    As a LGBTQ+ia woman of color, finding a home where I feel genuinely welcomed and understood can be a daunting task. However, Covey Homes Westpointe has exceeded all my expectations and then some.From the moment I stepped foot into this community, I was embraced with open arms and warm smiles. The management team, in particular, has been nothing short of exceptional in accommodating my needs and ensuring that I feel not just like a resident, but like a valued member of the family.Their commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident in every aspect of the community. Ive never once felt out of place or overlooked. In fact, its quite the opposite – Ive been made to feel as though Ive lived here for years, surrounded by neighbors who not only accept me but celebrate the beautiful tapestry of identities that make up our community.The attention to detail and genuine care for residents well-being is truly remarkable. Any concerns or requests Ive had have been promptly addressed with professionalism and kindness.     I had a very frustrating unsolved case with the previous management. With all the calls and unanswered questions with my account. I appreciate Johnnie and Eric resolved my account even as it went to far with collections. I was able to get this matter finally resolved with the help of them. Thank you all for doing the best you can with the unresolved previous management issues. Job well done!

    After looking at multiple rental communities this one feels like home and I believe that was due to the professionalism and knowledge that the property manager Ashley carries with her. Not only is the office staff extremely nice but when you are speaking with them they truly listen to what you are looking for!

    My mom lives here and needed assistance with a maintenance request since new management took over recently. I went into the office and was greated by the new manager Ashley who was very nice and assisted us right away. Looking forward to meeting the maintenance team.

    I want to express my gratitude with Ashley at The Grove. I came in a couple of times the same week, and every time, she helped me with the same enthusiasm. She was helpful from beginning to end. She helped us in each and every step of the application process and made it smooth and easy for all of us. These homes are beautiful, the community is nice and quiet and the incentives they are currently offering is a big plus!If you are looking to rent, this place is 100% worth it!

    Robert and Ashley have been great to work with on securing our rental home while in the midst of selling our current home and moving across the country. Very friendly, informative annd accommodating. We are looking forward to living in our new house.

    New management emailed stating office was closed due to inclement weather. Although we all went through it today in San Antonio, the new property manager Ashley made it a point to correspond back to my emails which was much appreciated.

    The staff at the Grove are so very welcoming and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions when I was onsite and when I called them after my visit. The walked me through the application process and were very patient with me. The community is beautiful and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Ashley and Rob are the BEST!!
