I’ve been living at Crest for over a year and I’ve never encountered a better maintenance team. Anything and everything gets solved within 24hours. Also, the front staff is very nice, friendly, and ready to go above and beyond. When I moved in, I was a little bit worried about homeless from 635/75 wondering to the apartment complex, but that had never happened. The only thing is that about 10-15% of Amazon packages get lost but that’s expected in the apartment complex. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Been living in this apartment for 2 years, though not perfect as each places comes with different issue, there are things that you can forgive due to excellent customer service. The goods is greater than some minor issues we encounter.Unit: the apartment is nice.Maintenance: Excellent, always on time and always on top of any request. Never had a request that was delayed for more than 1 day.Emily: Leasing agent, she is great in communication and ready to assist whenever. She is calm and very accommodating during our transition from our old unit. Very helpful.Maisie: Property manager, she was able to fix my issue and was satisfied with her action. Always on top of everything. I honestly see improvements since she took over. Highly recommended. And hoping it stay that way. I can see myself staying for a long time, as long as her team will keep the place safe, clean, properly maintain while providing great customer service. all for a reasonable price.

I’ve been at Crest now 2 years and I’ve loved it here. Recently just moved into a new unit and the team rallied to make sure my move went smoothly! Tiana always followed up, Lora made the moves and Elizabeth slammed dunked things for me.And let me not forget the maintenance team has always been prompt in resolving my work orders.Def an example of Teamwork makes the thing work lol. I absolutely love staying here ! I have been here for a couple of months now and my stay has been nothing short of perfect. From how great the ladies in the office are ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER MAISE . To the excellent maintenance people , I had a maintenance man come and do preventative maintenance on my water heater and ac unit ! Like how great is that ! That’s what I call caring for your property and occupants! The apartments also look so aesthetically pleasing ! I love sitting by the pool and just enjoying the resort style setup ! I’d recommend anyone to live here !

From my initial application through the entire process of moving into my apartment, Tiana was a breath of fresh air and a true pleasure to work with. She provided an exceptional tour of the complex, highlighting all the amenities, and ensured I was well informed about the apartment prior to move-in. On the day I moved in, Tiana continued to offer outstanding support, assisting me with vehicle registration and explaining the trash system. Ive been here for 2 months, cant complain, maintenence team is quick to resolve my issues.A few things i wish they could fix would be:for the pool to have a taller or more secure gate, as its very easy to access to those who dont live in the complex.windows and walls are very i would say thin? Since you can hear everything and i mean everything.Besides that, i think the apartments are okay

I just moved here and it has been great. Its under new management and they are doing everything they can to update the gates, fobs and cleaning. This really is an honest review as a new resident.A bit of background:Lennar opened this apartment complex in 2016 and it was magnificent. Great security, quiet, amenities and spacious units. My sister lived here when it was brand new. I didnt think about Crest until I was looking for a place to live.My search criteria:Work from home currently and will be hybrid June 2022 in Plano. However, I didnt want to miss out on Dallas or Addison events so I was searching for a mid point. The other criteria was next to a trail, I enjoyed the Katy Trail but my future commute would have been a nightmare, also I needed to scale down from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom. Anderson Bonner Park is walking distance (2 blocks away) and has a great trail that is less busy and the traffic begins at Walnut Hill. Finally my other criteria was newer apartments. Crest and 2 others filled the criteria.I chose Crest because I knew the apartments from before and unfortunately it seemed that whomever was managing it did an awful job. I see the gates not closing, fobs not working, windows not being repaired for energy savings. But! The new management is working hard to fix all these problems. Just been here for 5 days and already they sent a whole team to check windows in every single unit to see if they need to be replaced. Today we got an email stating there are new gates and security systems coming at end of year, there are crews around the complex checking and fixing different areas, the pool cleaning service is there every afternoon. Additionally, it was a lifesaver because I didnt need to get a new service for Internet as they already have their own technology package set up. I am in a 1 bedroom with 10 devices set up wireless plus a VPN that I use for my job and it is seamless.Boxes from amazon and other retailers will be using Luxor, they also have the Tide lockers and a gym that has enough equipment to work the body. On top of the running trail and (three) soccer fields 2 blocks away.The units themselves have high ceilings and still have the new appeal that other apartments around the area do not have. It is a great deal considering rents in the area start at $1500. One thing that I didnt like was the fact that I get stuck with DirecTV service, but like I said before these contracts were done before the new management came in. Another thing I dont like is they dont have an elevator, but that is just the way the building was set up.A huge thank you to Brittany who was very patient while I was applying for the apartment, she was able to help me a lot.

