Love living here. Shoutout to Charlie the handyman here at Corazon whos constantly working to make sure everything is in perfect order, from the pool to the building fixtures and anything in between, and always with a smile.Today I had the pleasure of having him over to fix a stubborn garbage disposal issue and as usual he made short work of it, with a can-do attitude to match. Heres to one of the people that make life easy at Corazon.

So much better than a regular hotel! There was some noise in the middle of the night but it should be expected and they provide ear plugs. It’s on East 6th. The apartment was huge. High ceilings, massive kitchen, a record play with a stack of vintage vinyls, and really cool decor. Definitely would recommend.

Charles is the man! The Service Technician always takes care of my requests quickly and gets the job done as soon as possible. If there’s ever any delays (which are rare), he gives me an exact timeline of what’s going on and when I can expect things to get done.

We’ve lived at the Corazon for several years and have definitely noticed the effort put in by the new property management team at Greystar. They are working with the owners to improve the common areas including new carpet and paint both inside and outside of the building. The maintenance staff are always friendly and work hard to make sure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Angie was super helpful in answering our questions about our renewal. We are looking forward to more improvements in the upcoming year. PS The location is amazing!

The location of these apartments is incredible! There are familiar spots like Target, Whole Foods, Snooze, etc but is also walking distance to all the spots that pop up on my socials. The management team put on cool community engagement events too so all the residences can get to know each other.I was having issues with my resident portal to submit a request for maintenance in my unit and wasn’t able to figure out what was going on so I emailed the leasing office which I thought was going to take a long time to get a response, but it didn’t! Aubrey helped troubleshoot the issue with my portal and rushed the maintenance request. She’s always so warm and welcoming too when I see her when I get my morning coffee!

The office is always super helpful when booking the conference room for my meetings! If the conference room is ever full, we have a wonderful clubroom upstairs where I can work from with WiFi! Amenities are amazing and I enjoy the resident events in our clubroom as well!

Ever since Greystar has taken over this place things have been so much better! Lyndsie is one of the best managers this place has seen. Janay and the leasing staff are also great and bring a welcoming feeling to this community we desperately needed! They’ve done so many upgrades and I look forward to renewing and seeing what else they fix up around here. Of course there is always room for improvement at any community but these ladies have definitely showed their efforts to make this place better.

When I went to tour a Corazon apartments serenity was the first to introduce us to the property. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. The property was amazing specifically because it was in the proximity of everything that we needed. There was a Whole Foods as well as nightlife right down the street from us. This is going to be a perfect home for us, thank you serenity for showing us our perfect home.

I visited Corazon apartments with my locator, and was immediately greeted by Serenity. She was very pleasant and helpful. First, we toured the grounds which I would say were very beautiful. The location was great and had great walk ability to different restaurants bars, and local grocery stores. After going over several options I told Serenity that I would be visiting a couple of other places that myself and my locator have been looking at. I can say, with complete confidence that Corazon will be the next place that I will be living. It is very apparent that serenity and her staff take great pride in their community and truly care about their residents. It will be a couple of months before I’m completely moved to Austin but I am very much looking forward to my new home at Corazon. Thank you Serenity and staff for making my experience a pleasant one.

I absolutely LOVED staying here. The staff was friendly and amazing. They were at my service no matter the time of day. We had accidentally gotten the blinds stuck and it was fixed before we came back from our night out. They were very quick to reply as well. The customer service was astonishing, really. And don’t get me started on the room; it was stunning! It was really nicely decorated and really spacious. The beds were comfy and the comforters were sooo cozy. The location is perfect as well. Right on sixth street! It was close enough to walk to bars, but far enough to not be loud at night. There was a lot of cute shops nearby as well. Overall really worth the money. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We have been living here for about 4 months now and have really enjoyed it! The leasing and maintenance staff are super efficient and quick to respond, no matter what it is you need help with. The building is generally clean and the units are pretty nice! The location is fantastic - Target and Whole Foods across the street and surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, salons, and other conveniences including dog parks. Great for young people who enjoy the city lifestyle.

My bestie lives at Corazon and I’ve had the opportunity to meet the maintenance guy Matthew during a maintenance request. The work order was completed in less than 48 hours. I loved Matthew’s costumer service as he explained the repair. He is professional and repaired everything on my friends work order. From a great location, to a well rounded service team, I strongly recommend this community.

My stay here with my family & friends was an amazing experience! The apt was huge and really exceeded my expectations! The beds were ginormous & so comfy I didn’t want to wake up to leave in the morning ! Sheets & blankets were also super warm and comfy! 😊! Only problem I had was that my room tv wasn’t working other than that I definitely recommend this apt to others! We will be back for sure in January to stay again ! Good location. Clean, fun, and comfortable units. Noticeable attention to detail. Amazing pool. However, be aware that most communication is done by text (no 24/7 receptionist) and the building is *extremely* confusing to navigate and exit. They forgot to send me my building and door code automatically when I arrived, but resolved it within 20 minutes. They will ask you to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie so that they dont have to have a receptionist. Worked for me, but maybe not others. Would stay again.

