I toured Elev8te Downtown Apartments, and my experience was mixed. First, I have to commend Sonia, my tour guide—she was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and friendly and really made me feel welcome.The amenities here are grand, with a wide variety of options. However, there were a few flaws that I couldnt overlook. The pet area, for instance, had a strong smell of urine, which was quite off-putting. On the other hand, the pet spa was impressively clean and well-maintained.Another point worth mentioning is that while the amenities are extensive, they are all indoors. If you value outdoor space for fresh air and relaxation, you might be disappointed, as there’s no dedicated outdoor area within the complex. The indoor pool is a nice feature, though it has its own set of pros and cons, depending on your preference.The garage was another concern for me. It didnt feel the safest, as there was no visible security, and the area around the apartments is heavily populated with homelessness.While Elev8te offers a balance of pros and cons, it ultimately didn’t meet enough of my criteria for me to sign a lease. Nonetheless, it’s a place worth considering if you’re looking for a downtown living experience with great indoor amenities and don’t mind some of the trade-offs.

Elev8 is in the best location for downtown living! The team here is super nice and always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The amenities are amazing — I especially love the indoor pool, and it’s awesome that we have access to the outdoor pool at Whitehall too. They’re always hosting fun events that help bring the community together, which makes living here even better.I also feel really secure knowing there’s someone on-site 24/7 and that patrol or the courtesy officer is always around. Honestly, if you’re looking for high-rise living in downtown Houston, Elev8 is the best option!

Elev8 is hands down one of the best places to live in downtown! The property is absolutely gorgeous and always spotless—seriously, the cleanliness here is next level. The amenity areas are not just awesome, but also so unique that you’ll feel like you’re living at a luxury resort.The apartment homes are super modern with features that make life so much easier (and cooler). And the location? You just can’t beat it! Everything downtown is right at your fingertips. If you’re looking for a place that combines beauty, convenience, and a little bit of wow-factor, Elev8 is it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐For me so far!I recently toured Elev 8 in downtown Houston and was not only impressed but also thrilled to be approved for my new apartment within 24 hours! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. The property itself is stunning, with modern design elements that give it a luxurious yet welcoming vibe.A special shoutout to Sonia, who truly made this experience exceptional. She was incredibly prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable, taking the time to show me various units that suited my preferences. Sonia’s commitment to ensuring I found the right fit was evident, and her genuine care made the decision-making process easy. She showed me a few different units before I was able to come to my decision.My move-in is scheduled for next month, so this review reflects my experience from the initial tour through the completion of the application process and approval. I plan to update this review as I settle in and gain further insight into the property and overall living experience.

Moved in recently and man what a great experience. Sonia worked her magic to make sure I got in and made the whole process so seamless.The amenities are next level and the apartments are real luxury. Not the luxury these other places talk about. I also want to give a shoutout to the latenight security hes amazing and takes his job very serious. Overall if you want to live like a King/Queen move to ELEV8 !!!

We recently toured the Elev8 apartment building in Houston and were thoroughly impressed by its amenities and staff. The indoor pool is a fantastic year-round feature, and the apartments come equipped with built-in speakers with access to Amazon Alexa creating a smart-home effect. The building offers an abundance of elegant work-from-home offices, so if you need extra space to work quietly while others watch tv or socialize, there is plenty of functional and attractive space to get that done. The location is excellent—close to great restaurants, Discovery Green, and public transit. What really set Elev8 apart was the warmth of the building staff and our leasing agent, Natalie. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home right away. Natalie made our tour enjoyable and ensured our daughter felt welcomed and comfortable.

“I had a wonderful experience at this location! During my apartment tour, Natalie, the leasing sales associate, was incredibly professional, kind, and friendly, showing me around the property. Although I decided to live in a different apartment downtown, this place is definitely my backup choice if my current selection doesnt work out.

Elev8 is the latest luxury apartment to hit the Houston market and they delivered! Natalie was my leasing agent and she gave me a tour around the property. The interior is so modern and the apartments/lofts are gorgeous. My favorite amenities are the pool and the doggy area. The pool is an indoor pool so regardless of the weather you can always enjoy it and the doggy area is secluded and feels safe for me to take my dogs out at night to potty and play.If you decide to explore the property, be sure to request Natalie as your guide!