Ive been a resident here for roughly 3 years and enjoyed every moment, aside from a few issues but thats expected living among others. The leasing office is always so helpful. Macy, Emily and Tiana always greet with a smile and go above and beyond to satisfy your needs/wants and make you feel comfortable. Maintenance is probably my favorite - they handle stuff same day, sometime within the hour even if its not an emergency and within business hours

Ive been living here for 3 years now and it has been nice. I thought the previous owners took really good care of the property until BH Management became the new owner. I like to see that they have been renovating non-stop since they have taken over. Its coming out quite nice! Ive never had any issues living here aside from kids throwing a rock through my window. I was one of many to get a rock in my window randomly.The maintenance team was very quick to board up the window and replaced the window within days.

Im in my first year as a tenant and so far so good. The units are a nice upgrade compared to the stock of 40 year old apartments in the area. 10 ft. ceilings and spacious bathrooms are very nice. New appliances and granite add a nice touch. The TV/internet package is a decent deal and Ive had no problems with the WiFi. The gym is maintained and comfortable with of course newer equipment. The valet trash is reliable. The Luxor package system works well. Parking is a problem like the other reviewers have noted but a garage is the simple solution, about a $100 a month. The courtesy patrol is responsive and present. The management office has been great to work with. Im always pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. The pool is great and those curvy plastic chairs are fun; they float etc.I picked a unit as far back from Coit as possible. I did this to avoid the noise from Coit but it turned out to still be pretty loud along the side streets. Lots of traffic in the neighborhood as its a busy area. I was able to relocate units with relative ease.

Ive been living here since August 2022. I love my apartment and the environment. I was kind of skeptical of the new office team because you never know how it was going to go. The last ones was ok. They got the job done but not very personable or inviting.Now this new team!! 100% fantastic. TIANA especially :) Shes fantastic!!!!She has a wonderful personality and definitely goes above and beyond.Crest, please keep her around!The maintenance team is wonderful as well. They are quick to respond to even last minute request. The entire staff here now is nothing but amazing. Thats very rare nowadays.Will definitely recommend and renew unless I come up on a great deal to purchase a home.

LET ME PUT YOU GUYS ON SOMETHING!!!!If you are apartment hunting stop, right here. HERE! Just come here you don’t need to look any further. 1) The community is safe! With manned security and gated! 2) your apartment is a smart home and controlled by you and you alone! 3) trash pickup at your door daily (not on Friday and Saturday they deserve a break come on yall we all need breaks it’s okay!) 4) the office management is sky high recommend to work with! 5) your Amazon hungry families there’s lockers down in the mail room that Amazon puts the packages in so that you can pick up at your CONVENIENCE!!! 6) you get the value of your $$$ balling on a budget or roommates these apartment homes are to die for.Thank you guys for the All the help ever! Oh and 1 last thing! Maintenance requests are at the tip of your fingers so that you can direct request whatever you need and they will get to you ASAP as they can!! Don’t worry they have you covered!!! From us here in the community thank you crest for being our new place we call home.

Moving in went smoothly, although there was some confusion about how to pay for your first rent. It should be mentioned that they ONLY accept WIPS as payment and not other other form of payment. It was mentioned in the paper in the beginning and not the guide form they provided. It would be nice to have that on all forms and not something I signed a long time ago. There needs to be a consistent reminder.

I recently moved to Crest at Park Central & I absolutely love the location of where these apartments are located. The complex is well-kept and the units are very modern and spacious, and I am definitely happy with my move. The move-in process was relatively smooth except for the unit not being cleaned until the day of my move which resulted in a delayed move-in time and later finding out that there are fleas in the carpets due to the previous tenant having an unregistered pet that they did not take care of. The staff were quick to have the carpets replaced and scheduled pest control to treat the unit afterwards. The wall cable ports in my unit also do not work so it’s a little frustrating having to take care of some of these things when you’d expect everything to be working and ready to go for the next tenant. Overall, I’m still pretty happy with the choice of moving here.

I had a great leasing experience here. Brandon and Emily in the office both helped me and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon really made me feel at ease and showed me around. He was able to offer suggestions that helped me choose which unit was going to be best for me.I really appreciate the hospitality the office has shown me. I dont like moving and its super stressful. They pretty much handled everything and i signed a few documents online, paid online and picked up my keys and DONE! All i really had to do was drop by and check the place out and decide what i wanted.I am just happy to be somewhere with friendly ppl and QUIET.great experience!

