I’ve been living at Cascades at Onion Creek, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best apartment communities in Austin! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly and responsive, making the entire process seamless.The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with great layouts that feel like home. The amenities are top-notch—beautiful pool, well-equipped fitness center, and convenient package lockers. The location is also perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to major highways.Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is always clean and well-kept. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere makes it a fantastic place to call home. I highly recommend Cascades at Onion Creek to anyone looking for a great place to live in Austin!

I havent had such a wonderful experience while leasing an apartment until now. The leasing agent, Mariel, was a true blessing. From her knowledge to her guidance and patience, she helped me find the perfect unit. The property is beautiful, but the staff is even better. My daughters and I are extremely grateful! I’m lazy writing the reviews. But I should write some nice words for the place I have just moved in - Cascades. The staffs in front desk are so nice & sweet, were really helpful. The maintenance staffs completed well their work & left me a card that ‘It was a pleasure to complete the request & it’s my goal to provide you with excellent service’. This is an upgrade for apartment complex. It’s great that I found my new home over here!!! It’s a good area as well for you to live in Austin!

The complex is one of my favorites in the area and Mariel is one the my all time favorite leasing agents I’ve had the opportunity of working with. The complex has all the amenities one would look for (besides maybe a movie theatre). Availability to choose a unit that really suites you vs. some others where you get whats available at the moment. A quiet complex w occasional traffic noise such as sirens in the distance but aside from that no disturbances within the complex itself; very peaceful.

My cat and I recently moved to Cascades at Onion Creek, and it has been a life-changing experience. After a decade of living with roommates, I finally found peace and comfort here. Mariell Serrano made my transition seamless. Her efficient assistance allowed me to move in just a week after applying. As a fellow Puerto Rican, we connected culturally, so it was easier for me to receive her guidance in Spanish, making the experience smooth and reassuring as I went through the process of application. After 9 months of living here, we thrive in this community, where my cat and I enjoy its amenities and the tranquility it offers, while settling into Austin with confidence and ease. I highly recommend moving here!

I recently had the pleasure of touring the Cascades at Onion Creek, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! It is now my third day of living here. From the moment I stepped onto the property, the staff was incredibly welcoming and supportive. As someone coming from Canada, their understanding and assistance were invaluable in making my transition smooth and stress-free.The property itself is immaculate. Its clear that its brand new, with a clean, modern aesthetic that makes it truly feel like a home. Safety is clearly a priority here, with gated access and parking available, which provides great peace of mind.They’ve made this Canadian feel right at home in Texas! Overall, amazing experience.

Great experience living here so far! Keda and Mariel were very accommodating, patient, and friendly during the move-in process, addressing all my questions and concerns and even staying after-hours to give me my keys when I was delayed in getting to the complex on move-in day. Julio in maintenance has been very quick, communicative, reliable, and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues Ive had with the apartment, getting anything Ive requested done within a couple days and keeping me informed. The complex is very clean, quiet, and feels safe to live at. Highly recommend!

Cascades has been great for us so far! Just moved in recently but we are loving it! The leasing team has been so accommodating and easy to work with, especially Keda! Maintenance staff is friendly and efficient with request! Specifically, OJ has been a great help with little issues around the apartment! Apartments are brand new and very nice and location is great. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Very friendly Stuff always has activities for the community and always helpful to get you what you need. Apartments are very Modern community the pool is beautiful. Coffee machine is absolutely delicious. Taste better than Starbucks.The clubhouse is cute and friendly for everyone. My favorite part is the gym on how open the area is and how clean it is.

Where do I begin…. As soon we walked in for our apartment tour, Keda treated us with such kindness. She has such a calm energy and took the time to answer all of our questions that day and the following days to come. We got to meet Mariel a couple of days later as we stopped by the office with more questions. Mariel was also so gracious and her energy makes your day! Both Keda and Mariel stepped in and assisted our rental insurance agent who was not a very pleasant person to speak with. They handled (a very very long email communication with our agent ) with such grace and professionalism. You are in good hands with Mariel and Keda!!! I cannot rave enough about their professionalism and positive energy. Aside from their excellent service, these apartments are so peaceful and spacious. We are extremely happy to be living here. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms 🤗 I wish I could give more than 5 ⭐️

Keda gave me the tour and was very patient with me when I couldn’t decide which plan would work for me.Now that I am here I almost want to keep this property a secret. It’s clean, it’s well maintained and I absolutely love being here. Gates work and the areas are well litMariel helped me with my move in and there was a loose item in my place and within 24 hrs Julio & OJ had me up and running.Thank you all for going above and beyond to help us feel comfortable here. Mariel went above and beyond to help me today. I lost something on the property, and she was able to find what I lost. She promised to give a call right back and she literally called me within minutes letting me know she found my lost item. When I walked in the office she greeted me right away and was able to assist. The property is very clean. Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new home.

My wife and I spent an entire week visiting all the apartment homes in the South Austin and Buda area. We left Cascades at Onion Creek excited to move in. Keda their leasing agent did an amazing job. She was extremely warm and pleasant. She made us feel welcome which is what you want when you’re looking for a new home. We had a bunch of questions for her and she answered them confidently and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. I would have to say compared to the all of the leasing agents we spoke with in various apartments she was our favorite. Now the units themselves were also extremely nice. This one had a mud room which we loved. The overall feel of the apartment was spacious and modern. Full disclosure we did not submit an application only because we found a single family home instead but if we had to choose between all of the apartments we saw and they were a lot, this would be our choice. Congratulations Keda to you and the rest of your team. You’re gonna dominate the market and I believe you’re also going to be #1

I am very pleased with the information I got from her today. I am now looking into moving on site just because of her knowledge.
