We love living here! We recently came to live in the USA, Aura and her team were the only ones willing to help us and find a solution to the problem of not having a rental history, they supported and guided us at all times.The apartment was recently remodeled, it is very nice and the space is perfect for our needs; Every time weve had a minor detail of maintenance, they quickly come to fix it.The gym, pool and Jacuzzi are newly remodeled and very nice! It is also super well located, since walking or by car less than 5 minutes away we have everything (supermarkets, plazas, exit to the freeway)!*Honestly, we also found roaches upon arrival, but we knew its a problem throughout Texas, and with some traps we bought at the grocery store (combat max) we fixed it in less than a week. Although here in the management they also offer you a pest control service.

Great experience so far!! Moving to Dallas from Alabama and out of all the potential apartments Ive looked at, Cynthia and Paola (Im sorry if I spell this incorrectly) have been so kind and helpful!! They answer the phones and all of your questions. They even facetimed me to do a video tour since I cant come physically see the complex. I applied and plan on moving there thanks to their professionalism and kindness!! So excited to live there.

This lady Paola leased this apartment for me 3yrs ago. I put in my 60 days notice, but ever since this new management took over this property everything is working good , I’m canceling my 60 days notice. Paola is back in the property so I’m staying. And the manager Araceli is on top of every report and request the residents brought to her notice. This team is the best.

So the new management here is awesome. But I don’t like the new security guard. I was walking home to my apartment and before I got to the gate he pulls up and slightly blocks the entrance. I try to ignore and just keep walking and he follows me behind the gate halfway to my apartment. Thank god there was two other men outside. Idk what his problem is, but this isn’t his first time acting weird when he sees me. I don’t know his name but please look into him, y’all. He’s weird and I’m uncomfortable

The management team at city scape are amazing. Very professional, and always greet with a smile. For the time I was there it was amazing. Also Fortunately I had to move due to having a family. Amazing if your single or a couple ! The studio are amazing. Perfect if you want to save money and live frugally, this place perfect for the price you’re getting. Thanks guys! I just moved in and my apartment is dope. I looked at alot of places and this one has like marble floors and granite counters and I only pay $700 per month with water included. Really nice place, the girls in the office are really nice and made my move super easy. Thanks

Cynthia, Paola & Araceli were amazing at managing the property. They truly care about the residents. They keep the property extremely clean and safe. I wish I could bring them with me to my new place. Cityscape was the first place I moved to and I would recommend anyone to live here.

I followed the call to claim the unit that I wanted I had a choice between one bed and efficiency I chose the efficiency. I completed the application the office waived move-in fees and I waited a day or two for my application to be approved . Once approved the office showed me the unit and Im moving in today. This is my first lease I hope remain a resident for a few years at cityscape apartment. Cynthia at the office is very welcoming. Also paula thanks for your assistance.

Had and interest at a property, went into the office and the staff was completely amazing. They walked me through the application process step by step and guided me to upload my documents. The approval came fast and the move in rate was reasonable. My stay here has been great and look forward to renewing my lease for next year.

I live in bldg 11 and have been here for almost 5 years. I’m grateful to have some of the original management back. The property had hit its lowest point after the Pandemic. Since Aracely and her team have taken back over. I can genuinely say they did a full 360 and that’s appreciated.

I’ve been here for 3 years the last management had the apartments in bad condition….THE NEW MANAGEMENT has completely turned these apartments around its a lot more quiet and peaceful thanks to the staff definitely appreciate all the ladies in the office. If the management and office staff leaves I’m leaving lol Thank you guys so much!

First apartment! Just got out of college and was very excited to move in to a full one bedroom. Very nice cabinets and LOVE the lighting! My apartments floors couldve been a little nicer, but not too bad for tile and got carpet! The rent is very affordable, even with utilities! What I would say is that this is a great complex to start your life in Dallas. Its relatively quiet, and most people living here are just trying to live a quiet life in one of the craziest cities in the world. The highlight of cityscape is the staff, Julie, Kevin and the rest of the staff have been wonderful, with smiles and chill vibe to them. I would recommend a solid year or maybe up to 3 in this complex. I am close to work and so is my fiancé, so this should be a great start to our marriage!

Apryll was absolutely incredible to work with. She truly made me feel at home here, and I haven’t even leased yet! I was touring a few months in advance of a potential move, but I know my first choice will definitely be Cityscape when the time comes because of how great it was to work with her. The property is stunning!

Cityscape is a wonderful establishment. I really found a home here. The staff were terrific (Julie Santos & Aura Valencia) and theyre extremely easy to work with. They didnt make the paperwork difficult, Julie is very organized and Aura gives a beautiful representation of what customer service should be. I really love my studio and I recommend Cityscape because its literally the best apartment complex in the neighborhood.

Quita and kari are so nice. Professional and they really work with you. As long as you paying your rent they are Definitely willing to Work with you if you have to be a day late. The new team is great! I will not bash anyone or prior management but I can see the difference and I love that they came in and are working on making this community better. Every time I go into the office I am greeted with a smile even though the girls in the office are always so busy, It is sad to see how some of the people that live here and call this place home cant appreciate all the hard work they all put in. I have lived here for 3 years without a major repair needed. The light in my ceiling fan went out. Tito quickly diagnose the issue. When it came time for the replacement he was quick and efficient. I am impressed with the new maintenance staff.

