    I will update my rating upon move out, however thus far it has been a great place to live. Nice and quiet, gates typically work and are close 24/7. Apartment is clean, parking can be tough sometimes but overall not bad. 9/10 place to live especially being near the heights.

    I would recommend anyone to live here! Not only is the office staff very friendly and welcoming you have access to a well equipped fitness center. If you’re in the Heights area stop by for a tour and ask for Kaitlyn she was very attentive and helpful!

    Having been looking for a place in Houston for a few weeks, this place really stood out to me. Not only for the property but also for the leasing official who showed me around, Josh. He was very professional, answered all the questions and gave answers that were thorough and informative about the property. He has a very kind way of holding himself and seemed to be enthusiastic about showing me around to different units even with the heat of the day. Will be giving this place good consideration.

    This place😍😍😍It’s like it’s your own little paradise. Cassandra and Shay made it so easy for the transition from Tennessee to here in Texas. Oscar, our maintenance man, is always taking care of this beautiful place. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone who’s looking for peace of mind.

    After touring many complexes, I was sure I found the place until after I toured City Park. Josh, my leasing consultant, was amazing! He gave me a tour around the complex and answered all my questions throughly and professionally! Since I was new to the city, I did not know much about the area but Josh gave plenty of recommendations which made City Park a clear choice.

    We really love living here. We moved in about two months ago. The leasing office has been really flexible and worked with us a lot as we had questions/concerns about the lease. They were flexible on move in, and we have had really positive interactions with Nallely, Johnathan and Julie from the office. They are helpful on the phone and when we have dropped in to pickup packages or ask questions. The facilities are well-maintained and maintenance is responsive, we usually have someone come fix things within a day or two.

    Cassandra is extremely pleasant and very helpful .Edit: Julie, the property manager is a breath of fresh air. We, like most people in Tx have had issues with our AC unit this past summer. Julie was quick to help rectify the situation by sending the appropriate team member to fix our issue. They came a few times to trace the source of the issue, all by Julies deployment. She even had a contractor come on the weekend when maintenance was off, just to have someone fix our issue. As the property manager, she is very busy managing a community with several units, but still made the time to take care of our needs and communicate with us regarding our AC. She truly went out of her way to be effective for us and communicate. All this to say, we resigned a lease for another year due to the quick response and effectiveness of the property staff. Great team here at City Park.

    I have been living at City Park since August and I absolutely love it here. Its SAFE, quiet, peaceful, and the pool is really nice. When I first moved here Cassandra and Angelica helped me and theyre were both really accomodating and are still super sweet. Living here, youre really close to everything too (great location). I will also say that maintance is super helpful Ive had a few minor issues but theyve been seen about in no time. I highly recommend it here!!

    Maintenance staff has been amazing. I absolutely love how quickly they resolve issues that I may have with my apartment. The leasing office is very attentive to issues and tries to get them resolved in a timely manner. I would rate this place a 10 out of 10.

    My review was made when complex was under Asset Living Management.I’ve lived at City Park in the heights for over a year now and I can honestly say my experience so far has been amazing. The staff are helpful and seem to really care about us tenants. Special recognition goes to Nallely the assistant manager who always goes the extra mile. Most recently I needed assistance and it was an end of day request. Nallely made sure with the help of Mr Felipe from the maintenance team to look into it and make sure my request was completed/ addressed within the hour.Thank you to Mr Felipe and Nallely for caring and going above and beyond.To future tenants: I highly recommend checking out city park in the heights, trust me you will be happy living here.

    I’ve been living at City Park since 2019 and love it! They have always taken care of us, a nice quiet community that resolves any and all issues promptly. I want to shout out Nallely the assistant community manager and the maintenance men. I had a dead car battery and she called up maintenance to see if they could help. 3 maintenance partners came to my car, helped fix up my battery and gave me a jump! All while being kind and professional. I know this is not something within their job description and I truly appreciate it. Thank you City Park for being such a wonderful community!

    I just moved (back) to Houston and knew the area I wanted to be in but with all the options to live… I didn’t know where to start. City park was my first stop and instantly became my last! I loved the units and what the community has to offer. I worked with Jonathan and his tour was engaging and fun and he made the application process super easy and straightforward! 10s across the board.