Not only is the building great but the staff is amazing! I want to give a shoutout to Natalie and the team at Elev8 for being the most helpful leasing staff I’ve come across in years.I started looking into Elev8 while it was still under construction and I was pleasantly surprised with Natalie’s responsiveness and all of the info she provided. When it came time for the tour, Natalie patiently walked me through the building and showed me all of the amenities and 3 different floor plans. Her follow up game was even better! She let me know when the unit I wanted was available for application and made sure the process was a breeze.Due to an unforeseen family emergency, I requested to push back my move in date and ultimately had to cancel my lease application. And to my surprise, Natalie and the team wowed me again with their kindness. I thought canceling would be a nightmare but, it was as simple as sending an email and they took care of the rest.Based on how they treated me as a prospective resident, I can only imagine how well they treat those that move-in. I 100% plan on reapplying to Elev8 when I come back to Houston. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

I want to start out with saying; I’m very picky, and detail oriented. It was important for me to find an apartment that was integrated with technology—-this building did not disappoint.I moved in about 3 weeks ago. I can’t say enough good things about the securityin the building -24/7. I have called the front desk like a crazy ex girlfriend, and my phone calls are promptly answered , my issues always resolved.Kaitlin is so sweet! She’s amazing and so clear and concise when I have approached her with questions.Sonia has been amazing as well!Natalie is super patient and held my hand through the process of attempting to set up my online portal payments. Such a cool girlie!I have yet to meet Kristen but she did call me awesome on the phone…..soooooo basically besties.Aside from the supermodels in the leasing office, the amenities are gorgeous! Big couches and massive common areas. Great place to host the Super Bowl!Elev8 is in an amazing location and honestly I have not had any issues parking or any other issues that usually occur in high traffic areas.I would recommend living here if you’re into a fast-paced work life but you want to come home to a low key building that has good vibes.

I toured Elev8 when it first opened to move into it from the Heights. I liked the lofted ceilings, natural light, and built in Alexa/speakers in every apartment. Unfortunately my work relocated me and I wasn’t able to stay in Houston. If I had I would’ve moved in here! The office team were also so friendly and helpful, especially Caitlyn who gave an amazing tour!

While this brings tears and sorrow, it’s meant to be a reflection of the most sincere reason this property is meant to be a top choice.My baby brother moved to Houston three months ago and ELEV8 was his home. He loves everything about this place and couldn’t wait for me to come and visit him! My family was planning to come down! My brother and I talk everyday so I knew his routine front to back. On the morning of 7/8, I woke up and heard the news about Beryl so I texted him and he didn’t respond. I called him, and his phone went straight to vm. I knew something was wrong.I contacted ELEV8’s leasing office to make them aware and was even willing to give him a lil extra time to get back to me. The morning of 7/9, still no response; the leasing office jumped into action.Sadly, my baby brother was found unresponsive in his place, and though I am devastated, I’d say happily, he was home.My husband and I flew down the next day. I could barely hold my head up, I could barely speak and breathing just seems impossible but this Team, was just that, a Team! From our arrival, through our departure, on tomorrow (cause we are still here), ELEV8 has treated us nothing short of feeling heard, seen; just like a family member. They have been quick, accommodating, professional, compassionate and beyond warm.Although my baby brother was grown, it’s good to know that there are still safe, beautiful places to reside. I thought for sure I would Hate Houston after this and while I don’t like it right now, I absolutely love it right now, just because ELEV8 took care of my baby brother.Choose this place. There’s no other place. As I plan to surrender my brothers beautiful place and depart this city, I am left with much sadness, much hurt, questions and confusion; I am also leaving with a sense of relief and gratitude and calm because of how ELEV8 handled my family during this time.Thank you from the depths of my heart for taking care of my baby brother and me.

When I say I am so excited to be apart of this BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT HIGH RISE I MEAN IT. EVERYONE has been so helpful to me. Natalie has been a Gem throughout this entire process. Don’t think twice HURRY AND APPLY. Fast responses, high end and luxurious finishes. I am so happy they’re making my dreams a reality me and my son will enjoy living here. Not to mention it’s in the center of night life, top restaurants and a walk score of 96%, as I said before APPLY BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!