For the money, this is the absolute best you can do. I shopped the village and even more expensive places werent as nice inside. PLUS - the insulation is AMAZING - the money saved on electricity is phenomenal. I know people who live in smaller apartments paying 3x as much each month nearby. The appliances are fantastic - I never thought I could love a dishwasher so much. Heres the thing though - its still an apartment. I lived in a studio for a while and when I got a new neighbor, I got bugs. it sucked. When I moved to a 1 bedroom, I prepped with traps and boric acid and stuff and I havent seen anything. The office people are super nice, if a little scattered. Still, for the amazing price (seriously: no utility charge, low deposit etc.) its way way way more than worth it.

I helped a friend (and her beloved dog) in need get an apartment here and could not be happier with the level of service received by the staff. The property manager has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen and for that I am grateful. It is such an animal friendly property with people that work there who care about others. You are not just a #. It is a little hidden gem in Dallas that I could not recommend enough.

Love my studio apartment! Couldnt have asked for a better place to reside too many pluses to let one or two minuses steer me another direction! Im glad they take CC as rental payments without hiking the fees for the transaction, with this I can stack points and live well since I caught my unit on a reduced rate special! Im in love! Rumor has it they may be purchasing the apartments next door and completely refurbishing them to match ours which will definitely clean up the street even more.

Well lets see, where to start? The day I moved in as my boyfriend and I were unloading my belongings a woman came up to us and asked if we were moving in or out. Reason being she said was cause she was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot. After living here for about 8 months Id have to say that was her own fault, she was not paying attention to her surroundings. Yes the neighborhood is not the best but I have not had any problems besides minor encounters with the shady characters that inhabit the surrounding apartment complexes. The first time was when I brought home my dog for the first time and two children hanging out of the window of the neighboring complex were screaming at me telling me that I needed to give them my dog or they would kill me. These children were around 10 years old and needed a spanking, nothing too serious. The second incident was when a woman walking down the sidewalk in front of the complex yelled at me because she was walking in the middle of our driveway and I was driving in it. With the new Walmart in place, people like to cut through our property to get to theirs on Ridgecrest. They never cause problems but a few of my neighbors were unsettled by it so they talked to managment about it and I see less traffic nowadays. The new managment is great from my experience. I had problems with my downstairs neighbors having men sit outside her apartment and they made me feel uncomfortable with some comments they made to me. I told the office about it and I didnt have any more problems. Then she was moved out within the following month. The property is great if you have a dog! The dogpark is great for socializing and all the dog owners here are friendly. The water gets turned off quite often because they are trying to fix a leak underground I believe but most of the time it is not an issue for me because they usually do it during the day while I am at work. Also, anytime I have put in a maintenance request they are in and out before I even know it. I have not had the opportunity to use the pool but it is very resort-like as Ive seen in passing. One thing I would have to say frustrated me the most was the gym. Only two treadmills and they are usually taken and the lighter weight dumbbells are missing or were never there so I couldnt do weight training there. I had to go to LA Fitness which is 2 minutes down the road and get a membership, which worked out better anyway cause I was able to meet new people. The neighborhood may not be that great but it has awesome placement when it comes to retail and such. There is a Whole Foods, Park Lane Outlet mall, Northpark Mall, TOP GOLF, Walmart accross the street as I mentioned earlier, Super Target, and many more places within a 5 minute drive. Parking was getting crowded there for a little while so the new managment implemented a towing policy. It sounds like a possitive thing but I have caught the towing company towing cars that I noticed were only there for the night. Yes they give us guest passes but when i graduated college and had more than one friend stay over I was nervous about their car getting towed. I love my apartment. Out of all the complexes I went and toured in my search these stuck out incredibly. I have awesome stainless steel appliances and didnt have to pay a upgrade charge to get them, they are standard here!!! The general interior of my apartment is quite nice. My countertops are not laminate and I have dark wood columns on my island with a pendant light fixture hanging above. The ceiling fan has to be one of my favorite things about my apartment. It is remote control opporated. Also there is no nasty carpet. The built in filtered water faucet in the kitchen is great for my wallet cause I dont have to buy bottled water from the store anymore. This property was a great choice for me being a college student when I moved in. They are reasonable with their prices and you cant find anything else with the same ammenities for the same cost.

I love this place I never want to leave but when I do have to leave I hate it I just love this so much its so nice theyre so much better than the other apartment that was living in that was terrible and its in Dallas Texas to and I was got really mad because the other apartment was not as good and I got really mad so I moved here hopefully I was like hopefully it was it like the other apartment because I got I dont know and and I was just hoping that it got like that but a bing bada boom bam so Im just really glad to be moving in my own house with my baby and everything because its my little daughter is going to school and everything so Im just so glad that we found a nice apartment that fits our needs.