    I love living here! Rent is expensive but it’s in the Heights after all. The price of rent makes up for all the cool perks you get. For example, this is a great location because you are walking distance from the 19th and 20th street bars and restaurants, across the street from the biking/walking trails, 10 minutes from downtown & 10 minutes to the galleria area & memorial city area. I’ve lived here for over a year & can’t complain. No break-ins, no flooding, no water damage, no power outages, etc. I have NEVER seen one roach or unwanted creature in my apartment. A few mosquito hawks, but those are harmless. The gym, pool, dog park, & private bike rentals are very nice too. I’ve never had a problem with management, other than with gym equipment, but they are usually otherwise pretty quick to resolve problems or answer questions. I also love that they frequently have leasing office parties & giveaways! I’ve made friends with my neighbors and their dogs & we all hang out. The only issues I’ve had over a year were a few appliance breaks multiple times for each, but maintenance was very quick with same-day replacements. I also have been asking management to replace the treadmill that has been broken for over a year, but they haven’t.

    My partner and I have lived here just over a week now. We are really loving it! Nallely and Cassandra have both been very helpful to us. Aside from some very minor damages in our unit (I’m guessing from previous tenants), our unit feels brand new and we love the amount of space we have. Our neighbors are also very quiet which is a plus.

    An excellent place to live. Very close to the trails, breweries, and great restaurants. Excellent night life a short walk away (2 blocks).If you need any help, Cassandra (the leasing manager) is incredible. Very helpful and brings a bright smile to all residents faces.

    I looked at a ton of apartment communities before I settled on City Park. I couldnt be happier! The people are One of the BEST. Maintenance. tickets are also done very quickly and those men go above and beyond to solve issues. The grounds are always clean and the pool is as well. Very nice amenities and they also give back to their residents via parties and random get togethers.

    I have just moved into City Park in the Heights. So far, I have loved it here. Upon moving in, our dryer did not work. That is the only thing keeping me from a 5 start rating. Maintenance came within 1 Day though and fixed it! The community is very clean and safe. Lots of people walking their fur babies. Everyone has been so friendly and the staff up front have been available for my assistance. One other downside--you have to pay for Parcel pending and sign up online in order to get packages from Amazon. If you dont sign up, Amazon just leaved the packages in the mail room. This is not the apartments fault, but I wish we were automatically signed up. Overall, great place so far!

    Wow! I am so thankful I found City Park in the heights. I love the suburban feel to apartments and being right inside the city! The leasing team has been phenomenal! Big shout out to SHAE and her MANAGER!!I recently moved in here in October and they worked with me on such short notice. PLUS I kept asking questions. I was a little indecisive and they made me feel like I was not a bother at all and responded super quick every time!Fast forward to end of December (now) and I all of a sudden need to switch floor plans to a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom. The transfer process was so easy and quick. I am truly impressed and I really appreciate the hard work they showed in making everything happen so smoothly, quickly and right in the middle of the holidays!!!Their maintenance team has been great as well. I had one small issue with the air condition and they fixed it first thing in the morning. It was so quick that I did not have to suffer in this Houston weather.City Park in the Heights make you feel at home and are all so nice to me.One more thing… they set up a gift wrapping station for Christmas and I ran in there on Christmas Eve Eve with 40 minutes to spare before closing time. The agent on duty introduced herself and she told me to take my time and that she would wait on me. I felt so bad to keep her waiting, but she assured me it was okay and she patiently waited an extra 15 minutes for me to finish up really quick. I was so thankful and relieved. I wish I remembered her name at the moment. She told me she was new. I’ll definitely meet her again!

    I recently toured the complex with Cassandra and was very impressed with the cleanliness and location of the complex. The apartment we toured was also updated and had a nice layout. Although I did not move there, Cassandra was very responsive during the entire process and I will definitely consider City Park in the future.

    I’ve lived here 10 years as of next month. Love this place. I’d love to live here another 10 years! Great property, maintenance and staff. This is my 4th property management company and so far it’s the best! Jonathan recently joined the staff here and he’s been amazing!! Handles every issue or questions immediately and professionally. He’s also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny! I would say he’s literally “Johnny on the spot!” I give Jonathan 15 out of 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    My daughter lives here so it should really be her review, but Ive visited a number of times and stayed there overnight. It is clean, it seems well run, Ive never seen bugs, the landscaping is well cared for, and the neighbors seem quiets and friendly. Overall a pretty nice apartment complex and Im glad my daughter lives there.

