    I have lived here 3 different times for a total of 10 years, I love this place. Jontal and Andrew are my faves! Its quiet, and well taken care of, I was so glad when Andrew came back and so glad that Jontal is the manager, please dont leave. If you leave I leave. Guys really this place is awesome and affordable.

    Love it here! Lived here 3 years, and dont see myself moving anytime soon. Its quiet, maintenance issues are completed in a timely manner, its quiet and when I do have an issue Jontal and Veronica in the office take care of it right away.

    Ive lived on property for 5 years and I absolutely love it. Its very very quiet. The mature trees are added ambience. The best part of our complex is the office staff and maintenance staff. Johntal is a fantastic property manager and is always available to answer questions or listen to concerns and take suggestions. I like how our property has activities for kiddos like trunk or treat, barbecues etc. We also have a dog park and a small playground for the kids in a pool for everyone to enjoy.

    I have been a resident for years and recently had an issue with my air conditioner not working properly . The property manager Jontal was understanding & kind. Jontal responded quickly and the maintenance staff was efficient. I am grateful to live in an apartment community where the staff actually cares about the residents.

She is quick to remedy any situations that may arise and the maintenance staff is professional and attentive to our needs. This complex is well maintained and managed while being affordable.

    I have been living here for some years now and the office staff are very nice and the maintenance people take care of your request immediately I needed my carpet shampoo and Chantal took care of that right away this is a great place to call HOME 🏡

    Del Prado is a great living experience whether it is your first or fifth place to live. The staff is great and the maintenance crews are speedy and attentive to any issue. The office team, especially Stephanie, are very informative and helpful with any questions or needs. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

    This is a great place to live, Jontal the manager is very knowledgeable, personable and the maintenance is always friendly. The property is super quiet and very clean everytime I visit.

    I’ve lived here now almost two years now I love the location and it’s a very quiet community. Close to lots of amenities. Stephanie and Jontal are helpful and responsive. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed or looked at management and maintenance have been attentive and resolved everything.

    If I could afford to live here I would in a heart beat. No these apartments are not that expensive, I just don’t make enough in general to live anywhere.ANYWAYS not only is this place super cute and clean but the management here is so amazing. I have a friend who lives here and she’s been going through the ringer. During these hard times the management has been so helpful, caring and patient it’s awesome. Ive been in plenty of apartments and never have I ever thought any apartment management could be caring lol. So to the staff of Del Prado, thank you for being there for my friend.

    I just recently moved in and have had no complaints since! The apartments are awesome for the price, the office staff has been super helpful throughout my entire move in process, specifically Jontal. She went above and beyond to make sure my move went okay, and that I was enjoying my apartment. You really cant go wrong here.

    Jontell and Stephanie are great. Always polite, honest and professional. However, this review is about the maintenance men we have. These two guys are the greatest. If a request is submitted, they usually get to it in 48 to 72 hours. If they have to order out for a part or anything that will cause the job to take longer than 48 hours to complete, they will inform you or they will have Stephanie or Jontell inform you of the delay. There is NEVER a guessing game on when an order is going to be complete. Maintenance always makes themselves available for questions and is polite and professional as well. They do not make a mess in your home and they clean up behind themselves. They have integrity and always let you know if they have been in your home. I am so extremely grateful for the two Maintenance guys we have. They always take care of business. Thank you!!!!

    My wife, son, and I moved in here about 2 months ago and we love it! I almost hesitate writing this review because I love how quite it is and I want to keep it that way, but the management team here is so good I couldnt resist. We moved from a luxury apartment to Del Prado and Del Prado wins hands down.
