I just moved into this community. I just love it. Nice clean love the pool area. The maintenance staff is phenomenal and the manager they gave me the tour out of this world. Everybody is so nice and respectful for what I paying rent. It’s just not enough, but I’ll take it, I think I got a great deal. Thank you to all the stuff that works here. My apartment was ready to go on my move-in day had no issue. I just can’t say enough. I love it.

My experience at The circuit started off rough . I almost walked completely away from these apartments. From calling trying to schedule a tour until the day I actually came inside to speak with a leasing agent . When I first came Inside the building , the lady at the second desk sat there on the phone talking ignoring me telling me to hold on and I thought that was very rude of her as I wasn’t the only one standing there attempting to get information about becoming a resident . As I’m heading out a short lady by the name of Tori came out and stop me and the two people walking behind me . She sat us down at separate times , I can’t speak on their behalf but I can speak on mine . She answered every question I had , every concern , she was thorough and knowledgeable about everything . And the tour was amazing . I look forward to becoming a future resident . This complex need more people like Tori . If you decided to visit this property I highly recommend you schedule your tour with Tori as she’s the only one that is aesthetic about her job .

I’ve been living here with my two little kids and the stuff been amazing and friendly. All the staff always welcomes you with kindness and big smiles making you feel at home when you enter the lobby. Maintenance been amazing staying on top of their duties and door trash pickup saves me trips to the garbage disposal.

Have been living here for a while never have a problem. Its always clean. Its always smells good. The problem with the tenant that said there was roaches and trash. Its because he doesnt take out his trash and he lives like a pig and hes not on a lease, he doesnt want to sign a lease and now hes having trouble so hes trash and these people on this website please do not believe anything he hast to say this place is run by a very nice man and he keeps it very clean and organized doesnt let Riff Raff in except he thought he made a mistake with that guy, but that guy was fine. He was a decent tenant he paid every month until they wanted him to sign the lease and he went crazy so please dont believe him. This is a wonderful place to live. Its a safe place to live and its a clean place to live . nana

However, as I began my tour, I noticed that some of my questions and concerns were not being fully addressed by the other employees. Circuit is one of the nicest and most beautiful properties in Downtown Houston. I love the location. The grounds, and leasing office is very clean and well kept. I truly appreciate how welcoming and kind Mr. Coleman and the leasing staff are. The resident amenities are great and resident events are always so much fun. I would definitely recommend these apts to anyone looking to move to downtown houston.

Great place to live, I am new on the property. Absolutely love living here, had the pleasure to meet Mr, Coleman the manager. He is always nice and attentive and get things done ASAP. Me and my wife feel confident to live here. The Management team does a great job keeping the premises clean, amenities open. Maintenance get things done under 24 hours. Absolutely recommended. Location is amazing and price is reasonable for all you are getting! I hope people can take the time to visit, it is absolutely worth it!

He did show me the biggest module which I absolutely loved, especially the bathroom. I loved everything! And these apartment are definitely number 1 on my list. I gotta say when we first moved in it was a bit of a challenge, getting accustomed to the area and such, but we have grown to love it! The complex has a great layout, with amenities we actually use and enjoy. The staff definitely makes it even better. The Assistant Manager Dayami has been a huge help, answering all our questions when we first moved in, and now assisting us with any issues we have.

I’ve been living here for a year and I noticed a change for the past two months. My work orders are getting completed faster and office staff seemed more friendly. I met the new manager last week. He was very professional and didn’t hesitate to give me a one on one conversation; previous managers always seemed annoyed when I used to come talk to them. I am looking forward on renewing my lease when previously I was planning on moving out.