    Moved into City Park about three weeks ago and it was the best decision I ever made! City Park was one of the later complexes I looked at after a long day of apartment hunting. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at home. The Leasing office is incredibly nice and helpful. They already know me by name and check in to make sure everything is going well. Lag and Shae are a tremendous help! They both answer my questions promptly and always make me feel welcomed!The application and move in process is very smooth. I had no trouble getting my lease and moving in within five days. In addition, it’s a great location! There’s a trail right across the street that is perfect for walking, biking, and running. There’s tons of great places to eat within a five minute drive and not too much traffic.The complex also has a gym that is great for working out and typically isn’t too packed for a workout. The pool is a great size and will be a big hit as it warms up. Lastly, I feel incredibly safe. There’s an officer that’s on duty and the complex is gated as well. It’s a great place for people of all ages and stages of life.

    This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and Ive lived in countless. The ladies at the front are always warm and accommodating. Shae and Kat are Awesome! If you have an issue with your apartment it gets fixed right away! The guest parking is not ideal, however it is manageable and I love the fact I have an undercover spot. Residents are nice, the gym is great, and the complex is always clean. I love it here.

    I lived at City Park for two years. City Park offers an excellent location next to the T C Jester bayou with bike trails & greenery, a friendly community, & stellar management & maintenance staff. The boulevard can be a little loud sometimes.Cassandra, a property manager, was incredibly helpful during my stay there - she always willing to help me locate packages, print documents for me, & answer any questions about the complex.I greatly enjoyed my stay here!

    Maintenance is awesome about responding to your service request. I had two major concerns in the span of 3 days, within 1 business my concerns were addressed. Within 3 business days (had to order materials, the only reason it was 3 days) everything we taken care of and property functioning in my apartment. I love how quick they are to address issues that may arise. The leasing agents in the office also communicated with me ASAP about all that was taken place. I feel taken care of if and valued as a resident. They truly value your comfortability here at City Park.

    I recently leased a 1 bedroom apartment & I really really love it!! I think I fall more in love with it each day! The kitchen is so nice with the white marble countertops. I have so much cabinet space for all my pots & pans and all my spices. The living room has so much space and so does my balcony. (I really can’t wait to decorate it!!) The staff is always super nice and helpful, and the maintenance is really fast and efficient. I broke my toilet flusher thing and they came to fix it that day and we’re done before I knew it! I also really love the gym, they have a smith machine & free weights and just a bunch of stuff I would only see at planet fitness or 24 hour so it’s nice to get my workout in before work and not have to worry about paying a gym membership. It’s always empty when I go in the morning, I know more people go in the evening but I never see it super packed. I could go on & on about how much I love this place. There’s a lot to do in this area. H‑E‑B is like 5 mins down the street which is a huge plus for me. & On the weekends everyone is out walking to all the restaurants or biking on the bayou across the street. It’s just a really lovely place to be overall, I’m super happy I found it!

    We have lived here for a month, and LOVE it!The staff is AMAZING! They are so nice and extremely helpful, the leasing office and maintenance! We love our apartment, and the neighborhood. We moved from Montrose to the Heights and it is lovely. It is quiet and so accessible to the trails of White Oak Bayou. (like walk straight out of the community to the trail in 1 minute). We are loving it so much.

    There are three things that are very important to me in any living situation: The Neighbors, Cleanliness, and Location. Everyone I have met at the complex has been very nice. I have made friends in the few months of living at Broadstone, and I also enjoy that my nights are quiet and relaxing. My favorite thing about this apartment complex are the amenities. The pool is gorgeous, the gym is clean, the maintenance crew is quick and professional, and it is a fun surprise to receive delicious treats at the gate! I also love that the complex is conveniently located on the Heights Hike and Bike Trail. It is so easy to hop on my bike and ride around town!

    My daughters and I have been living in City Park now for a little over 2 months, and we are very happy to be here. The community is nice and peaceful, which means a lot to me having young children. Management is responsive and any maintenance issues gets taken care usually within the same day of request.     I have lived here for 4 months and loved it. The community is in a great spot for being active and enjoying what the heights has to offer. The white oak bayou trail is just across the street, and there are always plenty of people out and about so I always feel safe.A few things to note: third floor apartments have the vaulted ceiling, but mine does not have any overhead lighting in the main living area (floor plan A2). And there was an issue with an outdoor alarm that was pretty loud and woke me at night a few times, but they did fix that after a few weeks.Overall highly recommend for the price and location.