I went to visit Corazon apartments and took a tour with Serenity, one of the leasing professionals I was definitely impressed by her knowledge of the building, she told me that they had taken it over from previous management. She was very honest and made me more interested in the community, I definitely recommend coming here if youre looking to be somewhere in downtown, Austin.

I checked in yesterday using a corporate housing contact. It was super streamlined, but a bit confusing arriving after hours. That said, the peeps here are SUPER friendly and got me where I needed to be. The next day I ran into Ben who runs the place. He was on his way out for the night, but he saw me with a ton of groceries and offered to help. He came by with a luggage cart and walked me to my room. He even gave me batteries for an extra remote I brought from home.I am looking forward to staying here, the space is large, the amenities are great, and its a superb location. I will update this review if anything adverse occurs, but so far its been outstanding. Thank you National Corporate Housing, the Guild, and Ben!

My apartment was very clean and well appointed. Staff, via phone and text, was very helpful. This is not a boutique hotel though. It is a well run apartment rental, most other residents seemed permenant. Check in and check out was very easy. Location seems up and coming, but not yet in the center of things. Brew and Brew next door had excellent coffee!

My wife found this hotel while searching for a place downtown for her 21st birthday. We liked the pictures on the website so I booked the location. From the beginning it was all very easy and the convenience of being able to text or call someone 24/7 was unprecedented. I didnt get this kind of service from my stay at the Hilton. And the hotel came with a living room, a fridge, and a kitchen. I had trouble checking out but the Guild resolved it almost effortlessly. I recommend this hotel and I have even told my friends and family to book them if theyre available.

Guild rentals are within apartment complexes, so it feels as though you are staying at a friends place. Rooms are spacious, although for the same price, we had two rooms of varying sizes and layouts. The charm is also the uniqueness of each room. Full sized, modern kitchens with almost any utensil and tool for your use. My room had a toaster and coffee maker, along with English pint glasses. My friends room had a blender, panini press and drinking glasses. His room was also about 25% smaller than mine with a U-shaped studio-type layout, compared to my room which had a separate kitchen room, bedroom and living room. My room also had an outside patio. No front desk as everything is done via email, text or browser - which had its benefits as well. Only small complaints were the shower water pressure being quite low and my bedroom was next to an elevator shaft, so about work oclock you can hear the elevator being used. Also, just a few doors down from the fitness room, you can hear weights being dropped at 7am. That being said, I would definitely stay at a Guild property again.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and everything was nice and freshly renovated. The only issue I had was that sound from the hall traveled into the room really easily, but it never bothered me too much. The location was great too, close enough to be walking/scooter distance to everything downtown. I will probably stay here again when I come back to Austin.

I recently stayed at The Guild on East 6th street in Austin and absolutely loved my experience. The rooms are super nice, clean, and very comfortable. I would recommend this lodging experience over any hotel and any other lodging service out there. The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. Whatever you need is just a text away. The location, the accommodations and the available amenities were top notch. I was not expecting such great extras for my stay, but The Guild completely blew me away. Finally, a lodging service that truly cares about the experience of its guests and provides a high quality product with a 21st century mindset. I just wish I could book their rooms in all of the cites I travel too.

I love corazon so much. I’ve lived here for a year and just upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom for a little more space. It’s affordable and always has so many deals going on. The leasing office, particularly Ceili is unbelievably attentive and has been by our side throughout the entire moving process making is seamless. The gym is great and tons of space and lifting options, the pool is clean and large, the rooftop is gorgeous — we couldn’t be happier here. This will be the only apartment we live in. It’s the PERFECT location!!!

I lived at Corazon for four years and would recommend it!Its a fantastic location thats extremely walkable to downtown and east Austin. The staff is great and any maintenance requests were promptly fixed. Theres plenty of shops, restaurants and bars next door. The quality of the units are nice. The only negative thing I can say is that I do wish there werent short term rentals (Guild, Sonders, etc), but those are so widespread now that they seem largely unavoidable when renting anywhere with a great location. All in all, its a great spot and enjoyed my time at Corazon!

Staff were friendly and helpful with my move-in process! I would have perhaps enjoyed a tour of the mail room and amenities and explanation of basic FAQs that were not outlined in the sheet given on move-in day such as how delivery (DoorDash) and internet (Spectrum) services as well as short-term guests are supposed to park. Additionally, I learned from trial & error which elevators lead to where and that your fob is how you enter the structure- and everything else! Some of this may be straight forward knowledge for local movers/large complex regulars but as a frazzled out-of-state new resident from a beach town, these were not. This place truly is, however, the perfect location with great appliances and additional features. I am satisfied!

