I came for an apartment tour and had the best experience hands down. From the most welcoming, nicest staff to viewing such a beautiful property. Kaylyn took such good care of us and was so helpful making sure we felt comfortable with every step! She definitely matched our vibe and was so open with whatever questions we had! I recently visited these apartments and the staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire visit. The manager Chris took the time to answer all of my questions. His patience and professionalism helped make this experience so much easier for me. These apartments are beautiful and the staff is great! This is definitely a place worth considering if you are looking for a new apartment!

I absolutely love this property! The staff is amazing and so willing to help. The office staff was quick with responding and getting me approved. The maintenance gentleman were great help and quick arrive time from a request. All around a great team!

Centro35’s 35I am new to Texas live here 3 1/2 years and looking for apartment I’ll be giving a runaround we can do. I came to We can do this for you. We can do that for you, but I came Centro35’s and they put everything upfront did not sugarcoat it or nothing. Felicia is the assistant manager. She helped me out and kept me informed. Kayla and Liz also kept me informed they have a pool that is very nice. Two grills. They even have a handicap to go into a swimming pool. My apartment is nice parking space they have a place for your dog and poop at.Even just being a new apartment complex I am very satisfied. I want to go to the upper woman’s place. If you know what I mean I’m a senior assistant. Oh they have a weight room. Also, everything you need. You wanna lose that mid section come on these kids are also been swimming in the pool already. Texas is hot. The pool is big.I

Today, I stopped in for a tour, and didn’t quite know what to expect.I was greeted by Kaylyn and immediately felt at home. She was clear, concise, and confident that she could help me with my situation. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were larger than I expected. Look forward to living here.

Excellent place to live! Staff are super friendly and helpful always making a happy and healthy community their goal. This great complex offers spacious apartments with high ceilings, a 24hr fitness room, luxurious pool with grills and playground area, conference rooms, amazon locker and is also pet friendly 👌 10/10 i highly recommend.

Felicia was so sweet! loved her! she made mine and my roommates first time touring apartments feel so smooth and easy! Explained everything so well, and gave us the whole run down in so much detail of everything we needed to know as young adults out here for the first time viewing. Today we moved into Centro35 in San Marcos, TX. Everyone of the staff helping us where kind, helpful, and the move application process was perfect timing for us. These Apartments are beautiful, affordable and located easy access to the Outlet mall. I plan to spend a lot of time walking and using the wonderful fitness facilities.

Everyone in the main office is super friendly and the application is easy however it does take a week or so for the application to get approved. The amenities here are absolutely amazing and the gym is bigger than most apartment gyms!

I stopped by today. Everyone, including Christopher and Lexa in the office was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They give me a tour of their office and one of their units. Hands down, the prettiest property Ive seen. Interior designing, office Clubhouse distribution, layouts are top notch.

She is so amazing and made everything from the introduction of herself to showing each step from the office to the show apartment. I knew right away this was going to be my home. Centro 35 apartments is a great place to live. I just moved into my new apartment this week and so far so good. I just relocated from another state and the application process was done online. This was favorable for me because I was able to apply while relocating. These apartments are income based and there are two parts to the application process. Filling out the second part of the application was very frustrating. It feels like it required so much information. However, the staff at the leasing office, specifically Felicia, made up for this frustrating process. Her customer service skills were exceptional. I called her so many times during this process and I assumed that she would be annoyed. Instead she was calm and understanding. She was there every step of the way, ensuring that I had all the necessary information and documentation for approval. While my application was under review for processing, I was able to view a few apartments with different floor plans. I finally met Felicia in person and she even more awesome. Her customer service skills were exceptional. She made sure I got the best unit suited for my family’s needs. I also worked with Chris, the property manager, and he was friendly and his customer service skills were A+. The staff onsite were friendly and personable. I felt like I was talking with friends even though I never met them before. Both the staff and the apartments are great. The application process to move-in was about one week. The apartments are brand new, granite countertops, multiple floor plans, and there is a washer and dryer in every unit. It is literally next to a hotel and Tanger/San Marcos Shopping Outlets. There is a pool, gym, and playground all onsite. Overall, I would recommend Centro 35 apartments to anyone looking to be at the best apartments in San Marcos.

I want to give a 5 star shout out to of course, she describes my Lord and David and to all the sad Chris. The manage officer in the assistant manager in lakeshore and Kaitlyn, who are just the most fantastically. Well, prepared sad when it comes to helping people get into an apartment.They are currently beyond belief. And they were way above and beyond the call to help me in my wife to cure an department care at Central $35 should. Truly bill, please with this staff.Because very.Ive just been on low from the moment we walked through the doors.Until we got our cheeseit was approximately two weeks. Chris and Felicia and Alexa and Kaelyn are so knowledgeable and well informed of everything they need to do that it has been a blessing to us to have them help us as they have in securing of an apartment.