I like this place. I almost didnt rent here due to my doubts about the location, but Kayla Cummings really gave the place a special touch. She was very patient with me and her positivity is a breath of fresh air in the apartment industry. I like the location, but just remember there are concerts sometimes at the bbva next door so be careful which unit you get if you dont like that kind of thing! (Its not too loud, but its a concert/soccer venue still)

Overall, Im extremely impressed with Circuit. Are there things Id change? Yeah, but with me, that would be the case anywhere. The common pattern Ive found, is that as long as I pop down and speak to someone in person, my concerns are handled in a timely manner.Kayla, David, and Dayami have always gone above and beyond to address any concern Ive raised.Im super happy with my unit. Its spacious and was freshly painted before I moved it. I believe they even replaced the carpet!I always find parking! Maybe its because I gave up on parking on the 3rd or 5th floor -- those are the levels that allow folks to cross over to the second building without having to take extra stairs or the elevator.I did have an issue with my ACs, but I learned that its mainly because ACs can only do so much during the Texas summer. I can say that each time I submitted a ticket to have it looked at, someone came within 24 hours of my submission to address the issue; John, the maintenance guy, has taught me a great deal about AC and has also gone above and beyond to ensure my maintenance requests are addressed.The gym is great for everything except leg day, in my opinion. That said, for an apartment gym, its better than many Ive experienced. Theres plenty of cardio equipment and space to spread out; Ive never felt crowded or rushed during a workout.The package room does suck; however, Ive learned that if I leave detailed instructions on my orders, they make it to my door with what I assume is no issue. (I havent had an issue with anyone taking them from my door, and Ive noticed packages in front of neighbors doors too.)

Ive lived here since Summer and I have been extremely pleased with my stay here. The apartment features are exactly what I need, the location is perfect, and the staff is responsive. There is unwanted noise, but thats the price you pay for being close to Downtown, duh! They also have monthly events for residents. It’s a pretty cool place. I love the amenities, like the gym is super clean and fresh. I believe they should add sanitizing stations and signs maybe 2 or 3 so residents are aware to spray and wipe down the equipment after each use. Because it is still Covid going around. I love how big the club house is and it’s usually very clean. I love our dog park. The Front Office staff is nice. Maintenance is great. The mail room could use more organization because I do find it hard to locate my packages in there at times. But another main positive is no break ins this far which I mean in the parking garage or in any units that I’m aware of. But I really like it over all.

I was very impressed with the property and location but I was more impressed and satisfied with the service I received in the office name Kadonis. He was personable and very down to earth but also very professional. He advised me of the best options for me and really gave me the details of not only the property but of the Houston area as well. I had an great experience with my tour and leasing with Tyler. She explained everything we needed to do being that the process with the workforce could take a while to get approved. She did let us know if we did not provide the right information the process could take longer being that the applications are not done in house. She is very knowledgeable about her work and honest about the process. Tyler kept me up to date about the process and even emailed me on her off days to insure me that everything was going good. As a current resident, I have nothing but great feedback on this community. I believe the care is authentic from Samah and Desiree and The Maintenance Team. During this pandemic, both the management and Maintenance team have stepped up and gone above their scope and duties to ensure safety for residents and, of course, our precious packages. Thank you. Pros about the place, excellent entry, and exit points for running/biking. As an avid cyclist, I can easily commute around the city. Garage Parking is safe and secure and wide enough for large trucks- Extra Kudos to the Security Guard whether its Rain/Cold he is out there thank you Good Sir. The Interior and layout of the apartment are stylish. Cons: When there were baseball games and soccer events, the traffic getting in and out. Other than that great overall community.

Location is convenient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are many advantages to living here such as the butler service that takes the trash out every night around 7 to 9. There are a lot of amenities such as the pool, gym, parking garage, rooftop patio and package room. There are a lot of things to do in less than 5 miles such as museums, eateries and parks. We are right next to PNC Stadium so we get to see all the action. Unfortunately it can get noisy during game nights, but its not that terrible. Taking care of residents is a priority for this complexs management team.

I came to Circuit because of a life change event. It was a really challenging time for me. The only person I knew in the area was my friend that was a tenant at the apartment. I stayed with my friend for about and month and saw for myself just how great the complex was.It feels like I am living in a 5 star hotel where everyone knows my name. The staff have always gone above and beyond , requests are addressed in a timely manner, and they do so many great things for their tenants, parties, events, game nights, raffles etc. Any issues or events are communicated well within the complex. The amenities are great! Beautiful pool, great common room, fully equipped gym, and an awesome Party Deck! I feel safe here, and happy every time I see where I am now. The apartment is surprisingly quiet for the location. It is very easy to get around even without a vehicle, BBVA compass in literally next door, Discovery Green is walking distance, Minutemaid and so many more awesome places are easy to get to.I would recommend Circuit to anyone looking for an apartment :)