I’ve lived at Crest for the past four years nearly and have gone through two property management groups here. The current property management group, BH management, is probably one of the best that I have ever rented from. They have been constantly updating and improving the property since taking over. All of the office staff members, especially Fatima, Shara, and Ryan, are always friendly and helpful. I personally have dealt with each of them on different occasions and each time they were all very accommodating. The maintenance crew is outstanding. Every maintenance request is usually completed the same day. Even had an after hours emergency once, and they came out and fixed the issue in under an hour.No apartment community anywhere is going to be perfect. There’s always going to be some issue. The one thing I can say about this property is that the management shows initiative, and if you approach them about an issue they will attempt to resolve it (speaking from personal experience).

Signed my lease and moved in today, the process went so smoothly. I had an issue with my application and Shara was able to resolve it so quickly and get me into my new home in a matter of days. All my questions and concerns were answered quickly and thoroughly. She gave me a walk through of the complex and my apartment along with a nice welcome gift which was such a nice touch. This is by far the best experience as well as nicest complex I’ve lived in since moving to Texas. My daughter loved the complex and our new apartment and the staff was very nice and welcoming when we entered. It is extremely clean inside and outside as we walked around. We are so happy we chose to move here!!

We just recently moved into the apartment complex a few months back, and let me just say that it has been a wonderful experience and I must say it is by far my favorite apartment I have ever lived in. Its in a great location and Kerrie has been helpful to the top notch since day one. She’s extremely professional, kind and helpful. The maintenance guys here work extremely hard and are always dedicated. The property is well maintained and the community is quiet and peaceful. Been living at crest at park central for now going on 3 years. Each year I have transferred units and I must say I noticed recently and entire change to the management team. I must say “FOR THE BETTER”I see them fixing so many issues that were common occurrence’s before ( gates never closed, pool not clean, outdated machine in gym.)They have begun fixing and upgrading everything. The ladies are absolutely attentive. Maintenance response rates are stellar. Half the time I don’t even realize they already came and fixed it. HahahHonestly though I love the property. It’s quiet, I never have any issues. They are even doing more community activities which I love to get to know your neighbors. Feel more like a community rather then living next to strangers and just isn’t as homey.Thanks for all your awesome work crest ladies. You are very much appreciated.

I’m augmenting my original review to include the following:The property manager and staff have been incredibly quick and willing to help my wife and I fix any and issues we have. They’re currently working through the paint situation with us and they’ve been supportive the entire journey.The only reason this isn’t a 5/5 is because there is still a considerable amount of trash on the property, and the gym doesn’t have a squat rack._________________________________________________Just moved in - Ryan was very friendly and helpful. The SMART home system is nice and convenient. Our apartment needs new paint and some of the fridge shelves are broken. The community is nice, but there is a significant amount of trash. The pool room is open 24/7 which is great, but the gym is seriously lacking, some of the equipment is broken and there are almost no weights. 3/5

This was my last month leasing with crest, my apartment was beautiful! I never heard my neighbors inside my own home. definitely a family friendly community. sometimes had trouble parking but has gotten significantly better with the new security they have patrolling at night. excellent property manager and really attentive maintenance. i absolutely loved living here.

I recently moved in and haven’t had any problems so far! Ryan was super helpful in answering my questions when I came to tour the complex and Anahi was helpful with the move in process. Given the astronomical pricing of apartments these days, I’d say some of the units are priced pretty well given the size and amenities. It was quite a surprise to see how tall the ceilings are on the third floor. I’m pretty sure they’re 12 feet. There seems to be a lot of concern about the gates remaining open but that’s something that will hopefully be resolved soon, as I know management is working on getting more fobs.

Amazing pricing for Dallas proper especially for the quality of the units. Very close to a park (10 min walk). The staff was friendly throughout the process. Amenities are great and well kept. If you work in the area this place is a no brainer. My husband can literally walk to work and it’s about $300 less than a lot of comps in the vicinity.Most importantly, on the second day I moved in I thought I lost my cat. I went into the office crying (obviously) to ask if they had seen him or had heard about him. I ended up finding him a while later, hiding in an absolutely insane part of the apartment. Before I had a chance to let them know, the manager already called to follow-up to see if I had any luck and let me know they had been searching my hallway as well.I work in property management and that level of customer service is a sign that these people really care about tenants! It can be a very unforgiving job, but to go out of there way to help someone find a cat (which are notorious hiders) is fantastic.

Management is awesome! We have lived here for two years and, although our apartment had some issues in the beginning that were quickly fixed by the awesome maintenance crew, we have loved living at Crest! Our apartment is full of light with very tall ceilings, granite counter-tops and an overall modern feel. The parking situation is complained about frequently because people refuse to rent a garage and bring two cars at move-in...uh, what do you expect? I would suggest a 1st floor apartment and garage in building 2 or 3.