    My wife and I have lived here for 2.5 years and couldnt be happier. Management team is top notch and super fun. They host socials multiple times a month that get people in the community involved. Maintenance team does not cut corners with repairs and are kind and respectful. The gym was recently renovated and the cardio machines are top of the line (Ive never seen an apartment with a heavy duty stair stepper). We could not be happier living here! :)

    After doing so much searching and stressing about finding the perfect place Im so glad and happy that we stopped by and chose City Park in the Heights. Since weve moved in, there has not been any issues. The only thing that kind of bothers me is the guest parking spots are pretty much always full and having two cars under a household that need to be parked inside the complex can get kind of hectic which is why were looking into just getting another covered slot.Shae made the whole process so easy and convenient for us and I personally want to thank her for her patience! We automatically felt a connection and warmth with her as if we had known her for years. If we need any type of service or have any questions she does not hesitate to help and gets it done pretty quick.Again thank you so much Shae! 💖

    Y’all! City Park is wonderful! We moved in about 5 weeks ago looking for a larger unit. They went above and beyond to get us into the 2 bed 2 bath quickly and everyone in the leasing office has been extremely helpful and attentive on everything during the move in process, I KNOW I had to have annoyed Kat, (i called ALOT) but she was always so patient and thorough with me! We had a minor AC issue that was taken care of within 12 hours of us submitting the request. This complex is well worth it and has a great staff and location. We are so happy we moved in here, the space inside the apartment, balconies, the white oak bayou trail across the street- we’re in love with it here! I would highly recommend this complex if you’re looking for a great location that isn’t insanely congested but is still so close to absolutely everything!

    The maintenance guy was great...he replaced my dishwasher, unclogged my bathroom sink drain, changed a couple light bulbs that I couldnt reach, and rehung the fixture outside my doorway in under 2 hours. He also wore his mask and booties when I requested which I greatly appreciated since its a small apartment. He was very polite, professional appearance, efficient and did great work. Thanks.

    The on-site staff truly cares for their tenants. The leasing agents and the property manager are always friendly, they consistently apply phenomenal customer service and work hard to make any inconvenience right. They have assured us that we will be taken care of during our time on the property, which gives us peace of mind at our home in Broadstone City Park.

    The application and moving experience was 5-Stars from start to finish. I worked with Shae and with her time and effort, she ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. I looked at many apartments in the Heights and what sold me on City Park outside of the convenient location and beautiful complex was Shae. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better first time moving experience than working with Shae and the City Park in the Heights team.     I have been living at City Park for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. Halima is a big reason I have decided to stay, she has been making improvements across the entire complex. The City Park community is peaceful, close to a variety of bars and restaurants, and for those of you who like to bike or run, the apartments are right next to the Whiteoak Bayou Trail. No matter what issue I have come across, Halima and the crew address them quickly and efficiently. Thank you Halima and the City Park employees!

    This place is the best!!! - I have lived here for almost a year. The pool in the summer is great atmosphere - also if you need anything for maintenance they are there quickly - Nallely and Julie in the front office are the best!!!     The staff, complex and location were perfect. The staff always went out of their way to help with any problems that came up or any special package requests. The complex is kept very clean and well maintained, and it is situated next to a bike/running trail. I had a fantastic experience at Broadstone City Park, and I would recommend it to others.

    I would give 5 stars, but we had issue after issue upon move in. It was very frustrating to deal with as I moved to Houston from another state and started a new job, it would have been nice to be able to come home and not have to worry about various maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before move in. With one of the issues, our dryer was broken (literally the day we moved in it wouldn’t turn on..) it felt like I was fighting with management to have it replaced because they kept “fixing” it. I was told to “wash smaller loads” and things of that sort. Eventually I got a new dryer though, and it works perfectly. It is seeming like our situation with the various maintenance issues upon move in is not the norm, I guess we were the lucky ones(lol). The staff here are VERY nice though. Kat knows me by name which makes my day :) also the packaging system I find super convenient, and overall the complex feels safe and is quiet and is in a great location.

    I had a light fixture out in my closet in my master bedroom. I tried to fix it but the socket was hanging like a loose spark plug. It was very dark and many days I couldn’t find my best dresses. One day I put on a dirty slip and was so embarrassed. Finally it was fixed this week. The staff did a very good job and put a much brighter light in the socket. Now I can see my fabulous wardrobe.     Upon moving to the Houston-Heights area a couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with Shae in finding a new apartment within the CityPark community.     I love this place! I have had my fair share of apartments and this one tops them all. The manager, Jaime, is super nice and willing to work with you if you COMMUNICATE with her. Weve lived here almost a year and i can tell you, if we werent trying to buy a house, we would stay here.The 2 bd 2 bth floorplan is wonderful for Roomies!! Jaime rocks! The maintenance men are really good! And it has been a very quiet place to live in. We had a problem for several months and Jaime was always on it making sure it got fixed. They did everything they can to help fix the problem. I would really recommend living here if you are looking for someplace to live in the heights!