Ive lived here for a year now and I have no major complaints. The staff is wonderful and when you put in request they get answered in a timely manner. The only thing Id suggest would be that they allow guest to park in the garage at the very top floor. It sucks when you have company and they cant find street parking. Its a fairly quiet complex but some of the residents are nasty. A lot of people dont pick up after their pets so often times theres dog urine or feces everywhere. The staff does a good job at cleaning up after them but they should probably enforce that rule more and hold people accountable for their pets. Im only moving because Ive found something nicer and closer to work and of course cheaper. Also to get away from some of the astros and dynamo traffic

I’ll be moving out after two great years here, because my job is moving me out to Seattle, but I wanted to leave a review because I truly had a great experience here.I live on the fourth floor, facing the pool. Had decent natural light during the day, and even though a lot of people complain about the noise in the pool, I never felt that it was a problem. You couldn’t ever hear it from the bedroom, and when the weather is nice, I like sitting at the balcony and reading with a glass of wine to the ambient noise of water and laughter. Music could get loud, but people would always turn it down if I asked.That being said, the party spaces are great. There’s an awesome rooftop with a sink, fridges, and a fire pit, with a great view of downtown Houston. I threw a birthday party there, and didn’t have any problems. $100 mandatory cleaning fee, and $100 refundable security deposit. Seemed fair compared to other apartments in the area.There is also a club room that has a huge fridge and is kept very clean. Sometimes the complex themselves will have food, or vendors will do demos.I personally liked all the vendors and food trucks. They would park between the buildings, and you could get a convenient bite for dinner without ever leaving. Grit Grocery is also awesome!! They used to park at the Lofts, but have come here the past few weeks.You’re probably looking at the review because you’re thinking of getting a place in EaDo/Downtown. Clearly, that comes with the pros and cons of being so close to the city. There can be homeless people, but I’m a 5’2” skinny girl and never felt unsafe walking my dog, even at night. The apartment is awesomely close to BBVA stadium, and close to Minute Maid as well. Also walking distance from Warehouse Live. Of course there’s noise and traffic, but that’s to be expected if you’re trying to live in a poppin’ area. There is a security guard keeping non-residents out of the garage, and they are especially strict when there is an event nearby.The location was perfect for me. Ive lived in several complexes around Houston and Circuit by far has been the best, overall experience. The finishings are fresh and modern without making the place feel cold and the housekeeping staff works non-stop to keep the public areas pristine. I will admit that the price is high, but for a luxury apartment complex the amenities and upkeep of the property are worth it. Ive seen the noise complaints about the stadium and neighboring areas but honestly, the only stadium noise Ive experienced has been on weekends (and it hasnt been as disruptive as some reviews make it seem). There hasnt been much noise from inside the complex either; the neighbors have, so far, been friendly and respectful. Ive had nothing but a great experience with the management and office staff--Courtney, in particular, has been amazing and Samah has been very accommodating and responsive. Circuit immediately felt like home the moment I started moving in and keeps getting better.

Circuit might not be the most luxurious building in all of Downtown but does have modern elegance in all of their apartment units and a killer gym/swimming pool as well as descent, caring management. The views from Downtown are unbeatable and being so close to Minute Maid Park, the Convention Center, and Toyota Center was something we will always miss. It can get a bit loud during Dynamo games at BBVA but we always felt safe, secure, and under the care of good management who even got a security guard to sit at the front of the parking entrance all night. The units themselves were pretty big for downtown standards, and the walk-in closets/bathroom were world-class. I would recommend this building to all sports fanatics, working professionals, and Downtown Houstonians who want an incredible experience downtown and dont mind the extra noise on gamedays. We never had any bad experiences there with respect to packages, car garage, or security, so I would say we were very grateful to call 2425 Capitol home for my first year in Houston.

I love it here.. The building is so new that there will be some bumps in the road yeah. BUUUT Aside from small bumps in the road.. The staff here have worked so hard to make this a easy and smooth move as they can on there own end.. I have never had a staff work so hard to get things done.. Even though we have parties you would never know that we had one that night by the next day of how fast they take care and work with us who live here to keep up the nice look of the area!! the game room and the roof top area is amazing!!
