are both really helpful. They always try to make sure what I need is taken care of. Maintenance is amazing here and they are super fast at handling things. My son goes to a great school, and my neighbors are nice. I have had a great experience here the past 9 months.

This is a very nice place, with the professional staff!All room plans are very comfortable to place whatever you need and to have the great life!Position of the residential area is really nice, there are shops, gyms, pools, park, and so on in the walking distance, and its good to stretch your legs after sitting in the car.

I just moved into Archstone and from the start everyone has been super helpful. Jason was amazing in making sure I had all the information I needed and to answer any questions I had. Coming from an apartment complex who was not good at communicating and was quick to charge you fees, this is a huge plus for me. They even left me a care package with household essentials as a special touch on move in day! Facility looks clean and well kept. Ready to settle in and enjoy my new place.

I wanted to take a moment and give a praise to the management team at 11 Lex, especially Tara. She has been the most down to earth manager that I have ever encounter at a property. She is so nice and I visible. Ive been so used to managers that I never see or can never get in touch with. She is always on property and available anytime I have felt like I needed to speak with her. The staff is very accommodating and always do what they can. I feel this is a direct action that comes from the top down.

We enjoy living here. We love our neighbors and enjoy the peaceful view of the trees and creek behind us with all of the wildlife. The staff is extremely courteous and ready to help in anyway possible, even at odd hours. The exercise room is very clean and maintained. We have enjoyed the pool area. It too is very clean and well maintained. Tim and his entire staff are always ready to go above and beyond to make sure our experience is enjoyable. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

Eleven11 is a great place to live. The office girls, Carolina and Kristie are sweet, friendly and very helpful. I love how they make it a point to remember you. Makes us feel like we are not just an apartment number.We recently moved to Texas from NY and Carolina helped us with that transition. She was patient with answering my countless questions while we were still in NY. We love her! Our 4 y/o son has taken a shine to Carolina too. He always looks for her when we go to office.The maintenance service provided is also on-point. The guys are efficient and knowledgeable. You typically dont have to wait days for your service request to be completed, which is amazing!We made a great decision in choosing Eleven11 to be our first Texas home. Thanks!

As a new resident to the state, transitioning was less stressful due to the great staff at Archstone Lexington. We’ve had great experiences interacting with other residents and staff and have made some lifelong friends here. The complex is well maintained, clean, pet friendly and with many scheduled events to promote resident interaction. The few service requests we have submitted were responded to timely and completed with professionalism. The complex is conveniently located across from grocery, restaurants, Starbucks!, The Little Gym, is within great public schools and still maintains a private community atmosphere.

Honestly, I could not be happier with the experience Ive had so far. Even in their age, these apartments are IMMACULATE. And Im the hardest person in the world to please (haha, but seriously, ask my ex..). Everything is so incredibly well maintained. We had to move quickly from a terrible experience at a completely different complex. The staff at Archstone is so awesome to work with. Very honest, genuine manager and people. Cant wait to keep living here.Take it from a professional nomad: It is HARD to find a decent place, affordable price and good management. Archstone is a total gem! Go for it!

I LOVE living at Archstone Lexington. It’s quiet. It’s clean. It’s safe. I use the workout room daily. It is basic but perfect for me. The pool area is beautiful & calming.The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Most apartment staff seem as though you are a bother. Not these gentlemen.I never want to live anywhere else again

Archstone Lexington was the first of 3 or 4 places on my list of apartments to check out. I didn’t even need to see the other complexes, Archstone had everything I needed plus great customer service. Jason was the agent who helped me find the right apartment. He was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. After getting settled in I really seem to like the apartment complex. It’s easy to navigate, small and the apartments themselves are very nice.

My overall experience of moving in has been nothing but amazing. From the day I came to look at apartments to move in it’s been very easy and pleasant. Jason has been great through it all. We have loved living here the past 4 years! Kristie and Carolina (as well as Jason) have always made us feel welcome and are quick to address any concerns that have arisen! The property is undergoing upgrades and renovations and yet, it is still maintaining the small town charm that is Flower Mound. Highly recommend this community and their amazing staff!

Amazing clean safe great management and maitnance .1 of my favorite places Ive ever lived .I love living here its safe, clean and the staff is AMAZING !3 years ago I lived in the WORST most disgusting unsafe Avalon property ever in Woodland Hills CA where the staff could care less .Moving to Archstone restored my faith for people in management.Whenever I need something fixed they are right there asap.We recently lost a family member (my dog) and my other dog her highlight of the day is coming to the office every day to get attention from all the staff even the maitnance guys and especially Jason he gives her lots extra cuddles .I would not mind living here the rest of my life we have it real good here.

I recently moved into this apartment in the end of July. This was during the transition from Archstone to Eleven11. Through the whole process Jason helped us during this time with tremendous customer service. We have some application issues however, they management team helped complete it and get us into our new place. Also the maintenance staff has been great getting to our requests promptly and resolving the issues.

I heared about this community from one of my friends and went to check it out.Met with property staff-Isha Saha, she was taking a lap to make sure the property was up to par.Isha was cheerful and easy to speak with and answered all my questions and gave me a quick tour around the property.Based on what I saw the property is clean, well maintained, and staffed with professionals who care about their residents.I was left with a great impression and would consider them in the future.

The staff at Archstone have all been very welcoming, especially Jason Olson. He was the first staff member I met, and he was great to work with. The staff are very responsive and helpful. I had 4 other complexes I was looking at in Flower Mound, and this one felt most like home.

Archstone Lexington is a well-maintained property with great staff and a location that is conveniently located. With many apartment complexes, the staff have this demeanor of wishing you would not bother them, but not at Archstone Lexington. Here the staff are genuinely interested and even reach out and ask if there’s anything you need. Maintenance issues have been handled quickly, same day in most cases. It’s a good place to call home.

From the moment we walked into the rental office we knew this was the place for us. Ive never dealt with a friendlier more welcoming staff in my life. These people dont just act like they care, they are genuine!! I highly recommend Archstone Lexington for their staff, the location and their proximity to restaurants and shopping.

We are currently on a short term lease and I must say that the apartment community is very nice, leasing staff is wonderful and maintenance issues are resolved on time. This is a gated community and its very safe and quiet. Kroger and other nice restaurants, little gym are just few mins walk across the street.