The office staff is super nice and approachable, and the one time since far Ive had a maintenance order, it was taken care of very promptly and efficiently. I even lost my keys one day, and a staff member who lives in the complex was able to help when I called the after hours number. Ive only lived here for close to 4 months, but so far my only complaint is it can be hard to find parking close to your own building after a certain point in the evening.

We really like our experience so far! The dog park they built is huge, especially for an apartment complex. The office added more parking spaces, and did it very quickly, and the care team has been on point with events. There are hiccups (such as packages), but there are solutions to that as well. Overall, great location and definitely much better than some surrounding complexes.

Lived here for over a year now. Apartments are great! Maintenance is responsive and very friendly. Parking is difficult if you consistently get home after 9pm during the week. The office staff is friendly, used to have issues getting responses from management by email or phone but they seem to be working on it and increasing staff which has helped a lot. Overall a good apartment complex.

Great experience....We just moved in recently, the leasing consultant Brittany Ross was so kind and very accommodating to our need, despite of short notice, She was able to find ways to let us moved in. We reported a few items that needs to be fixed, a few minutes later the maintenance staff Jose and Alberto came right away and fixed the problem.Thanks be God for leading us to this nice place. I want to thank Jose and Alberto for helping very quick my lights and refregirator in my apartment.

With our world in such a crazy place right now I wanted to come on here and give a some praise to Crest at Park Central and the amazing Team. I came by last week to take a tour of the Community. I actually toured with the Manager, Kerrie. I toured a lot of places but nothing compared to this place. I was treated with the upmost respect and Kerrie made me feel like I was already a part of the Crest at Park family. Kerrie listened to my wants and needs and found the perfect apartment for me. The property was so clean and welcoming. I am definitely leasing here. You would be crazy to not give this place a chance. And its not very often that you find a Community that has a manager that cares like this one does. You wont regret your decision to live her!

Ive lived at Crest at Park Central for 3 years. Why did I move here? I love the location; easy access to all the major highways. Why am I staying? Even with all the nice ammenities, planned activities, the layout of my apt, recent improvements/upgrades that the NEW managemment are providing to enhance the living experience, I think new management listens to and geninuely cares about their residents. The staff in the office are attentive and welcoming. We all know that when something goes wrong in your apt, it can be quite stessful. Thank goodness Crests maintenance dept responds in a timely, professional and proficent manner. Scheduling is easy so they really stay on top of things and I can tell you..... its greatly appreciated.

The apartment setup is extremely spacious and cozy. The process went smoothly, the only issue maybe was there is no elevator. However, staff is nice an informative . They really work well with answering questions and concerns I had moving in . My overall experience so far has been good and I would recommend.

I’ve now lived at crest at park central going on 3 years now. Each year I have transferred units and the staff and team were always very fluid and helpful. As of this year we have seen a complete new management team and I have to say these gals are working round the clock on so many issues before.From gates never being closed, to the security of the property, to getting things around the pool fixed. I gotta say it’s good to see someone finally stepping up and making this community the quality it should be. It’s quiet, location is perfect, the pool is awesome. I only wish we could do more community events and collaborate. Or Instagram contests. Giveaways. Something fun to bring th community together. Meet your neighbors. Never know what business or connects we could all benefit from just within our property.Beyond that I love living here. I love my apartment. It’s hella cute if I do say so myself. But I never have any issues here and they are always prompt to help if there is.Thank you ladies and I appreciate all your hard work.

I have lived here for nearly eight months and can not express the amount of joy I have from living here. The staff is amazing, friendly and quick to accommodate any issues you might have. My two favorite things would have to be the secure gated complex which makes me feel safe and the second would have to be the updated room amenities; ( flooring, appliances, counter tops) Over all this is by far the best complex I have lived in and I am proud to call this my home.

The staff at this community is top notch. They are always available to help and go out of their way for tenants. Blake at the leasing office has made my move and life at Crest so comfortable and made any issues that popped up disappear as soon as he was aware. The property is well maintained and clean and unit was in perfect condition upon move in. The dog park is nice and a great place to meet other people who live in the community. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in a prime location in Dallas with an amazing staff onsite to help.

Parking has gotten a little better, but is still a big issue that needs to be addressed. No place to go if you dont get there before 9 pm and if it is midnight, you wont even find one in the visitors area. Im happy with the apartment and love the appliances and amenities. Wish it was more visitor friendly and the pool was bigger. Maintenance is great. My neighbors arent loud and I feel safe which is most important. Trash (bulk trash) seems to have become an issue when people are moving out.
