RENE YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!I came home from work last evening and had no air conditioning. The thermostat was not working. I called after hours and Rene was here in less than 30 minutes. What a joy to know there are maintenance crew we can depend on.I was overjoyed to have the air up and cool in an hour. Rene came in smiling and left smiling. Thank you Clemencia, for hiring such friendly, hard working, maintenance staff at Camden Royal Oaks.

Wow. The staff at Camden Royal Oaks definitely know how put together a Thanksgivings Feast for the residents here at Camden Royal Oaks this past Friday night. They were able to host and feed a sit-down dinner for over two hundred residents. The day of the event, the staff set up tables, chairs and festively decorated in main club house. The dinner event started an appetizer on the table at 6pm and by 7pm everyone was served a truly delicious sit-down meal of Ham, Turkey, Potatoes, Stuffing, Rolls, Cranberry Sauce, Yams, and Green Beans. It was one of the best meals I have had anywhere. After the meal there were a couple of dessert to choose from, also I cannot forget to mention the very nice wines that were served with the meal, or water or Ice Tea if that was your preference. The live music was very enjoyable during the meal. I have to mention this about the Amazing and Wonderful Camden Staff…. after the event and all the residents departs for their apartments, the staff cleaned the club house, removed all the extra tables and chairs to the storage area and made it so we could enjoy the clubhouse the very next morning. Thank you, Camden Management and Staff, for such a great evening and a special thank you to the Chef and his team for a great meal.

The best place to live so far...This is a special place..The staff is special..It is run like a condo association..With very good ammenities..Something to do everyday of the week..Just outstanding...I lived on a property for 30 years in Florida before coming here..Furthermore the New Years Eve Gala was so nice and all the staff and residents couldnt be a nicer bunch of people all joining together for a wonderful celebration..I do appreciate this..I am alone and lost my precious son in AUgust 2024 who was my caregiver and best friend..Now his twin is trying to make my life somewhat good by making me move to Camden Royal Oaks..He was right on the money..Thank you Camden Royal Oaks for the care you give to the residents..The office staff and the special maintence staff..You contributed to a better life for me...In closing, I think the only thing missing is local transportation to some locations that are nearby..Thank you

Beautiful apartments with nice patios. Staff, maintenance are all very helpful. Request are usually fixed that day. Minor things. Now we get an enhanced pool. Security is great. You want a picturesque, peaceful place with many activities and neighbors that are friendly and warm-hearted.

Hazel Vega, the head maintenance supervisor, does a great job at Camden Royal Oaks. Hes very responsive and thorough. He fixed my mothers AC that was not working properly and made sure it was working well before I left. I really appreciate how much he did to make sure everything was done right the first time.Glenda is an awesome housekeeper and is very accomodating. She always has a smile on her face and is very helpful.

I was hired to perform my one man show for the folks there numerous times. Ive always been impressed by the decor, the friendly staff, the amenities and the activities staff. I tend to do a high energy show and the staff encouraged the residence to get up and dance, and clap and even sing along. I hope to go back as often as possible. I just stopped by to tour Camden Royal Oaks. My parents are looking for a place for my grandma and they just fell in love with this community.Their leasing agent Kelsey showed us around the property. She was so sweet and attentive as my parents had many questions and concerns. They want to make sure that grandma is taken care of.The property is well kept! The pool was really nice and they had several courtyards for the residents to catch some sun etc.The actual apartment model and community itself feels very homey which we liked! The gym had a variety of equipment and they even had what looked like a mini library.Honestly its a great property and a decent price.Kelsey mentioned they have events and fitness classes as well for the residents that are catered to the elderly which is pretty cool!

My experience with Camden Royal Oaks has been amazing. It started back in February of this year, when I was looking for a place for my uncle. I met Mayra Aguirre and she was instrumental in helping me secure a place for him. I explained my situation and concerns and Mayra helped to alleviate any potential concerns. She is very personable while remaining professional. Mayra is responsive and provides a good level of detail, when answering questions. The entire experience was so good, I recently went back to Mayra (July) to help my mom get moved into Camden. Again, another stellar experience with Mayra and my mom is just as happy as my uncle with Camden overall and Mayras support throughout the application process and her follow-up. If you are planning to join the community, ask for Mayra. Shes the best!!

Have just renewed our lease for another 15 months. My wife and I have had a wonderful experience here at the complex and we know that it will continue; the Royal Oaks management and maintenance team is as good as it gets. They are always glad to assist in any way possible. The complex is beautiful, with as many amenities as you might want to participate in, or not, your choice. The residents are great and we have made many friends from all over the country. We made the right decision to move in at Camden Royal Oaks and look forward to our future here.

I went there looking for an apartment for my grandmother who is moving to Houston from Miami. The residency itselve attracted us a lot being a community for senior citizens which I believe will provide my grandmother a quiet atmospheres that she likes, its also worth noting that the whole complex looked in great and clean conditions. Elizabeth was the person who helped us, if I remember correctly she is the leasing consultant, and she was amazing. She gave us a tour of the complex and showed different apartments that would fit our needs and she was very kind and professional throughout the whole process, answering all of our questions and keeping us very involved in conversation during the tour. My grandmother was very pleased with the property and the staff as well. Looking forward to going there soon for when my grandma moves here and highly recommended looking for Elizabeth is you go

I moved in to the Camden Royal Oaks this year. My first impression of the complex was how sincerely kind the staff in the office were to me. They not only took me on a tour they told me all about the extra activities the complex has at no charge. After I moved in the people living at the complex all said hello to me or waved. I really feel better here than when I was living at my house.The maintenance gentlemen keep the complex so clean and if I should have a problem in my home they are there for all of us 24/7.

Ive been a resident at Camden Royal Oaks for five years. This, by far, is the best apartment community Ive lived in. Management here is top notch, responsive, and genuinely concerned about its residents. I initially leased here for the outdoor heated pool, but have remained because of the great amenities, community atmosphere, and staff like Resident Service Coordinator, Sandy Taylor, who go above and beyond to ensure residents have the best 55+ apartment living experience possible.

I have lived here for 8 years and have always been impressed by the maintenance staff; even among the best one will standout. One Sunday (it always happens on a Sunday) my kitchen sink clogged up and I Emailed maintenance hoping against hope that I could get it fixed that day, a few hours later Hector Rodarte showed up and stated to work. It was a long (3+ hours) and very messy problem. Hector knew what he was doing and had to get additional equipment. When it was completed my kitchen sink, cabinet and floor were spotless. There is no question that if I had to pay a plumber to do this I would be several hundreds of dollars poorer and my kitchen would not be that clean.

After Hurricane Harvey, I helped my dad locate an apartment to reside in while renovations are made on his house. The staff here is fantastic, most notably Kris at the front. Camden made many exceptions to help hurricane Harvey victims, beginning with waiving the application fee and not up-charging a short lease. They honored their monthly rate for a 12 month lease when signing up for a 5-6 month lease.

I love living at Camden Royal Oaks, I always tell my friends that living at CRO is like being on a Cruse ship that never docks. Their is alway some activity going on. Sometimes just hanging out at the clubhouse with friends is a nice way to spend an evening.The Office Staff and Maintance Crew are 1st Class. I love how they hear us out and boy do they deliver.. We asked for fans in the hallwaya and OMG when I came home from work on Monday.. they had installed fans on one side of the complex and you could immediately feel the differance... WE ALL LOVE YOU CAMDEN ROYAL OAKS... YOU ROCK!!!

I was shopping around for an apartment for my parents and was amazed with the community. It is one of the cleanest properties I’ve visited and the customer service given by Sandi Lemus was amazing.
