    I have been living here for a year and a month they are very nice and homey. Very convenient to everything. but the contractors that first did the job didnt really do a very good job because there was so many issues that they left for the current maintenance which I dont feel is fair. It would have been nice if they had put a bedroom downstairs the space area in the garage and the laundry room probably should have made a bedroom downstairs. Overall I love the home wish it was available to purchase to own with the High Rent Im paying.Taylor is kind & Maintenance came in and fulfilled the work order & he is very nice.

    The townhouse community is quiet and the grounds are well kept. The manager, Taylor is very sweet and professional. She made me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend living in this community.

    From the time I arrived for a tour until the time I was handed keys excellent experience. Everyone was so nice & helpful. I made the right decision!

    Since this was a new build there has been a lot of changes. We moved from out of state and only looked at the floor plans online. Once we drove up it was beautiful! Love the fact that we do not share walls with neighbors. Not to mention this was one of the only places that would take my fur baby, she’s a Siberian Husky. We couldn’t leave behind.

    I had a few issues when I originally moved in. My washer wasn’t connected, so I couldn’t do laundry after moving in. The second night I attempted to make dinner for my family but the oven was smoking. I also found spider webs and dead bugs in the same place that I saw them when I did my walkthrough. At that time the manager said she would make sure that it would get cleaned one more time before we moved in. I wasn’t confident that the unit was actually cleaned because I also found loose hair in the shower and it looked like someone lived in the unit based on how dirty the shower was (I was told i was the first to live in the unit). I did share this with the manager another time, and she apologized on behalf of the staff that did not fulfill the move in ready process thoroughly.Since then, I’ve had some minor issues but they have been resolved quickly. I along with others did make a recommendation to have umbrellas placed out by the pool, and that was fulfilled also.Another recommendation would be to put in some kind of turf or replace the bad grass, so my kids can have a backyard to play in, or we can actually enjoy the space because right now it’s a waste of space and an eye sore. But hey maybe thats in the works.Aside from these things, the rent is reasonable compared to other similar locations in the city. It is also pretty quiet and a good fit for my family of 4.

    Covey is such a beautiful property, and the leasing team is full of some amazing people as well. Reva Golden is such a kind agent here. She really made sure I was taken care of was knowledgeable about the property. I can tell she really cares about this property and wanted to make sure everything was good to go. Thank you so much

    I am very Happy here at Covey Homes. I know anywhere you go you will have problems. I must say the the leasing staff has been amazing. A very special shout out to Juan the maintenance man he shows that he truly cares for the residents and taking care of the homes. Thank you Kayla you have been awesome!!!

    So far I love the community! Reva at the front office has been GREAT assisting with transitioning into our home as we relocated from out of state. She was very attentive, personable and professional. She even remembered the date we’d be traveling out of state and wished us safe travels. Any issues we’ve had with the unit/transition have been addressed promptly and with effective changes!

    Me and my wife went to view the property for the second time since the construction has finished. And I must honestly I was against it at first because the staff was so rude at our last visit but my wife just in love with these homes. This time was so different. Rocky the manager that is taking over made us feel so welcomed. Her personality along made both me and my wife feel comfortable in our decision. We will be proudly moving into our home in September.

Rockys deescalation skills are excellent, and she always responds promptly, which I truly appreciate. Shes made my experience a breeze, and I cant thank her enough for that!

    I LOVE this property and its a great breath of fresh air that Cedar Hill needs! Beautifully designed townhomes, designated spots/garages for 2 cars, and walkable to a dutch bros, what more could you want!?Celeste and Lana have been incredible to work with the last 2 times Ive visited! Cant recommend them enough!