Corazon has been a great place to live. Though no fault of the Corazon, there is construction going on right outside the only entrance/exit to the parking garage which can be annoying during rush hour (adds 5 minutes to my commute time each way). It can be a bit frat-party like at times but really only on the summer weekends- otherwise nice, friendly community. I would suggest trying to avoid living under the rooftop deck and/or over the gym for noise issues. Fire alarms were only occasional (three late-nights maybe in the last 8 months) but an emailed apology from the property for blaring alarms would have been appreciated. Community area is well maintained, property is typically communicative through emails and elevator posters, amenities are super nice and appreciated, staff is amazing (especially Sam) and legit helpful, apartments are really awesome and well sound-proofed from next door neighbors, and location is possibly number one in all of Austin. Ive really enjoyed my time here!

The best place to stay in Austin hands down. Located right next to downtown. The price to stay is reasonable regarding the location. It’s like an apartment, it is very clean and comfortable. Very spacious with a full kitchen. I’ve vacationed here 2 times and I’m planning on going again next month again! Very nice rooftop as well.

I recently stayed at the Guild East 6th. We had a wonderful time. Location is close to most everything or a short Uber away. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed including a washer dryer in the room a gym and the pool. Management was easy to deal with and answered all questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay there the next time we are going to Austin. Wed definitely recommend it for anyone in their 20s-30s just moving to Austin from out of town, as there are tons of top bars and restaurants in the area, and other residents are very social.

Great location & accommodations. Pool very clean and relaxing, including a few hammocks, bean-bag chairs, and covered cabana loungers. Two huge outdoor grills and extra long picnic table just off pool deck and other recreational amenities like jenga blocks, foosball and pingpong tables. Rooms were spacious while efficient. Vintage decor including framed prints according local tourist spots like Columbus Bridge and Barton Springs. Very basic kitchen supplies provided - similar to any hotel kitchenette. Towels limited but laundry soap provided. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall wonderful experience.

Great place to stay near the convention center. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were great. Youre close enough to get an Uber(about $7) or ride a scooter ($3)to the convention center. Be aware that if youre walking, you do have to walk through some kind of sketchy areas to get to the convention center. The staff will recommend you just Uber, but I found the scooters worked really well for getting around.

I was born and raised in Austin and now reside in Fort Worth. I stayed at the Guild for a work trip and it is a sweet gem everyone should know about. Not having to wait in line or see anyone was the best part! Haha Im a busy gal and I loved the freedom the Guild gave me. The room was trendy, clean and so comfortable. Not to mention the location is on point! I REFUSE to stay anywhere else!

The Guild is a chill little place. Its right on 6th Avenue that allows for great nightlife enjoying all of the cool + copacetic bars + food trucks in the area.Great pool area. Safe place. NOTE> Maid does NOT clean room until you leave. Full kitchen. Liquor store just a block away. Id return if price was right.

Great location, beautiful community and amazing staff! Corazon is within walking distance to popular businesses and entertainment spots in Downtown/ East Austin. The management team hosts monthly and weekly events for residents which is a great way to meet your neighbors. Having a retail level with local stores and restaurants is also another awesome and convenient perk! I would definitely recommend living at Corazon!

This place has an amazing air-bnb vibe and service for a great price! The only things I didnt enjoy were the difficulty of getting in the building (not super easy to get to your room, have to use key fobs and key codes), the hard-to-access parking garage (if you lose your fob, youre SOL), and the wifi randomly shutting off for my room the night of my stay and still not being available the next day. But overall, it was really quality.

Really nice place. Close to the hipp neighborhoods in Austin. The apartments are clean with a modern design. The beds were comfy. It was equipped with all the amenities youll need. Also a pool and a roof top terrace.

I had such a great experience here. I ended up staying here after a problem with the Airbnb I was going to stay in. Im so glad I found this place. The room is an enormous 2/1 apartment in East Austin. Theres a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a TV with Netflix capability, and access to a pool. Its super close to downtown/dirty 6th, to East 6th, and to Rainey street. SoCo, Zilker park, and the Capital are bikeable. The service was great from the management. I never met anyone in person but they were super available via text and phone. The directions for entry and parking were a little confusing but they helped answer all of our questions. I absolutely recommend this set up for anyone looking for a vacation rental.

I wish i wasnt moving away from Austin! The location of Corazon to downtown is about as good as it gets. Just a short walk and you get to all the restaurants and night life. The units themselves are new and top notch. It doesnt get too much better knowing that you have restaurants right below your apartment for a quick bite to eat. Until next time Corazon!

I love the Corazon. It is truly in the heart of Austin. I have lived here for nearly 4 years. I love the community, coined adult dormitory. And I love the leasing professionals.
